Move in condition was extremely poor. Shower heads and dryer door had to be replaced. Doors had be adjusted. Apartment was black and filthy! Extremely noisy, disrespectful neighbors above me! Sucks!!!!

    In beginning was very clean, slacking in that category. Things are different since they changed manger and some staff. Gates are being fixed a little often. Stairs and hallways are not as clean as they use to be.

      Overall the apartment community has been great. I have lived here for over a year. The community is well maintained and the staff (both office and maintenance) has been great. My only issue would be with the parking which I think affects a few buildings not all. But, depending on what building you live be a long walk to your apartment.

        Great Community just need better AC Units installed. For the Money it cost to live there is a beautiful area and they keep it very clean. Just went cheap on the AC Units and now they are breaking when they are not even 3 years old......

          Beautiful complex, very nice staff. Very happy with the apartment chosen. Had a get together with family and everyone was really was impressed with the apartment and wowed by the public areas. Comments included, this place is more like a condo than a rental.

            I moved from the Lexington which about 8-9 years ago was "The" place to live. Today it is nothing but a dump! I moved out after 3 months after I saw promises that were made were going to be broken. I have never been happier now that I live at The Sedona. It's well priced, convenient, super gorgeous, and very secure.

              Nice place. Just ask for no new paint or pesticide spraying or harsh cleaning chemicals before moving in if you are chemically sensitive. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pond view from the balcony is a definite plus.

                Overall, Sedona is a beautiful property. We love living in this apartment and will definitely renew our lease.We love how the staff organizes gatherings to create a sense of community. We love that it is a gated community and it feels safe.

                    Not horrible but have lived in better places, had several maintenance calls for different appliances and a pest problem upon move in. I like the amenities, staff and unit but due to so many issues for the price, may look elsewhere after my contract is up.

                        The apartments at the Sedona are absolutely beautiful. I love the chef inspired kitchen design. In addition, the place is kept up very well and the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. I feel like I'm living in a resort! I am so happy that I chose the Sedona as my home.

                          Problems with pest control keep happening. First was spiders coming 2-3 times a week, now millipedes. Pest control has come out as expected and on time. However, millipedes still everywhere. Known issue with model apartment next door in past.

                            The complex is beautiful. The amenities spectacular and the staff is always helpful. The grounds are beautiful and I feel like I live at a resort. Convenient to everything including shopping, airport, restaurants etc. Can't imagine living anywhere else.

                              If you are sensitive to noise, pick the third floor. It may be the only negative aspect. Staff is fantastic. Apartment quality superb. Clean and safe. Parking is tight in areas. Close to publix, target, racetrac, Starbucks. Great walking track.

                                Love my apartment and the office staff. Parking is bad at night in the front and side buildings but it's just a short walk to your home. The interiors are new and beautiful. Top floor has vaulted ceilings. My Labrador loves it here with all the trails and bark park!

                                  The Sedona Apartments are small but nice the biggest complaint that I have is there is NO PARKING. That is not acceptable if I knew before I signed the lease I would have never accepted the lease Each Unit should be assigned a parking space.                                     Hi, thank you for your feedback regarding our community. Unfortunately, most apartment communities do not assign parking because the spaces closest to the building and those a bit farther away would be hard to assign as some are more desirable and it wouldn't be fair to one resident to have a better space for the length of their lease. First come first serve makes getting a better space a bit more likely. Hope that explains a bit of the reasoning of why the parking lot is set up as it is. I know not getting a space close to your home can be frustrating.                                     It went from awesome ...."oh well" I hope you get enough people that tell you what they're actually saying about the Sedona. The apartments are nice , but the staff Doesn't address the -------- that goes on around here except ro residents that aren't doing the damage.

                                      I just want to say how much my husband and I have enjoyed living here at the Sedona. The staff, especially Jasmine, has always been amazing to us and just has always gone above and beyond to be accommodating and make us feel as at home.                                         Excellent Living Environment. Well thought out floor plans that are nicely finished. Friendly and professional staff and maintainese crew. Was concerned about location but after living her there is plenty near by and actually it's quite central. Parking is adequate but could be better. No place us 100% Perfect but The Sedona comes pretty darn close!

                                            Office staff is helpful and friendly. Good location of the apartment complex. Parking is a serious problem as there is hardly enough spaces in front of apt building. In addition they have a towing company come through and tow cars without a sticker. I do not like having a sticker on my car for various reasons but have to in order to avoid getting towed from a place that i pay rent.

                                              Parking is ridiculous. Be aware they will tow your car away! Management does not care about your suggestions on improvement. You have to pay to rent the cabanas.....$50 per cabanas and the ridiculous part is that they will only allow you to have 5 guests per cabanas. Who has a party with just 5 people?! With the expensive rent you pay($1500 or more) cabanas should be first come first seve! The only person that is extremely helpful and nice in the lease office is Jasmine. Too bad she is not a manger, there is only so much can do!!

                                                We are sorry you have experienced parking issues; we utilize a resident and guest parking system to ensure priority parking for registered lease holders and only tow when a vehicle without a resident sticker is in resident parking. If you need a new sticker, please reach out to me and I will be happy to provide one. Our cabanas hold 5-6 people to ensure all residents, those that reserve the cabanas and those sitting at the other pool areas, can all enjoy the pool simultaneously and no one party takes over the pool area. In order to allow residents to preplan private functions, we utilize the reservation system. I am really happy you have had a good experience with Jasmine.                                                 The year 2016 was not available to choose from. I moved in on 1/7/2016. My experience was very good.                                                   I was one of the first residents at the Sedona Apartments and I could not have been more pleased with my apartment and the office staff, specifically Jodi. The amenities: weight room, pool, grill, tennis courts, etc... were always tidy and are definitely top-notch. I never experienced any problems with my apartment and my neighbors were always kind and courtesy. I have lived in many apartments from coast to coast and I can honestly say that Sedona Apartments easily ranks #1. You will not regret renting here and I can promise you that Jodi will make sure your stay here is a pleasant one.
