The only complaint I have is with the amount and location of parking available to residents. There is too many spaces for visitors and not enough for the people that actually live there. The level of noise is horrible, I could clearly hear my neighbors through the walls. I also received complaints from neighbors being able to hear my dogs walking on the floor. I think this needs to be addressed.

I recently moved to the Sedona. My new apartment is clean and comfortable. The layout of the apartment is open, spacious and welcoming. The grounds and common areas are well kept and the office staff is friendly and courteous. Good choice..

Apartments are beautiful on the inside. Looking out to the pool and lake are beautiful! Love the amenities here, I grill out by the pool for dinner and can work out at the gym 24/7. We were thinking about renting from altis but the staff was so beyond rude, not like here. The staff is amazing so friendly and will work with you and keep you updated!

The office and maintenance staff are incredible. They are on the ball and very helpful with residents' concerns. For what you get, the apartments are reasonably priced. The grounds throughout the community are beautiful, the layout for the community and the apartments themselves are well thought out and the amenities are awesome - 2 beautiful tennis courts, great gym, gorgeous clubhouse with movie theatre (includes Roku so you can watch anything online including with the free Sedona-provided Netflix account), sitting areas so you could work on your laptop, free coffee/water machine, pool table, well kept restrooms inside and outside by the pool, 2 grills that are always working and kept clean. The one issue we have is with lighting around the community. Everywhere else they went all out (landscaping, design of the clubhouse/gym/pool areas, etc). For some reason they skimped on lighting. For instance: -The pool is open 9am-10pm which we love, however as soon as it gets dark you cannot see where you're stepping. Everyone uses the flashlight feature on their phones when walking around the pool area. This is dangerous since you could easily slip, trip or step on glass/debris that you're not aware of because it's difficult to see. There is one tree that has some uplighting. This is not enough. Please add more lighting to the pool area and I will be more than happy to update my review :) -The other area that could be better lit is the lake behind the community. Also, the water is moving in 3/4 of the lake but then there is a section where it is stagnant which looks bad and attracts a lot of mosquitoes. We are still very happy to live here and again, everything else is perfect. The gates for the community always work (I've been to other communities where the gates are always left open because they've had issues with them, which defeats the whole purpose!) and they take complaints/requests very seriously. Hall has bird droppings on railings, spiders, spider webs all over the ceiling, stains on stairs from maybe trash removal service or tenants spilling things, dust and dirt. All that maintenance did was blow the debris from the area, and said sometime in the next 14 weeks it will get cleaned properly, power washed. I spend a premium on rent here and expect better. It is obvious you cut your budget. This is not what one would expect from a supposedly premium Luxury apartment complex!vc

The apartments are well appointed and a good use of space. Maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. With the exception of 2 inconsiderate neighbors we have truly loved living here. It's quiet for the most part and the amenities are great!

Up to now, I have been happy at The Sedona. But I understand that there will be a Racetrack Gas Station built on the property righty in front of our location. This will make it hard to continue living here in peace. I may not renew my lease again. .

It is a beautiful apartment with a nice size....beautiful marble countertops....walk-in shower.....spacious rooms one of which can accommodate a king size bed and two night stands...and ceiling fans in every room....more than adequate cabinet space...and very convenient washer and dryer..

The Sedona apartments are a fantastic place to live. The staff takes pride in their work and they treat everyone with total courtesy and respect. Awesome staff that cares about the surroundings and it shows!!!! Great place to live and it always looks like you are entering a resort because of the ways the grounds are kept. I am/was a prospective tenant. I loved the complex! Gorgeous, great, clean environment, and I was excited to move to such a wonderful place. Was. Sadly because of their rule w/the Direct TV dishes only being able to be on your balcony, which I was ok with, but if you're balcony isn't in the direction of the signal, you're SOL. And, after further checking, the balcony for the apartment I was looking at was not. The office staff mentioned that I was not the only one who wanted DTV, but the others already live there and therefore had to choose another cable provider. (In fact, many of the apartments that DO face the signal, are the enclosed solarium units, so that wouldn't work anyway & they face the needed direction!) I do Love my NFL and I already paid for the 2015 football season, so I am unable to move in since I won't forego the NFL or my prepaid ~$300 to DTV for the season package. Additionally, I now live in a large complex, Fishhawk Ranch, with your typical nosy/"uptight" HOA. I do have my dish here, but I will mention that I did have to have DTV come out after installation to "cut down" the height so that it could "blend in" with the shrubbery. Of which, I suggested here, but it wasn't an option. I understand not wanting to see a dish/apartment and I understand no attaching to the building, no problem! Although I don't think that a dish/apartment would be the reality. If the balcony wasn't facing the signal, then I believe the "hiding" it behind some shrubs wouldn't look so awful. (Think how they're "hiding" the A/C units). I am super bummed about the non-ability to live there, but in the same breath, I don't think the DTV dish behind the bushes is such a horrible scenario. And, I'm sure that the few (per the office staff) that wanted their own DTV access would've been ok w/the dish on their balcony. If they could've received the signal. So, my apartment search continues...

Was great in 2015. Always kept grounds and breezeways spotless. Not anymore. Guess since they are not new anymore, quality goes down and rent continues to go up. No sound proofing so you can hear your neighbors through the vents. Floors creak from above to the point that you don't need to set an alarm clock and there are so many dogs, it can send like a kennel at times. It is a shame but the rent increases and the quality goes down.

It has excellent service, maintenance, gym, pool, a pool table, a theater and beautiful landscape. It has two lakes, a tennis court, an area for pets, and the exteriors are all well kept. The apartment inside is beautiful, it has lots of cabinets and a comfortable kitchen with an island in the center that can also be used as a nice table with stools. The community is calm and it is not very big which is a plus.

I visited the Sedona a relative on one of their many resident functions and I had such an amazing time! The staff was sooo friendly! And to top it all off the manager basically made me feel like family! I'm moving to Florida due to a job transfer and I know that the Sedona is going to be my next home! The Sedona is definitely the newest and innovated look for Tampa and I want to be part of it. With all the stuff residents do I don't know if I'll have time for anything but Sedona-time!

This apartment complex is not by any means perfect but it is as close as you will get in the area and it is perfect for my needs. I enjoy living here, have no pest control problems as you hear about in other nearby communities. Neighbors are polite.
