I've lived at Trinity Club since 2012 and I love it here!! The property is kept immaculately at all times. The office staff is the best!!!!! Theresa is amazing. Has been since day one. The guys that take care of the maintenance are also great. Brian, thank you!!!' Anything that has gone wrong is handled quickly. Even if it's after hours. The apartments are beautiful. Love the granite countertops and the floors!!!!! Thank you everyone for making Trinity Club a wonderful place to live!

If you are looking for a great place to live in a beautiful neighborhood then make yourself at home here. Trinity Club Apartments has great ammenties like a pool with barbeques next to it. Great for socializing. A game room, computer lab, soccer field, playground, and for dog lovers a dog park. Come check it out you will love it.

Trinity Club is a beautiful place to call my home. The best part of the community is the cleanliness of the property. I also love that the staff hosts FREE events every month giving us something to do. At the events I get a chance to meet new residents I never knew, that live on the property and possibly make new friends. The property staff is always willing to go out of their way to make us feel right at home.

We have been resident since Nov 18, 2016. Its been wonderful experience. Everything is great about this apartment. My family from Alabama, Atlanta,Montreal,Toronto visited me and they all were impressed by our apartment. This is the best apartment in New port Richey . Everytime I go to leasing house I am always welcome by staff and they always ask me about my experience living this apartment. All the resident are great. I will highly recommend this apt. to anyone who is looking for safe happy and joyful life. This apt will worth the money what ever you will pay for rent.

We are approaching our second year at Trinity Club Apartments and I can say that I have truly loved my living experience at this community. The staff is very prompt and helpful when it comes to ensuring that all of our needs are met as residents, and our Property Manager Theresa, is truly the best! Maintenance is top notch and responds to maintenance requests immediately. The property is always well taken care and the grounds are always clean, the grass is always trimmed and there is never any debris around the property. One night I had a situation arise where my AC when out in the middle of the night. I was not expecting maintenance to take care of it that night when I called the problem in, but I hoped to get it taken care of first thing in the morning. To my surprise there was a knock on the door and maintenance was there to take care of the problem. I would recommend this community to any family or person looking to rent or in the process of transitioning. It really is a great community.

I've lived here for a few years now but this will be my last. I can tell you firsthand, that most of the reviews on this website are from friends of the office, namely -------. Dealing with her is nowhere near as pleasant as the padded reviews make it out to be, which you can tell from her answers when she responds to a negative review. Calling people out by name when you get a bad review? How very professional. Plus after a bad review conveniently comes a deluge of love to bury the negative review where it's not immediately seen by potential renters - slick. Trinity Club has the looks that it promises, but they only show the 1st floor and front buildings on the website. You will not have the faux wood floors on the 2nd or 3rd floors. But please, pay attention to how short of tenure the residents usually have in their reviews too. Most are 1-2 years and then they move out. That is due to the constant rent increases and zero negotiation of the office. When your lease comes up, you will get a renewal that gives the false impression that only a 7-9 month renewal option is available, at about $1,700-$1,800 per month. It's untrue, they just want the money. Dealing with the office is like pulling teeth. They screw everything up constantly and it's on you to figure out and fix their mistake. There is dog poop everywhere, our air conditioners break several times a summer, (They don't rush to fix them either - but if it was their home I'm sure this wouldn't be acceptable) heating elements are very cheap in the water heaters, my garbage disposal quit working, the dishwasher's seal is falling out, the water utility rate is outrageous, and the office nit picks you to death because they focus on absurd things such as we are forced to pay $25 a month for 4 nights a week valet trash pickup by a company that is so inconsistent and lazy that it's a joke. Trinity Club doesn't think the trash cans look nice outside our doors WHERE TRASH CANS BELONG, and we are forced to bring the nasty things into our homes. Pretty sure ------- doesn't bring her outside trash cans into her home.(And no, a lot of our units do not have patios so that's not an option) Here comes the best part! If you do not abide, they will take you can away to punish you as if you were a naughty toddler, and continue to charge us the $25 for a service that you aren't even receiving. Digest that one for a moment. We live in a 'Gated' community where you are charged for a gate remote, but the gates are broken and open 90% of the time. Parking is at a premium unless you live in the very back of the complex, and the people who live here have some type of issue with being able to park within the lines, so I strongly suggest getting a garage. Our sidewalls block out noise quite nicely but our ceilings are horrendous. Pray you have an upstairs neighbor with common decency if you choose the 2nd or 3rd floor. Our buildings are kept well on the exterior other than our breezeways, and we do have a team who tries their best to get community involvement going. Our clubhouse is nice when it's actually open, and we have a little gym and pool tables, coffee, and computers. But in reality, I'm paying $1,400 for a 1br/1ba with 850sq ft. of space. It's not worth the price and the petty little shenanigans that the office pulls on you. If appearances, aesthetics, and an office with it's priorities out of whack is what you're looking for, then Trinity Club is for you. If not, look elsewhere.

