My husband and I moved into The Sedona 7 months ago and have been pretty happy with our experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly - any time we call with a question or issue, they are generally very quick to take care of things. The grounds are nicely maintained for the most part. I have found that some neighbors can be inconsiderate (and some don't clean up dog poo, which is annoying), but I think you will find that in any community. The appliances and finishes in the units aren't the greatest quality, but I wouldn't expect them to be given the affordable (in my opinion) rental rates. We live on the third floor, so we do not hear people above us (and try to be very conscious about our noise as as not to disturb the people below us). We don't really take advantage of a lot of the amenities, but they are very nice to have. Most of the residents are extremely nice and friendly and we would recommend The Sedona to others.

I have lived here for a week now and the office staff, maintenance staff and all residents I have encountered have been absolutely wonderful! The privacy is great and the amenities are top notch, the lake behind my apartment is so tranquil and the exercise path around is well used and convenient.

I love living at The Sedona. Jodi and her staff work hard to make living here pleasant. Beautiful apartments and great amenities. Wish gates closed quicker so the community feels more gated. Hoping to continue renewing my least for many years to come.

My boyfriend and I love living in the Sedona. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood with tons of amenities to use each day. We love the centralized location where we don't have to drive very far to get to anything, including a grocery store or mall. The property is very well kept and each apartment makes it feel like you're living on vacation with every upgrade you can imagine!

I have lived here since March 2014, and have really enjoyed it here. Wonderful office staff and maintenance crew. I highly would recommend this property. It is very quiet and peaceful. They always fixed any problems that day or within a day.

The Sedona is great place to live. We would definitely recommend living here. We have a 6 pound dog so pet friendly was essential. With recently moving here we are very excited for Warner weather to hang out at the beautiful resort style swimming pool.

Very nice overall. Sometimes the grass isn't mowed enough however one thing you'll really like about this apartment complex is that they keep the pool and jacuzzi clean. Theirs an artificial lake in the back that you can walk around and enjoy.

Staff only cares about renting the unit, once your in its like your a bother to them if you go to office. Parking is lousy when building full . Pet friendly means your neighbors dogs can bark all the time and poop without being picked up after. Don't dare park over a line or in the wrong area or an over zealous towing company will remove your vehicle in the dead of nite and even pull none tagged visitors from spaces during daytime hours. Find somewhere else to go, this place isn't worth it.

Jodi and the Office staff are top notch and listen to and try to make our suggestions happen. Maintenance staff has been wonderful. We have had 2 issues but both times they came when called (once at 1:00 am)and took care of the problems quickly.

Nice Place. Apartments are nice and up to date. Office staff is friendly. Nice pool and large campus within complex. Access into apartment is easy. Leaving can sometimes be difficult leaving onto Hillsborough and then requires a U-Turn across a busy street to go West.

We really love our home! The grounds are beautiful . The layout of our home is very spacious and modern. The office and maintenance staff are always courteous and very friendly. Have recommended and had friends also move in. We are retired military and have moved often . I can honestly say this is a great place go live and very good location.

The Sedona is a beautiful place, has everything for fun. Also has pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens, supermarkets, Publix, Walmart, Target, schools,etc at less than 5 min. I live with my son and I feel safe. Good place to live. I recommend it.

I have enjoyed living at the Sedona since I moved in. The apartments are very spacious and updated. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I plan to stay here unless the rent is raised at an unreasonable amount. The grounds a very clean and well kept as well.

The apartment is very energy efficient. Easy to maintain. Patio is nice just wish it faced the lake. Pool area and spa are both nice. Not much recreational area for middle age children. Some of the rules need to be better in forced or at least monitored.
