Its a quiet te and beautiful place to live, the apartments are big with a lot of natural lights. Outside they need to improve the landscape in the all community the grass is very horrible in many spaces the gardens don't have grass. Also the doors apartments need to be repainted.

Thus far, I have enjoyed my stay at the Sedona Apartments. It is a quiet community with great amenities, and close to schools and shopping. The staff are friendly, and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any maintenance issues.

Very nice and quiet upkept gated community. Parking is scarce unless you have a paid parking space or a garage, but other than that it is a nice area and nice community to live in. I'm happy I found this place when I was searching for a new home.

The property is nice just I think is overpriced. I am paying more than the price that shows in the website. You should care about the good people and keep the price for them. Also you need to maintain cleaner that buildings, specially the stairs.

Whenever I've needed any help or assistance from maintenance they have always been on time and courteous. I would definitely recommend this community for couples and retirees maybe not so much for families with elementary school iids

Keep up with the hard work! One of the things that brings my attention is around the lake all the weed and branches are sticking out across the FENCE ! Maintenabce for the lake a lot of debris no water in some places of the lake

My experience living at El Sedona for the past year has been great. It's a very welcoming, quiet, and clean place, and I've really enjoyed living here. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic; they're always willing to help and resolve any problems. The apartments themselves are very spacious and in excellent condition. If someone asked me if I would recommend living at El Sedona, I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

There have been some security issues involving open gates on a regular basis, as well aslandscaping issues regarding irrigation problems with grass and bushes that need to be addressed. Overall, very happy here.

Been living here since 2016. The maintenance team has never been better! Looking forward to another 9 years! Love walking or taking a jog around the lake on a nice day. I often walk to restaurants from my unit. Overall it's located in a great location near stores, restuarants, bars, and the airport.

I really liked the apartment ? it was spacious with great storage and a nice sense of privacy. The layout was practical and comfortable, and the overall design felt modern and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. The apartment is nice and both lakes are beautiful. The path around the lake is perfect for a nice walk during sunrise and sunset. It is also perfect for walking my dog. There is an issue with wasps nests outside the buildings and within the dog park.

We have livedd here 8 years and live the community. Rent has gotten really expensive. Wish it was more ofortable. We live living here. Its safe itsclean. And close to many places. Wish rent would go down instead of continuing to go up. Keep the club house open untill after 6 like it used to be
