I have enjoyed living here fir the past four years. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the maintenance team is wonderful. Amenities are nice, but I feel that they are too small to accommodate the large number of residents, particularly the pool area. I Also, I would like to see more attention to rules about smoking on stairwells or in breezeways. Otherwise its a very nice community.

In addition to my admiral welcome by Alex, the neighbors have been extremely helpful to me and very understanding of me being new to the area. A neighbor offered to help me move a couch three stories up and it was our first conversation. I feel blessed to have found not just an apartment, but a home.

Everyone is great here the staff is helpful always professional. Community is quiet and well kept. love my new home. We are close to all shopping stores and anything basically you will need. Conveniently close to the toll express way into Tampa, onsite pool , playground and a lot more.

It has been good. There was a broken bottle in the parking lot that we had to clean up to keep from puncturing our tires. Children climb under the gate on Avento Drive. It is convenient to work. We are in a corner apartment near Duck Slough Blvd and get a lot of traffic noise.

The apartments are so nice and open. I love how clean everything is and the convenience of them the garbage valet. I love the 24/7 gym and the fact that they have Macs for free printing. I would 10/10 recommend anyone living here!

I love living here, everyone is so friendly and my children love the park and ability to run around and feel safe! It is convenient and located to the veterans so can get to Tampa quickly and easily!!!

Staff always goes above and beyond. People have been friendly. Overall a nice place to live . Location is great! Garbage pick up is really appreciated. Need to try the pool out soon , weather permitting. Love having the grills!!

The stairwells are dirty and when I receive notification that they are going to be power washed mine are never power washed. There is still chocolate milk that a neighbor spilled that has never been taken care of

No peace in these units with units above, thumping and you can hear them go to the bathroom PERFECTLY, gross. The Goodman AC units cause constant problems as others will tell you. The Dishwasher and Washer and Dryer are very low end, noisy and don't work well. The grounds are nice, the staff tries their best and are great! They have greatly reduced requirements to move in here and it shows, good for a quick transition only here.

I just moved in about 3 weeks ago and so far I've had an overall excellent experience with staff and ease of move in. One of my main conditions for moving in was a large garage to store my 32' extension ladder and these garages have more than enough space to do that.

Most involved community I have ever seen. I love it here and all the activities they have every month for us all. It's quiet and everyone I've come across has been so friendly, even made a few friends.

The most wonderful property I have ever lived at from the office to maintenance are impeccable. I love my home I plan on staying here for a long long while and I hope the same people stay here for a long long while everybody is professional helpful friendly. If you need anything they are always available no matter what problem not that there is a problem they're always there to help you no matter what property manager Trish is also wonderful as well. Nora is wonderful and Alex is wonderful as well just a great team a great place to live at friendly!

Everything is great. Parking next to my building is always hard and would have to park by playground. Wish it would be assigned to the building. But its okay and it would be nice if hallways and doorways, doors were pressured washed and floors and stairs. Other then that everything is great!

Trinity Club has good lease rating for what they offer. It includes plenty options of amenities. So far, the place is quiet and friendly. Residents seem to mind their business. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They greet you with a smile every time we walk into the office. Restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies are 5-10 minutes from trinity club apartments. Its perfect!

Don't worry about the rules here. You can have 3 dogs including viscous breeds like Doberman. You can jam 8 people in a two bedroom. You can use the pool as a day care, they don't enforce unattended minors. Apartments are nice but no noise enforcement. Maintenance crew is good.

Awesome place! Very well kept! All employees are super! Pool is great. The gym is good. The apts are very nice and the rent is affordable. The only complaint I have is people do not know how to park in just their spot. They park on the line or over the line. I recommend getting a garage like me.

This community is very clean and conveniently located within minutes of expressway, shops and hospital. Very well maintained and quiet, plenty of parking spaces for guests and residents and optional garages available for rent at a very reasonable price. Overall highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Trinity area.

