We decided to downsize after our two Sons went on their own and looked at a number of options in the Pasco and Pinellas areas! When we arrived here at Trinity Club and were given a complete tour by Theresa "We Knew We Found Our Next Home." She and the Leasing Team are excellent at providing quality service and answering all questions asked and that comes from our many years in New Home Sales and General Real Estate Management and Sales....WE KNOW what Customer Service should consist of....on an ongoing basis!!!! We just completed our 15 month lease and signed for another 15 months because we Love Our Home, the Community and the Maintenance Free Lifestyle offered here!! If we need any maintenance service, which has not been often, Bryan and the Maintenance Staff are Exceptional, Professional and always available!! When we relax in our lanai which is often or meet new neighbors at the pool, we feel like we are at a resort in Orlando and to think....WE Call This Our Home!! Thanks, Harry & Chris

I have lived here since Novemeber of 2014 and had a issue with a clogged tub and the AC, but these guys were on this like nobody's business. The issues were normal things but they really take care of the place.

I have just gone through one 15-month lease with Trinity Club. When I moved into the complex, I was weary about moving into an apartment home. After living here for just over a year I enjoy coming home each day. The management puts in time to make the residence feel more like a neighbor and less like a pay check. There are waffle breakfasts, pool parties, and community garage sales. Just to name a few things they do. I have only had one issue in my apartment since the move in, the AC fan quit working, and the maintenance staff fixed it the next day and when I came home nothing was disturbed. The complex it self offers everything you need from an excellent work out facility to a open field play area with soccer goals. Trinity Club is a beautiful, well maintained place to live. It is located next to an amazing elementary school. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. Thank you to all the staff at The Trinity Exchange.

I have lived at Trinity Club with my daughters since it was built 2 1/2 years ago and we have had a wonderful experience. Maintenance and office staff are very professional and have addressed any problems we have had immediately. I would recommend living here if you want a safe clean and upscale apartment living!

I will start off this review by saying that I have lived in a couple of brand new apartments in Tampa. I was looking for a new place and couldn't find anything I liked in Tampa (I am picky after dealing with a rough situation at my last apartment). It seemed like rental rates went up about $200 a month in the last year or so. It was crazy! I decided to look outside Tampa before I decided to rent an over-priced apartment in Tampa. I found Trinity Club on a rental site and it was beautiful. I decided to come look and fell in love. I drove around the area a bit before I applied and there was so much around!! There was absolutely no reason for me to live in Tampa (and if I ever need to go there, I'm not far at all). If this apartment was in Tampa, I have no doubt that it'd be $1300 per month or more for a 1 bedroom. I'm paying $26 dollars a month more than I paid at my last apartment in Tampa and this apartment is 100000x nicer. It's also 325 sq. ft. bigger. This is the nicest apartment complex I've ever lived in. I read the other reviews and saw that people had a problem with noise and cell reception. I haven't had a problem with either. You always expect noise when you live in an apartment but I haven't heard my neighbors at all. It seems this apartment complex was built very well. Regarding cell reception - when I first moved in, I didn't have internet for a few days because I was waiting for them to come hook it up. I had some trouble with data, but my calls have never gotten disconnected and now that I'm on wi-fi, I haven't had any issues. The complex grounds are gorgeous and the maintenance staff has been extremely helpful. Yesterday I was moving a TV stand (roughly 100lbs) up to my 3rd floor apartment when the maintenance men were making their rounds. They saw that I was struggling a bit to move it and offered to help me move it up to the 3rd floor!!!!! This was one of the nicest gestures that I have ever seen at an apartment complex. This type of stuff does not go unnoticed! The office staff has also been great and made everything super easy. They made me feel comfortable from the first time I came. I couldn't recommend this place any more!

Pros: location, aesthetically pleasing, dog park, nice pool Cons: no cell reception, office staff (office manager is the only one who can answer question right the first time) extra charges for carpet cleaning after moving out (see pictures of perfect carpet after move out)dog poop everywhere. Charged for a full month of trash pickup although I was only there for 5 days of July.

