Overall I love living at Saint Andrew's at Palm Aire. The pool and spa are phenomenal. However, to use the tennis court and volleyball court you do need to have your own equipment. The gym is small, but their are 3 other gyms all within 15 minutes. The commute to Boca and Fort Lauderdale is a simple 30 mins in either direction. Overall, it is a nice community with a great location.

    So far nothing but great staff when it comes to tending to tenants' need. It's quiet there and I feel safe as it is gated with some amenities to enjoy knowing it's for the community only. So far nothing bad.

      Access to turnpike,I-95 and major local roads is easy. Also close to shopping and various restaurants. The 2/2 apt are decent sizes and majority are plank floors, stainless steel appliances etc.Depending on where apt is golf course view, park-like or poolside views with others facing the parking lots.. business office staff very helpful resident focused.Maintenance requests addressed promptly and efficiently from friendly staff. Beautiful pool/hot tub with cabana and outside grilling and volleyball. Amazon Hub lockers. Community get to gethers .Have enjoyed living here..the community is diverse with different age groups represented.i have found the community can be more friendly or more neutral some years. The grounds are really nice but the lawn crew should take care not to tear up the grass leaving unsightly bare or tire marked areas. Buildings have new roofs and it appears that A/C units were all replaced within the last 4 yrs

        I have thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Within the last month, there was an incident where there was a shooting assuming from the turnpike that went through a couple of the apartment's sliding doors. They also found a bullet hole in her car later that day. Specifically, on Sundays, the trash is always overflowing and it stinks. We also have put a request at the beginning of October for a new screen to be put on my roommates window and have not received one.

          Management is impossible to get a hold of. They never call back and when you see them in person, they give attitude. Unpleasant to work with them overall. Apartments are nice but maintenance has gone down hill since Mike left. Maintenance had an emergency and needed access to our unit while out of town in September 2021. They left a hole in the wall. They never came back to fix It despite multiple service requests and directly speaking with management about this. Apartment was nice but not worth the hassle.

            I would like to start by saying , I like the community we share with others here at St. Andrews but as we have observed ( my husband and I ) this administration is still having some issues with the disposal of the garbage and entrance gates my suggestion is to install cameras not only outside the gates but inside the gates as well facing any car coming or going also place a couple more cameras strategically facing the garbage compactor from different angles this way it's easier to implement charges to individual that decide to break the rules if necessary. Another small issue is with maintenance , if a maintenance person comes to your apartment to fix something and tells you they are coming back they should honor their word and not leave you waiting deciding to show when they please ( we have a note with administration about nobody comes in without contacting my husband or my self first and we prefer to be present ) with out any notification only to enter your apartment for over 45 minutes when you are not home and not fix the problem (screen door came out off the hinges) and left the screen door laying on the side of porch and nobody never told us he was in the apartment , we don't appreciate the intrusion. Last but not least a couple of cameras facing the pool and bar area also wouldn't hurt.

            This community is amazing, I wish there was more activity announcements, also more sand in the volleyball court, definitely more lights in the driveway bc it's really dark guest have a hard time finding it

              I've lived in this community for almost 17 years in a few different units. Over that time the community has gone more "down hill" than I would like with too much turnover in the office and maintenance department, as well as new residents who don't seem to care about the community they live in, however it is still a great place to live. I've looked at dozens of complexes around Broward county and I keep coming back. Overall it's a well-kept community with friendly neighbors and a lot of open space.

                I love loving where I live. I have a beautiful view and great neighbors. The passage coming into the property is also very beautiful. The roofs just got redone and the property looks great. I am very happy over all.

                  It used to be great, premises were cleaned daily, dog poop bags were cleaned out daily, we used to actually see the Property manager daily completing tasks. Now, there is trash all over the grounds, poop bags are left for weeks without being picked up, and, frankly, I have illegal immigrants living beside and below me I have talked to other residents. They too agree. They also have illegals and are unhappy with how trashy this place has become.

                    I am satisfied with the appearance of the community but not the appearance of my apartment is falling apart and takes a month for work orders to be completed. For the amount paid here, there should not be so many maintenance issues.

                      We moved into an apartment that was not cleaned and filled with roaches. I don't know how no one saw them . we were told we get a police discount so we went ahead and went through with this place, only to be told we weren't entitled to it and couldn't go anywhere else by then it was too late and lose our deposits. There is no sense of urgency when you have some thing of a maintenance issue. they don't like to notify the residence if there was a danger around. The gate is constantly broken due to the negligence of the residents and they can't seem to find who is doing it. I sent a message to corporate only to be ignored.

