Trinity Club has been overwhelmingly exceptional to our family. It is pristine, well kept,the staff are professional and personal (hard to find) and the maintenance crew is by far one of the best crews. From the groundskeeping, beautiful zero-entry pool, firepit, commercial quality gym, billiards room, business center and free lattes...you just can't get more for your money in this area. They also do a fantastic job putting together no-cost events for the community too, like free catered breakfast, lunches, pool parties (family friendly)and other really cool things. This is a top-knotch property....Great property great management=happy family. I'd recommend Trinity Club to anyone... Luke D.

We were a little apprehensive about moving into an apartment after living in a single family detached home for quite some time. I have been pleasantly surprised since day one! The apartment is quiet and very well insulated. It has some very nice features for apartment living including upgrades to the baseboards, crown molding, 42 " upper cabinets in the kitchen and granite countertops in the wet areas. The grounds are very well maintained and there is plenty of parking. I would highly recommend renting a garage if it's available. They're great for storage purposes. Every staff member I have encountered is very pleasant. Elizabeth is professional and willing to take care of even the smallest of concerns. We haven't really needed to call maintenance with a lot of issues, but when we had a dryer vent issue - which was clearly not an emergency, they were at our apartment within 30 minutes. The staff also coordinates little "events" that make a huge impact. They handed out breakfast and a snack bar in a lunch box at the gate one workday morning. On a recent Saturday morning they had an omelet guy come to the clubhouse and tenants could get a free omelet. They have also coordinated holiday events and get-togethers that make it a nice place to live. I used to pay homeowner association fees of over $100 per month and no one from the association ever gave me free breakfast - or free anything! :-) I highly recommend Trinity Club Apartments to any prospective renter. They are a class act. My only wish is that they had a second fire pit area - I love that thing! 9/19/14 - Follow up to our earlier review......Because we both worked in Tampa and had a long commute we decided to leave Trinity Club and moved closer to work. We haven't been as fortunate with our rental experiences in Tampa. Just the other day we were talking about how much we missed living at Trinity Club. We miss the friendly, professional atmosphere. If it weren't so far away from where we worked, we would still be happy residents. Thank you Trinity Club for making apartment living a postive experience. ~ L & D.

My wife and I moved into Trinity Club in March of 2013. Out of all the other apartment complexes around New Port Richey and Trinity, Trinity Club is in its' own category when coming to the complete package. The people who also live in here are all professional, welcoming and polite. The location is perfect and the complex quiet and never loud! It is such a quiet and luxury living style complex. The front office staff is fantastic. They are always happy to help with any requests, are extremely sweet and professional, and the maintenance staff works so well with anything that needs to be done. The apartments aside are GORGEOUS! If you want luxury, peace and quiet, and quality, there is no further place to look! The amenities are always getting compliments from friends and family members and the gym and pool is amazing. Everything from the ground up looks well maintained, groomed and new! The move in process is simple and hospital and when you move in, you are ACTUALLY moving into a clean cozy luxurious place. You really get everything you could ask for in an apartment and I have gotten nothing but great compliments! My wife and I are very happy that we moved here. Keep up the good work Trinity Club. My boyfriend and I moved in to Trinity Club late December and the whole ordeal was so seamless. Theresa and Kim are by far the sweetest individuals I could have ever asked to work with at the leasing office. Anything I need, those ladies work to accommodate it if it is within there means. The amenities are stellar and the apartment is gorgeous. For all those who love to cook, the kitchen is stellar. Maintenance has been so good to me. Not only do they respond quickly and resolve my issues in a similar fashion but they always take their shoes off, understanding that I want to keep the light carpet as clean as possible. My only issue as of late is less to do with the complex and more to do with the individuals who reside here. The speed limit is 8miles an hour and I have witness individuals speeding through like it was a highway. Trinity Club would have my vote on installing speed bumps to ensure the safety of others including children and the many dogs that play outside. I chose this place because it has a luxury and exclusivity about it. I hope it stays this way. There were other cheaper options nearby but not nearly as beautifully maintained and "safe" feeling. -Christina & Andrew

Moved into trinity club in 2012, and I have to say hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in. The grounds are kept very well manicured. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately. Their are numerous events at the club house. But mostly the leasing staff exemplifies customer service satisfaction every time called upon. Definitely would recommend to someone. Ray Swick

I have lived in TC for 7 months now and am very pleased. I have lived in many complexes and have looked all around the area and this is BY FAR the best complex around. The property is beautiful, clean and well kept. The front office staff is polite, tentative and always available during regular hours. I have only had a couple minor issues that needed to be fixed but maintenance was always able to fix that same day and I even receive email confirmation of the completion when I am not at home. The pool area is beautiful but wish the firepit was available during later hours. Parking for my particular building could be a little better but there is always a spot open somewhere. I absolutely love my 1/1 with wood floors and a great but simple layout. High ceilings, crown molding and wood floors add that "luxury" feel. All in all, I understand apartment living and while TC is no exception, it is clearly the best option around, hands down.