I moved into this apartment in December and became seriously ill 5 hrs after moving in. Notified ------- Manager after apartment checked by Has met and found Mold in Air conditioner and Dishwasher. Industrial Hygiene took sample confirmed Mold.. ------- continue to deny any problems saying it was dust. Physician note presented that this apartment is Hazardous to my Health...... I was told to Vacate the apartment immediately and treated like a crimminal. It cost me $1,600 moving cost alone and had to move in Holiday Inn to be able to breath, I was acutely I'll, dizzy, violent coughing, red swollen eyes felt like I was going to die. They showed me no concern for my sickness. $500.00 Mold Testing. Since there are no laws in Florida to protect you from MOLD in apartment and Health Department does not address Mold issues your on your own. BEWARE CHECK AIR CONDITIONING BEHIND FILTERS , DISHWASHER, WASHER FOR SIGNS OF MOLD.....I continue to be sick after being given exposed to Toxic Mold in this apartment....They do not care about exposing you to Toxic Mold or the effects on your Health. I am sure they moved in another resident who is totally unaware of what's in store for them. When your Lungs are Damaged they cannot recover this is crimminal.

Trinity Club Apartments is a fantastic place to call home. We've lived here 3 years now. The office staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous, going out of their way to get to know residents. There are frequent resident appreciation events, such as a Mother's Day pampering event, a movie on the lawn in summer, and a Christmas brunch. Maintenance staff is also first-rate - again, friendly and professional - but more importantly, they address any maintenance requests super quickly. When we had AC trouble in the summer, they immediately brought over a temporary portable unit - which was removed, and AC fixed by the time I returned home from work. The landscaping and exterior of the buildings are attractive and well-kept. The dog park is clean, the playground is great for young kids, and the pool & gym are clean and popular. I recommend getting a garage as parking is sometimes at a premium. It's an apartment, so occasionally, you'll hear a neighbor, but it's muted, and rarely an issue. There are also multiple deputies who live on site, adding to the feeling of security in this first-rate community. All in all - living in Trinity Club is a great experience. Highly recommend it!

Not only do they stop to say HI they will always assist with any needs and help make the living experience better. OH! I just thought of one thing I think of every time I get my mail. So much mail is junk mail, and many people throw it out (yes, sometimes me as well :) ), but I was wondering if a recycle container could be placed out by the trash can so we could just throw everything into a recycle bin. I know that would probably be up to the recycle company, but even I would be happy to contact them and suggest it, unless there are fees involved, and in that case I would say no, but it seems they would love to have something to collect the extra paper.

Love living here. Only reason I would not renew my lease is because rent rates will more than likely increase. Would be nice if they offered same rate due to the fact that I've been a trouble free resident for almost 4 years and always pay rent on time.

I recently moved here from Chicago. I have never lived in an apartment community before, hence I felt a little anxiety. From the moment I moved in it has been a very pleasant experience, the amenities such as the pool, outside grills, health club, computer room, pool table area are awesome. We also get free coffee or tea every day. The staff & management team Teresa, Tammy and Cody our extremely professional, very courteous and handled all my concerns expeditiously, and without hesitation. Things as simple as; receiving packages for me, turning on my air conditioning when I was not there, arranging to find professional movers etc, helped to set up my renters insurance, and electric. Tammy even printed me directions to the closest shopping locations. I could not be more impressed with all of the staff. I had a minor concern with an appliance, Teresa made sure to get me a replacement by the next day. I am very pleased & I sincerely feel they have gone above and beyond to make this transition a very pleasurable one. I would rate the apartment community top notch! Respectfully, Lisa L. Collins
