Apartments are super nice inside and energy efficient. The pool and spa area is nice. The clubhouse is amazing. The landscaping is horrible. mainly weeds versus grass. They need to hire a new landscape contractor and resod the entire complex.

The staff is super friendly & very helpful in making sure you love your new home. The location is amazing, close to everything you need! The overall community is clean & goegous, with a juvcuzi & pool. The apartment it's self is spacious & has all the amenities you need.

So far so good, the people at the office are very friendly and helpful so far, and the neighbors are pretty friendly as well. Parking is a little bit of trouble but it's a pretty nice apartment community over all

Safe and secure. Well maintained buildings grounds great amenities. Close to many great shopping areas. Very responsive office staff. The only negative I have; and this not related to the facility itself; it is an extremely weak area for cell phone signal strength. I consider this to be a safety hazard if an emergency call can not be reliably connected.

Awesome staff. Tina was amazing in helping our family at short notice. Pool area and grounds are beautiful. Parking can be something of an issue when coming home later in evening. Gated community so we feel safe.

The Sedona is beautiful. It has a lovely club house that includes a pool with a waterfall and a Cabana that a resident can rent it out for the day. The pool area has 2 grills that you can use. There is a gym that you can use. The community also has a huge pond towards the back of the Sedona. You can walk, jog or ride your bike around this one mile and a half pond. You will see various birds and a lovely fountain in the center of the pond. There is also another pond in the center of the community with two fountains that light up at night. You will be able to walk around this pond too. A lot of residence walk there dogs around both ponds. Kids can ride there bikes around both ponds. The Sedona is also gated.

Ever since moving in Melissa and the staff have been wonderful and the community is very well upkept. The communication is from them is amazing and they really care about the people who live here! The grounds are kept beautifully and the pool area is awesome.

Quiet clean neighborhood. Wood floors suck for the neighbors but they look nice. Apartment staff is very nice. Always helpful. Parkings not usually a problem. The electrical system is always having issues. Consistently having issues with wall sockets going out.

I am searching for an apartment and stoped in the Sedona to check it out. Tina showed me around the area and the apartments. She did a super job of describing the apartment complex and the avalable apartments and features. Her wonderful personality and professionalism made the visit a real good experience. I will definately put the Sedona on my short list for a place to rent.

I have lived at The Sedona for the past several months and I could not be happier. Everything is top notch. From superior customer service from everyone in the office, to fast service when repairs are needed, to the actual look and feel of the place. This is a gorgeous property and the people running it are just great human beings whom I quickly learned to like and admire...which brings me to Claudia. She is simply amazing! courteous, helpful, knowledgeable...she really goes above and beyond to ensure that all tenants feel happy and does this with a smile on her face. I have enjoyed every day spent at this property so far.

The staff here sucks. They don't care about their residents or how they treat them. They are rude and ruin the whole experience of living here. They take their "rules and regulations" way too seriously and you'll just end up paying in the long run. I love my apartment and the area, but definitely don't want to live here anymore and want out as soon as possible because of the way this apartment is run. So my suggestion to you is to RUN.

We looked at least a dozen places in the area before finding The Sedona. Nothing compares to the property and amenities. We rented our apartment while still living out of state and the staff was wonderful at keeping us up to date until we moved in.The staff hosts several events a month at the clubhouse and they are always well organized and inviting. We have had only a few maintenance issues and they were addressed promptly and efficiently. My family from out of state are very impressed with the property and Melissa, Claudia and Ashley always make them feel welcome. We wouldn't live anywhere else.

I enjoy living here at Sedona.My visiting family over the holidays were so impressed with the Club house and the amenities. The grounds are kept in good condition with a crew on hand always making improvements.Claudia is always friendly and helpful for any needs I may have.

We love this place!!, the grounds are always clean and well kept. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. The amenities and community grounds are beautiful. The location is perfect, we are close to everything that you may need but yet away from the congestion of the city. Its nice and quite and we have a beautiful state park just behind the community perfect for family time. I rate it 100% for a place to live.

I never write ratings but I don't want anyone to have to deal with the rudeness and lack of cooperation from the management at Sedona. We had to end our lease early and understood that we would need to pay until the apartment was leased. Sedona chose to end the automatic payment. They then sent an invoice with no date on it, no due date and no payment instructions except to pay to the Sedona and the address. A check was sent to them but they still turned the account over to collections. I called three times and they never called me back. I was then told that the check was on the manager's desk but they didn't accept checks. I also wrote an email to the leasing office and corporate and received no response. THE MANAGEMENT LACKS ANY LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM. A MINIMUM RESPONSE WOULD BE A RETURN PHONE CALL. DON'T RENT ANYWHERE WHERE THEY WON'T RESPOND TO YOU!!!!

The team and property are constantly evolving to create a better community. It is a great place to live. Quiet and overall worry free. Community events are great for both families and singles. The pool is AMAZING and the gym provides great value.

Resident services have been great. They are very accommodating. Only complaint I have is I can hear our upstairs neighbors walk around constantly and my keys don't work to enter the pool or gate all the time. They say they are working on it and it will be a couple of weeks. It's a Beautiful residence and I am happy to be here.

The maintenance staff is first-rate. The office staff is very responsive. For the most part the neighbors are respectful. The rent is high but the location is the community is extremely convenient. All-in-all The Sedona is a good place to live.