I moved here from Syracuse, NY just over 2 weeks ago. From my first contact with Kim Geraci, in the Leasing Office, I have nothing but good things to say. Moving form another state, and having no idea what to really expect, can obviously be very stressful. Kim was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and put my mind at ease immediately, and made my move so much more easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Kim! Upon entering Trinity Club for the first time, I was very pleased with what I saw. The grounds are very well-kept. The Leasing Office, Business Center, Pool, and Gym are very neat, welcoming, and well-maintained. My apartment was even better! Have I mentioned that I love it?! It was beyond my expectations. All the staff that I have encountered have been very friendly. The parking is great...no problems at all. Other than an occasional dog barking (VERY occasional), I don't hear my neighbors at all. It's very quiet and peaceful. The location of Trinity Club is ideal too. Everything you might need is very close by. Overall, I just could not be happier with my new apartment, and Trinity Club.

Within the past week I have moved into my new apartment and the entire process was amazing thanks to Elena in the front office. As a first time renter she was extremely patient with answering any question that I had, even if I asked more than once at different times. She helped us make great decisions and is an awesome sales representative for this property and is an amazing person. If you are looking to rent, ask for Elena. The apartment itself is beautiful; stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops throughout the apartment and nice features. The building that I am in always has an abundance of parking. If also love the fact that there are a lot of dogs on property so my two dogs are not alone. The only criticism would be that with as many dogs on property there is only one dog park location and it is not illuminated for nights when the sun goes down early. So far I am very happy with my decision on renting from Elena and Trinity Club Apartments.

These spacious apartments are the best value per square foot in Trinity. The property is always perfectly landscaped and includes picnic and grill areas as well as pool and playground. Trinity club is also convenient to schools,shopping,and good eats. The staff is very friendly and always there if you need them. This is a pet friendly property.

I have lived at Trinity Club since last June and love it! Beautiful community and wonderful staff! Love the peacefulness even though right in the heart of everything I need to go to! I would highly recommend living here! :)

I like Trinity Club Apartments. I have lived here for the past four months without a problem. Everyone in my building is friendly. I never have a problem with noice or parking. I do not care for the vallet trash service, but all new complexes offer this service.

They charge you extra for everything and that includes the NOISE . They will tell you when your woke up every night that is normall apt living ya right .. do you know there is a law out there that says EVERY TENENT IS INTITLED TO UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP......I guess they dont know it .. They dont do nothing about tenents that have no curtisy to waking you up.. even after severa complaints.. This place is all thin wood , built like tooth picks .. and they let real large dogs in , my poor neghbor says when the dog up from him jumps the photo on his wall falls down.. a one bedroom with trees is over 1,000 you have to pay to have your trash pick up , no choice there..They look nice but there not being managed right thats to bad , the nice good people are moving out leaving the noise A holes here , it should be the other way arround then it would have been a nice community.. I would not reccoment it to any one unless your deff and mute...ps big deal there is a gate for safty but they leave it open every day for your convece and for robers... go figuer.

The CELL PHONE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. No one that comes to visit has a good signal, no matter what plan. I had to get a home phone just to make and recieve calls. This is not luxury living. The walls are thin and you can hear dogs barking in the adjacent apartments. The decor looks nice but, the cabinets are very flimsy, the tubs are fiberglass and thin. I know of someone that had to have a hole in the tub repaired. The carpet is cheap and does not feel good to the touch. The tile floors are not sealed so, when you get oil on the floor in the kitchen, it does not come out of the grout. The appliances are the cheapest of cheap, not stainless steel. If you put heavy things on the refrigerator door, it droops down and does not close correctly. The washer and dryer are cheap. The washer is a water saver so, when the rinse cycle fills, the water does not cover the clothes and you cannot add fabric softener since there is no dispenser. I am glad at least they are included. There is glue on the tile and paint on the carpets. The molding/trim is not caulked and you can see the seams. Tenants are always letting their dogs run off of their leases and often do not clean up after them. Complaining really does no good. I am pleased with the size of the 2 bedroom and the location of the facility. You are limited to 2 guests at the pool. The pool is nice. The gym is adequate and included. Garbage is $25 a month and they pick it up at your door except on Friday and Saturday. The garbage cans are small. A dumpster is available for those days. Water and cable are not included. A facility to rent for parties is not available. There is a playground for kids but, it is surrounded by dog feces so you have to be careful. There is a large lot that would be good for soccer and walking but, it is littered with dog feces. There is a dog run. Tenants are always letting their dogs run off of their leases outside of the run and often do not clean up after them. Complaining really does no good. There is a school and pre-school within walking distance along with restaurants, bars and specialty shopping. Definitely not worth what they are charging and I will be leaving when my lease is up.

I live here and it looks nice but the place is built like tooth picks . you can here everything when a tolite flushes its like niagra falls . People stay up all hours and disturb you and they say thats just appartment living , no thats disturbing the peace. Paying over a thousand dollars a month you should be able to sleep.. The charge for everything , first floor , sceenery , cable, water etc.. and the first floor heres all the crap going on go figure.. some buildings have had mold also ..so be ware of the prety looks and just cause its new , its build like crap.. people are moving out ..ps large dogs allowed sound like cows jumping on your head.

Due to my husband's respiratory illness we needed a handicap parking space by the entry way to our apartment. The staff was great in obtaining this space for us..We appreciate all the help they have given us. They are very nice to work with.. Also the maintenance people are the best. They always do a great job.. and they are very helpful also.. The area is always clean and well taken care of.

Living here seven months. Beautiful place to live with family. Trinity Club is new and expanding. Plenty to do for kids, including park setting, play area, grilling, large pool, ample size work out room and meeting area. Staff is friendly and maintenance is timely. Two large dog parks, with plenty of animals throughout complex. Restaurants, schools, and shopping all around the corner.
