This community ( St Andrew at Palm Aire ) is a very quiet and beautiful. It is located near sporting and shopping facilities. The apartments are very beautiful and spacious, well maintained. Staff are very professional and caring.

Good location. Safe. Nice pool area. Parking spaces good size but can be too few. Entrance/exit to property very dangerous. Maintenance staff good but property aging. We have had hvac and appliance problems with hvac causing heavy mold that destroyed clothing and damaged furniture.

Nice surroundings, clean and quiet. no heater in air conditioner, when cold in Florida, u won't be warm at St Andrew. We told office; never fixed. Rent too high for not having ac heater. You better have a Boucher to live here. Scully is money minded not tenant minded. Luxury price for average apartments.

Friendly & helpful office staff, excellent maintenance staff - property is well maintained and cared for. The new painting of the buildings is fresh and updated. Plenty of parking is always available. Only thing that we had wished for was heated pool which was advertised.....pool was always too cold and chilly.

Very nice safe community. All my maintenance issues always get resolved. Very friendly property manager Javier and front office girls Sandra and Paula. Nice clean pool and gym. Would recommend to live here

Really nice community in a great location. Love the neighborhood behind us which is great for walking. Maintenance works very hard to keep grounds nice. Being new to Florida I'm thankful to have found this place.

Over all very good. However we put in several requests to have a maintenance problem looked at that was continually ignored by the staff despite several service tickets being sent in. It wasn't until our apartment flooded that the problem was looked at. Also the trash management is very poor. Often leads to a bad infestation of raccoons which is a problem that needs to be looked at. Other than these two complaints the living experience is overall very good. These two problems could be easily fixed

The Staff are very professional and helpful especially Ms Paula, but Maintainance have not been able to resolve our A C issue, it goes down every other month or so. We are close to the garbage compact, it get's broken and packed to the brim on weekends, it smells at time on hot days.

It was okay. Maintenance team are rude and does not respond to request in a timely manner or even at all. Lied about having keys to unlock doors, comes in our apartment without notification, left water in the apartment, etc.

They raise rent exponentially every year based on 'the market'. You would think they would value long-term tenants like any business. I certainly expect rent to increase each year, but the percentage of increase I've been experiencing each year does not equate to the quality of the complex. This apartment complex is 27 years old. It's not a bad place, but it is definitely not worth the rate increases imposed on long-term tenants like myself. Apartment management companies always use the "it's the market" excuse. Failing (or maybe not) to realize that they ARE the market.

This community is very nice. I feel very safe here. The landscaping is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! The community staff does an excellent job of helping residents and keeping the community looking good. They actually care about their residents and they have numerous events to keep us engaged. I love that it's pet friendly! I highly recommend.

There is a disconnect from how it is represented and how it actually is. I have been disappointed by my experience. It is touted to be a well maintained community, but that has not been my experience. (I don't want to go into detail, because I don't want to be treated worse while I live here)

My experience so far has been pretty good! This is my second year staying here and I actually love it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is good too. Sometimes they don't really respond to the work orders that I submit, but you just have to follow up with it and stay on them to get things done. Also I live on the 1st floor and the floors are hard wood. My upstairs neighbor has at least 3 kids and they run and jump and stomp all day long and we can hear everything. It is definitely the worst part about living here. Other than that, it's a cool place.

I had an amazing experience at Palm Aire! From the kind women who work in the office, to the beautiful well maintained facility. I enjoyed the gym and pool which were both well maintained. I often times felt I was at a resort. I felt very safe in the gated community that was also well groomed and cared for. My apartment was fully equipped and modern with washer dryer in unit and maintenance were always available if needed. It's quiet and peaceful and parking is always available. I truly enjoyed my stay fully at this beautiful establishment!

Overall great apartment. Love high ceilings, granite counter tops, maintenance people amazing work's hard to solve whatever issue you have. Main issue no storage space at all closets small, no storage place to put anything.

Apartments are clean and neat, amenities are great. Front office staff are clueless, very rarely are able to fix a problem or resolves issues in a timely manner. And can be very rude, especially thenlady that I believe is the manager! Sandra is very sweet. The maintenance staff have been great any time I've needed them.

They increased the rent so much when we renewed our lease, but the maintenance team is very responsive at least and if something is broken they are quick to fix it. I wish they could do something about the trash situation. The trash receptacle is so far from our apartment and when we go over there people are piling up their garbage outside the bin?

The overall appearance of the apartment is great. The complex is very quiet however parking is ridiculous If you do not pay extra for the garage or covered parking. Maintenance is very slow with completing workorders.

It is relatively quiet, and well maintained in the apartments. Although these apartments are starting to show their age. the exterior maintenance on lighting could be better. The biggest problem is the parking. If you are not in suppertime, you can have to park a long distance away. In south Florida rain, it can certainly be a problem. And also when carrying groceries, etc.....

The apartment is a nice community, they seem to keep up with the lamdscape every week. They have nice office staff who answers questions to the best of thier ability. Head of maintenance needs to be better with jobs and follow through when request are made. The garbage area has been awful the past 2 years.

I can honestly say that having to leave this community one day will break my heart. Friendly, and cleanest I've ever lived in. The staff is very nice and cordial. When it comes to communicating with the staff, I find each and every one of them warm and inviting.