I have lived at Trinity Club for almost 2 yrs now and have been very happy with that decision. Dealing with Kim since the beginning has been such a pleasure. She is excellent at her job and has made every effort to make sure I am informed and satisfied in every aspect of Trinity Club. I have had no complaints or problems while residing here. However, a few days ago I had an issue with my air conditioner after hours. I called maintenance and Bryan responded right away. He was very accommodating and brought in a portable unit to use until the morning. I think having that unit as an option in this weather was a huge convenience. I know plenty of places that would not have that as an option at all. Bryan was very professional and helpful. My a/c was fixed first thing in the morning. It's good to know that these are the kind of people that are available to me if I ever need help with anything. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Thank you, Donna S

I've lived at Trinity Club for 1.5 years. I'm leaving comments for people seeking a place to live rather than to bash the place. Trinity Club is located in a great location with access to many convenient restaurants and other businesses. I moved in to a brand new apartment and obviously enjoyed new grounds. I expected the grounds to decline with more residents and poor upkeep. I'm able to say my expectations were wrong. I still enjoy nicely maintained grounds and know the management takes their image seriously. I've seen changes made throughout my time here to reflect their concern for a nice place to live by changing service providers and maintaining everything very well. The few issues I've encountered were aggressively addressed. Recently, the exterior of the buildings were washed and over spray from the wind caused my vehicle to be covered with residue. Unfortunately, the hired out workers didn't wash my vehicle down. Maybe they didn't notice. Regardless, I voiced my concern and wanted it taken care of immediately. It would have been easier to tell me to go around the corner to Mobil and get a car wash. Instead, the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician, Bryan and Omar, hand washed and dried my car as soon as their day started. There were no complaints and I was stunned at how seemingly eager they were to help me as if it was their vehicle that had been dirtied. You have no idea how that influenced me. Communication here is top notch. I've had several printed notifications left at my door that every resident receives. That's extra work to walk the entire property taking flights of steps to communicate to their people. Those notifications have been utilized to inform, update, and occasionally apologize for mishaps. I've had no negative issues with the office staff. They've always been friendly and attentive. Everybody has their own experience and can freely express it. Just remember, people are leaving comments ultimately about individuals and those individuals grouped together make Trinity Club. They are working. If you read something negative, please keep it in context and consider how you would feel if anybody could freely express in written format for everybody else to read how they feel about you at your workplace. Have you ever had a bad day and poor performance? Overall, I enjoy my stay here at Trinity Club and sincerely appreciate the efforts of those here that contribute to it.

I have lived here for almost a year and just signed a new lease for 15 months. I love this place. It is beautiful, great gym and pool area and they keep the place in tip top shape. What you get for the money is awesome. The kitchens are beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. It's almost brand new and they keep it looking that way. To top it off the management is fantastic!! They are very friendly and always ready to help you in any way. If you have a problem it's fixed the same day. It feels like home and there are a lot of really nice people living here. I recommend it with 5 STARS!!!!!!

I lived in this place for one year and the place is absolutely amazing!! However, the place needs better management. The staff at the leasing office are very rude and have a bad attitude towards the tenants. They never call back once you leave a message and you have to go to the office in person to talk to someone who will show absolutely no respect to what you want or about to say. The place is almost brand new and its resort-like kinda place but again the management is messing it up. the owners should be aware of that and make some modifications to maintain a good reputation. I have also witnessed that a new comers with trashy style and drug-seekers white trash kinda tenants are moving in there. The management doesn't check back grounds and guarantee a place to who ever meet the income criteria. Another disgusting thing is that you will find dog crap all over the place. You have to be very careful where to put your steps while walking there or otherwise you have to clean that smeared crap off your shoes. The management should be more initiative about the hygiene of the premises. Ohh and maintenance ppl suck too. They will hand over the furnace filter for you to replace by your self!! Really!!!! Location wise, its in very save and luxurious area in Trinity.

We've lived here for two years and absolutely love it. The facilities are second to none. We love the pool area and the office. Kids love the playground area and the soccer field. It is in the best school district in the County and a hard district to get into. We love it here.

I have overall been very pleased with Trinity Club. The facility is clean and they do an excellent job of responding to tenant requests. The place is built rather well and maintained well. If there are any noise issues that is mostly due to the tenants themselves and has nothing to do with construction of the place. Like any place, you find many mature responsible tenants and then there are always a bunch of complainers who are just miserable people anyway. The staff here is first rate. They care about each tenant. They are patient to listen, quick to help, and always positive. They are professional, humble, and willing to serve you in any way they can. You can't ask for much more than that. They also personally care about their tenants. I know this from personal experience. Overall, the location is ideal and I have found that utilities are very reasonable. This place is so new that it doesn't quite register on many GPS systems which can be a little challenging when people try to find you. Parking is adequate, garage prices are reasonably priced. They are installing speed bumps to cut down on speeders through the parking lots. That's appreciated because of small kids. Pool area is kept cleaned and arranged. Sometimes the fitness center needs aired out but the machines are kept cleaned and updated. This is a very nice place.