                          Management does not maintain the property. We pay for a gated community but the gate is constantly broken; literally on a weekly basis. The trash area is is consistently filthy and overflowing and rarely picked up. When you call the mgmt office, they seldom answer and certainly don't call you back if you leave a message. Paula, the assistant PM, is usually unhelpful and only nice when she's calling you to collect money. If you email the mgmt team, you would expect a response in 48 hours, right? No, they don't email you back either. The units themselves are pretty basic and nothing special to them.

                            Maintenance staff is fine/reliable and comes in a reasonable amount of time. The trash situation is terrible. There's only one compactor and it's often either broken or something because management locks the trash door. So what's left? Everyone leaves there trash in front of it. The "recycling" is a joke mostly because the residents are stupid, lazy or both. They put regular trash and non-recyclables in the recycle area. It's also very small and not enough to accommodate every resident, so it's a mess every single day. And of course, rats, raccoons whatever tear into the bags and make a mess. I'd hate to be the employee that cleans up this BS everyday. The tress? the trees are awful. Not sure what they are but they're huge and everywhere. Would make great shade except for the fact that constantly drip this disgusting yellow sapp all over your vehicle. And they shed leaves like a golden retriever sheds fur. Basically it's pointless to ever get you car washed/detailed if you live here. It's going to look like garbage the next day anyways. But as for safety I have had no cause for concerns. Even though the front gate is pretty much useless. Anyone can follow right behind you.

                              Very clean and well kept community overall. Apartments were up to date and maintained. Great location being close to the interstate but being tucked away so it didn't feel so crowded. Staff was very nice and maintenance was always quick

                                When we moved here 14 years ago this place was beautiful. Now it's a mess. Fence, garbage container, car wash not working. Tiles on roofs not finished to be installed.Sidewalks, property very dirty.!!!

                                  Very nice well built apartments and common grounds are nicely kept up with. Depending on which side you live there's a lack of parking and the turnpike is near so it's a little loud but the building and staff are good and nice.

                                    Outside of the parking because by my building I can barely find it. The people here are nice. When I go to the office they are inviting and the neighbors respect your space. I haven't had any issues with anyone

                                      I've really enjoyed living at St. Andrew's! I moved in last year and the apartments themselves are really nice and spacious with updated appliances. It can be hard to get a hold of the staff if you're calling, but if you drop in to the office in person they're always super nice and happy to help! I would say if I had any complaints it would be that parking gets bad at night and you might have to make a longer walk to your house, but it's really such a minimal complaint in the grand scheme of things. We haven't had any issues with our appliances, mold, safety, or bugs (other than the occasional roach like once a month but we live on the first floor and it's Florida). The pool and hot tub area is nice and the fitness center is always clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone - it's a great deal for someone on a budget and the complex is super nice!

                                        Living here has been Ok at best. Sometimes i wonder how some of my neighbors got accepted into living here. There is a lot of trash around my building, such a chicken bones, food, sticky liquid all over ground, broken glass containers etc. sometimes this stuff is left for days at a time before anyone will pick it up, usually the residents will have to do it. I have emailed complaining about the neighbors children throwing things off the balcony like ice, frozen water bottles and even a large sweet potato onto the cars in the parking lot. I never heard back and the sweet potato rotted in the parking lot for weeks. I wish there was a trash service because it's really annoying to take ur trash to the dumpster. I would be willing to pay for it.

                                          Place has gone down the hill trash everywhere the people that are moving in i hardly believe back ground checks are even done. Rent keeps going up and place keeps going down. Would def look to make some changes here besides the roofs.

                                            It use to be so much better, it has gone way down hill. Trash is always thrown all over. It is dirty, they don't clean like they use to. No communication with office, they close down the pool without explanations. They charge luxury prices but it is no where near luxury. Security gate is always broken.

                                              Community is (probably) quiet. Can't tell over the noisy neighbors. Often-times security gate is broken. Trash more often than not overflowing (see attached) and visible as soon as you enter complex. I wouldn't have visitors over for any occassion. Doesn't appear to be a solution.

                                              The staff are nice and the grounds are well kept for the most part. Apartments and entrance require an upgrade in my opinion. The lack of automatic scanners so cars do not have to touch their key fob during poor weather and the lack of codes for our guests are both things that can be implemented to increase our convenience. Most apartments are nice but do require a modern touch to them (e.g. closet doors, updated washing machines)
