Overall St. Andrews at Palm-Aire is a great community. The staff members are friendly and attentive to resident needs. Only complaint would be that I just wish there was a better system in place for trash services.

The community here is good people wise for the most part. I thin something that would make it better would be if there were more outside lamps in the parking lot and along the sidewalks. The raccoons by the trashcan are very scary and a lot of the time are even there during the day , in my opinion is a safety hazard. I

The apartment was not move in ready. Everything was dirty from the washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint splats on the floor. Roaches everywhere, even painted over bugs! They sent over pest control a few times so that issue was resolved. Microwave broke down within a couple of weeks but that was replaced with a new one. You can tell the bathtub was painted over. Other than all of that, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Pool area is nice also. I think assigned parking would be better also.

Not very good - the past three years. No maintenance with regarding to painting and or carpeting. wooden vanities are crumbling. Mosquitos are an issue since the new roof was installed . I have water marks on the ceiling from water leaks.

I absolutely love living here at Saint Andrews. It is in a very convenient location for me to get to work and everywhere else I need to go. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The maintenance crew are the best!

Our apartment at Palm Aire was great - well laid out, well furnished - we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook great meals. The gym was sufficient and the pool was great - quiet during the week, and super active on the weekend. The tennis court was great and the property well-maintained. The community is great with grocery stores and shops within a few minute drive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Living here has been great so far. The only thing that I dislike here is that in the recycling area residents tend to leave their trash and bulk items that block the recycling area. Also, the stairwells have cobwebs and lizard droppings.

The community is certainly quiet and that I like, however many of their amenities are not fully functioning and the maintenance guys seem to not stay..since I've moved in there's been 3 different maintenance guys that just start with the community.

I enjoy living in St. Andrews. The apartment is nice and the area is quiet. I wish the apartments had assigned parking spots as it is difficult to find parking often. I understand that the covered parking spots can be purchased but everyone should have assigned parking for residents and guests. Also, it would be nice to get a schedule for the outdoor maintenance team. They make a lot of noise and it is difficult when working from home

It's been fine. Some of the office staff are not friendly or helpful. The new pool rules are terrible. Paula needs to be more friendly at the office and not question whether or not you are a resident. It's comes off as profiling and is wrong.

You're not going to like this review as the apartment complex has gone down hill since we've moved in over 3 years ago in 2018. The gates are constantly broken due to people trying to sneak in and ramming the gate or getting caught in it. The guest call box is a complete disaster as it doesn't take into account residents buzzing in or people sneaking around the guest waiting for a call in. The garbage/recycling area is disgusting and I'm complete disarray. Management refuses to request that waste management come more than once per week to resolve the issue and empty the containers more regularly. This in turn leads residents with no other option but to leave garbage and recycled on the floor making it impossible to dispose of trash. It's a complete embarrassment inviting guests over because they are forced to drive by the repulsive garbage area. Something needs to be done and changes need to be made. We've made numerous complaints to management without any response or action. This is unacceptable and management needs to change in order for this property to survive. They are lacking the common understanding of basic hygiene and what it takes to manage a property. Scully company needs to highly consider a new management team because Paula Lewis is doing an atrocious job of managing this property. I hope this is seen and taken into consideration because something needs to change. We're being charged inflated rates and the property continues to be neglected. What are we paying for?!?

I have been a resident at St Andrews for almost 10 years. The management team has always been super professional, very polite, and overall extremely helpful. I do have a few concerns. One of which is the ongoing issue with the access entrance gate to the community being broken. It's fixed one week and then not working again for weeks at any given point. My other concern is the lack enforcement when it comes to the availability of the handicap spots. Everyone is allowed to use them making them unavailable to the ones that actually need those spots. There is no accountability or consequences for parking in them. The overall up keep of the property has also definitely gone down for some reason. I hope that my feedback will be received well, and I trust that the issues mentioned will be addressed reinforcing that St Andrew's is without a question the number one desired rental community in the area.

This is my second year here and so far it's been good. They keep up on the maintenance, and the other tenants are good. I like that it is gated and less than two minutes to get too the turnpike. It's like it has its own little community and shopping within 5 minutes.

It has been good! The inside of our apartment could use some help at times such as we had mold growing on the walls, they did clean it but with harsh harsh chemicals. Overall good tho!! Whenever there is a problem the maintenance are always there tho with a friendly smile and open hands to serve!

Clean, easy, secure, and nice location. Pool is nice and the atmosphere is quite. We moved into a fully furnished apartment. All we had to do is bring our clothes. Best decision we have ever maade.
