The worst place I have ever lived. It might look nice from the outside, but it's just a facade. There are so many things that have gone wrong that I don't even know where to begin. 1. For instance, I rely on automatic payments to ensure I am never late paying bills. I had to turn off auto pay because every month my bill is different and I don't mean by a couple of dollars either (between $150 - $420). I have to email my bill to the front office every month to get it fixed. They also don't refund the money but instead credit your account, which for some of us on a budget makes paying other bills difficult. Last September, I started getting double billed for rent because the system kept saying my lease was up and I hadn't renewed, however, my lease didn't expire until November! So, for two more months I was double billed because no one fixed the problem. I'm not even going to shed light on the fact that when a lease expires mid-month, you legally cannot charge me a month to month rate until date of expiration. 2. I have been here for a year and 3 months and my air conditioning has gone out over 5 times with one instance for more than 5 days in July! They gave me one little window unit for my entire apartment and I was never compensated. The complex is only 3 years old, but they claimed it was pipes underneath the building. Some crappy pipes if you ask me. 3. If you love your clothes, the energy efficient washing machine will do it's best to ruin them. I only hang dry my clothing and they come out with white streaks all over them. I have cleaned the washer several times and have even taken out the spinner thing and cleaned it. No solution. Because it's so highly efficient you can only wash a couple of items at a time (4 pairs of pants max) so you end up doing twice as many loads. 4. The outlets trip at least once a week 5. I live on the second floor and I swear a herd of elephants live above me. I'm talking all hours of the night, that no amount of noise reduction can extinguish. So if you are unfortunate enough to actually move to this complex, get a third floor apartment. 6. In October, several cars were broken into including mine where my work laptop was stolen (over $2000) and the leasing managers response wasn't, "we are making every effort to ensure whoever did this is caught, but instead, told me to just go ahead and file with the renters insurance". Uhm, no thanks, since my deductible is over $1,000. 7. One of the entrance gates is consistently broken for weeks at a time, so that safety you think you are paying for. Just an illusion. I would keep going, but I feel my blood pressure rising just thinking about this dump, I mean place...

Everything was great until the neighbors upstairs moved in with a dog they were "fostering" a year later this German Shepard is full and cries as soon as they leave and shakes the whole apartment chasing toys. Love the location and staff, maintenance is on point within a day of submitting the request. Parking could be better for residents but overall would stay here if pricing stays competitive

I like living here but honestly I will never overlook the grounds around the office and property again before making my decision to move here or anywhere else. That's very important to me and I am very disappointed with their sod or grass or lack thereof, it looks horrendous around the property and I'm not pleased. For the money that they charge, I would expect better...I will not be renewing my lease. But I very much like the staff.

The staff on site are are friendly and always willing to help in any way. The agents who takes the service calls are always professional and courteous. The maintenance staff are on the ball, fast, professional and very courteous. .

Sedona has been my first experience living in an apartment community. I can say, without a doubt, this decision has been a blessing and I am extremely pleased with my apartment. I enjoy the spacious apartment along with the coat/storage closet and storage area in the laundry room. I believe Sedona has the best apartment layout there is as I have exhausted the internet and tours of several apartment communities looking for a spacious apartment that emulates a home.

My past two months, upon moving to The Sedona has been such a pleasure living here. While there has been a few maintenance issues within my apartment...The Management Office and Maintenance Team addressed have been quick to correct the problems. I'm extremely grateful I chose to move onto the property and it's great to call it "My Home"!

I have never written a review before, but I just had to write one for The Sedona because the customer service and move in process was just amazing. I had not lived in an apartment building for almost 10 years so searching for an apartment complex was very stressful and scary. I visited 6 other apartment complexes before I stopped at The Sedona which was the last place I looked at. I really was not going to stop by being that it was the furthest from where I worked and I hate driving, but the other apartment complexes did not catch my attention or the staff just werent as friendly. Getting an apartment is a huge decision so the staff should always be friendly and welcoming and thats exactly what I experienced at The Sedona. If you get a chance to work with Tina in the office you will definitely not want to go anywhere else. Tina was so amazing from the moment we stepped in. There was no pressure at all. She took her time and really sold us on this community and always had a bright smile. We reserved an apartment about two months early before moving in. We had emotional support pets. And the whole process was so easy. She always responded to my emails on time or calls and made sure I was taken care of no matter how many questions or emails I sent. Such a delight working with Tina. Its been a week now and so far me and my girlfriend are loving the place. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms ive seen in any apartment complex and everything is so clean and well kept in the community. The neighbors have been so nice and friendly and our dog loves it. If you are having trouble choosing between The Sedona or any other place make the right decision and go with The Sedona. You wont regret it. Its worth the drive for me and this place just feels like home.

Sedona Apartments Homes is the place to be called home. The property is astonishing... The lakes are breathtaking! Peaceful and quiet. The property itself is well located but it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of the traffic chaos area. I love this place in many ways!!!

Terrible service. Maintenance asks the tenants to complete their own repairs and do not even show up. I have submitted service requests only to be sent an email response to repair myself or some requests go unanswered at all.

The Sedona is a beautiful property but the floors and walls are very thin! I have been living in hell with my upstairs neighbors and will not be renewing my lease. They do not have any carpet above me and I can hear every footstep, (more like stomping) every dresser drawer open and close, and every door slam. For what I am paying in rent here, I should not have to wake up or go to sleep when my neighbors do. Many people that live here also do not pick up their dog poop. Watch out for land mines. Oh and good luck finding a parking spot after 7pm if you don't live in the back of the property!

We have loved our time at The Sedona so far. It's been a great 5 months and we really enjoy this community, the amenities, the staff and the people we've met. We love the pool area, it feels like a resort! The property is beautiful and well maintained and the units are gorgeous as well. Any time we have company over we get so many compliments on the place! Maintenance is quick to come any time we need something and we really haven't had many issues other than a light bulb out here and there. We're so happy living here!

Community is quiet for the most part and is beautiful on the exterior but some neighbors are noisy and i did have a Christmas package for my mother stolen from my doorstep on the third floor. For me this complex simply isn't worth the hefty price tag. I mean when the place was built a handful of years ago and they don't accommodate internet users with Ethernet ports in the entire apartment, i'd say it is safe to assume they are cutting corners. My first week i get home and the fancy new key fob lock system they had for all the doors didn't work for mine. You can literally turn the lock and anyone could just come right in. Of course a tech came out and fixed it in a timely manner which i appreciated but cmon... this place is too expensive for obvious crucial things like this to not work properly. Oh.. and don't lose your key fob either, they'll charge you $85 cash upfront for a new one when the thing is probably worth $2. Take my advice.. Steer clear. I signed one lease and i wont be renewing. Until they significantly lower their rates it simply is not worth it. Don't buy in to the fancy pool and front lobby... this place isn't a resort.

Very classy and on the high end side, but you get what you pay for. Immaculate clubhouse, beautiful pool, extra large hot tub, private cabanas fully loaded with sink, fridge, tv and ceiling fans. Also a very clean gym. Great landscaping. Bald Eagles land by the pond in back. It really is paradise. I'm blessed. ?? Cons?? Parking is scarce at times. Thin ceiling if you live on bottom floor it can get noisy. Especially if your neighbors have a Big dog or small kids.

Not a great value for the price. The interior of the units are amazing but the exterior spaces are not. We can hear everything our neighbors do and say and it seems like anyone can live here. The screening process for tensnts seems non-existant which is not good in a high end apartment community.