Everyone was nice & friendly during the move in process. The apartments are clean & well maintained on the inside. Unfortunately, a month after we moved in, we began having A/C problems. The maintenance team was quick to respond to come "unclog" the unit. This was a temporary fix. 6 months later, after 8 service requests, we still do not have working A/C. We pleaded for a real A/C company to come fix the unit, as the unclog process only works for about 3 days before its broke again. Now, the unit runs constantly but doesn't cool, resulting in electric bills almost $200 for a 2 bedroom apartment. We were told by the manager that A/C problems are just trial & error, and recently that the unit was practically all brand new except for the metal box holding it. Sadly, it worked for about 3 days before not cooling again. The company only cares what is convenient for them, demanding entrance during business hours, when we the tenants are at work. We have had to leave work more than once to let them into our apartment due to our 2 dogs. They also wouldn't work on the unit on weekends. For people who pay expensive rent on time each month, you think they would be a little more courteous in this situation to work with us. They had little to no sympathy for it being 80+ degrees in the apartment, not offering any solutions other than they were "working on it." We had to purchase a stand up A/C unit ourselves just to be able to sleep through the night without waking up from sweating. We decided to move out a month early, terminating the lease. We gave more than enough notice, & requested compensation for the difference in electric bills. We also asked to not have to pay the last month's rent since we are moving out of state (or discount the rent, at the least) since this has been an ongoing battle. Of course, we were denied. So if you total it up: $200 electric bills, $1300 rent, $400 pet deposit, & $500 for the Haier stand up A/C unit (we wouldn't have made it without this), it has 100% NOT been worth it to live at Trinity Club. The constant hassle with the air is unforgiveable, especially when they show no care whatsoever. If the air was fixed from the start, we wouldn't have anything negative to say about this place. But to look at the thermostat week after week, & think "well I guess I have to put in another service request", feeling helpless for no answers, & wanting to go stay at a hotel… is crazy.. Hope no one else has to endure the same thing we are going through. Update*** 6/25 we are now 12 service requests in..2 physical visits to the office...& many emails involving Theresa Barrios & the regional manager Nicole Maloy...we were told the unit and lines were replaced. It worked the last 5 days straight. Now it is NOT cooling again on day 6. 78 degrees inside, & set on 70, at 8:45PM. I am hoping they find a solution before tomorrow afternoon because I have my 2 dogs in the apartment that will be suffering if it gets any hotter in the apartment (heat index was 111 today). We caught the maintenance guys in our apartment on camera making jokes about what the next problem will be, & about should they "accidentally" take our stand up unit we bought instead of their old one. They also shut one of my dogs in the bedroom & didn't let him out until I got home from work. On camera, the maintenance supervisor also snapped his fingers at his workers on 2 separate occasions while shushing them & pointing at the camera. I'm glad they treat problems immaturely like it's a big joke. Are they intentionally not fixing it? We were offered minor concessions that seem grossly inadequate, & even with that, it's still been horrible dealing with this every week, yet no one seems to care too much. They just act mad each time we tell them it's not cooling again. Counting down the days til we move out of this place. Beware! If you rent 10938 Avana Way Apt 4-306 you may not have long term working air when you move in since it only works for about 5 days at a time!

I have never taken the time to write a review but I feel it is important to warn people to stay away from Trinity Club and any property operated by Greystar. The issues we have encountered while living here defies logic. The events have transpired over the last two months and are 100% factual backed by documentation via the online system and countless emails. Feb. 16th- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling. 2 days without air April 22nd- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling. 4 days without air May 11th service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling. 4 days without air and issue continued to worsen - then had no working air for 10 days until next request May 26th service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling- 3 days without air until next service May 30th- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling- 1 day without air, until next service June 1st- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling- 6 days without air, until next service June 8th- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling- 6 days without air. Until next service June 13th- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling- 4 days without air, until next service June 16th- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling- 1 days without air June 17th- service req. submitted due to air cond. Not cooling- 1/2 day without air (cooled for approx.. 12 hrs June 18th- Letter sent and currently no working air-conditioning. 80 degrees at 6 a.m. In addition to the above dates we walked into the office two separate days to make reports. After May 11th we purchased a stand-alone air-conditioning unit at a cost of $ 400. During these times of no air conditioning the temperature in the residence has been in excess of 88 degrees, making it uninhabitable. As a result, we have had to move into family members residence. Additionally, due to the total lack of ability (or effort) to adequately fix the protracted issues we almost gave up submitting requests. During this time, I have had numerous emails and phone calls to Trinity Club as well as Greystar. I have retained a lawyer and will take legal action. I was forced to contact Greystar headquarters in Charlestown in effort to peacefully resolve this. The above dates are factual and a very conservative time-line of days without air conditioning. In all, we have gone a MINIMUM of 37 days WITHOUT air-conditioning. It is now June 20th and the recent inspection/service request worker informed me unequivocally that the unit it in fact STILL now 100% fixed. We are at a loss on what to do other than move out. We have spoken to regional supervisors and higher who are nice on the phone then fail to actually fix the issue. They are like politicians, they tell you what sounds good and do the opposite behind your back. The regional supervisor simply does not respond any further at this point.

Staff and maintenance are very responsive. They are courteous and friendly. Seems to be fair in terms of rent. Nice upkeep around the surrounding area. In a growing neighborhood, definitely will be nicer when the area is more built out. Unfortunately (and to be expected in apartment living) I have a very loud neighbor below with some type of music/sound system that goes late into the night past 10pm...but other than that I've been really happy.

My complex is pretty awesome. Just missing some shade at the dog park. Lol.. no but for real we really do love our complex and our beyond friendly neighborhood. Location ..location..location. Enough said

The community is always very clean and very well-maintained. The staff here is amazing and maintenance response time is awesome. I feel very safe when taking my dog out late at night. Overall I love living here

The proximity to my job was the initial reason I chose Trinity Club, but I also love how close it is to major highways, shopping and now Trinity is growing so much we are in the center of it all. New restaurants, coffee shops, stores are popping up daily and we are even in walking distance of many of them. The pool is perfect for sunning on the weekends and I have even had friends over to grill. Lastly, the staff is quick to respond to maintenance needs and always friendly in the office.

Great place to live, quiet but still close to schools, restaurants and shopping. Apartments are nice and parking is pretty easy. Pool is nice and in a good location. Would recommend to friends. Access to elementary school is awesome.