Trinity Club Apartments have to be one of the best apartment complex's I have lived in. The rent ratings are extremely fair for what you get: When I entered the apartment for the first time, I was blown away by the fact that the kitchens have granite tops, stainless steel appliances, contemporary espresso wood colored cabinets, and great space. Also, the bathrooms have granite counters and stainless steel faucets. I have had no complaints as of yet as far as noise goes. The noise around my apartment are the usual as any other apartment complex; nothing extreme to the point where I have to make a complaint or lose sleep over. The Staff at Trinity Club Apartments have to be one of the most respectful, professional, and polite people I have encountered. I have had my fair share of experiences with other staff members at apartment complex's where they would do nothing for me but take my rent. The staff at Trinity Club are always there for their residents. (They even go out of their way to provide the residents of this complex with gatherings or events.) Last, the amenities at the Trinity Club are fantastic. They provide a 24 hour gym with the latest equipment for your work out needs. Next to the gym is a Internet computer room where residents can print something out or enjoy a coffee using their brewer. Furthermore, they have a billiards/game room right down the hall from that. The best part of it all is the large sloped entrance pool with the fireplace at the end. I definitely recommend Trinity Club to any resident looking for an apartment. I have had bad experiences at other complex's but have yet to have one here.

Absolutely LOVE this place !! The staff is extremely helpful and always have a sincer smile on their face. Our apartment is BEAUTIFUL! I feel like we live in a house or town home because the layout is so spacious. Granite tops in both bathrooms and kitchen,stainless steel appliances and new carpet!! The pet policy at Trinity Club is extremely lenient and the pet park is a true PLUS! Great gym with updated machines a pool with a grill and fireplace! For sure renewing our lease! No complaints!

We have lived at Trinity club just about a year and absolutely love it. The staff in the office is wonderful. They are always smiling and there to help. The maintenance staff is amazing. You call with a problem and there are there to fix it right away. The pool is always clean and the amenities are great. This place is so great my parents and sister and her family are moving in in June. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The units... well, kitchens, are pretty but even though this is new it's built dirt cheap. We live on the 2nd floor and I am so tired of the god awful noise from our upstairs neighbor that I want to rip my hair out! Even when it doesn't sound like romper room you can hear the toilets flushing and shower going like your own personal flood. The office? Well if they get their monthly rent that's all they care about. DEAR TC... EVERY TENANT DESERVES TO HAVE PEACE AND SLEEP!!!!! LAY DOWN THE LAW LIKE EVERY OTHER COMPLEX OUT THERE DOES! I constantly have to explain to my toddlers that their ceiling is not 'breaking' (it's the ******* upstairs jumping on it!) Then have exhausted kids in the morning because the neighbor dictates our sleep by whenever THEY DECIDE to shut up. We will not be renewing our lease. Not going to pay 1,300.00 a month for this ridiculousness any longer. Reading these reviews I see that I'm not the first to complain about this same issue and surely I won't be the last. All the courteous and respectful tenants are being ran out by the inconsiderate jerks. More & more vacancies everyday still isn't getting the message across. Also, TC doesn't allow large dogs but it's apparently permissible to have an aggressive Pit Bull that has to be muzzled when it goes outside and lunges at you while practically dragging its owner to the ground you are walking down the sidewalk. My kids love walking to the car in the mornings due to this wonderful daily experience.

Looking over the reviews since we live here. It appears that the responses here are flat out over looking the real problem here. yes the complex has all the shown stuff and nice. Its the problem others have from noise above, which means inconsiderate tenants not remembering people live below. Mgmt. listens, plays all the I'm sorry act. But could solve it by sending letters to all to say remember to keep noise down. Like loud music, running, etc. I'm a very happy person, just not when I don't get my sleep. I laugh at some reply's because one of those may be my very neighbor that doesn't think of others. Certainly doesn't see their self doing it. So we just gave up. Live in misery because mgmt. doesn't do anything. Its not "that's apt living" its called disturbing the peace. A nuisance neighbor who continues to do as they please. Oh and mgr. response here always says come see me or call. Been there done that way to many times, you don't do anything.

Making the decision to move into Trinity Club was easy. The complex looked and was everything you see. The complex and the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are maintained. The leasing consultants know their jobs well and can answer any question. The real problem I soon discovered is the noise between floors. It is terrible. Unfortunately I have an extremely noisy and disrespectful tenant above me who also lets his children run inside, bounce balls and slam everything on the floor. My lighting and fans shake constantly. The office manager has been no help. Nothing is enforced and you are referred to the complex's courtesy officer for matters like this because he has to "witness it" before they will take any real action. He has yet to ever respond, so the behavior continues. Ironically my very first day there and it was storming and my door slammed due to the wind catching it. The officer didn't hesitate to immediately come banging on my door and harass me over the slam. Clearly he doesn't like the noise, but doesn't care as long as it's not impacting him. I pay $1,100 a month to live under an extremely rude and disrespectful neighbor and can do nothing about it because the office management refuses to tell him flat out to stop disturbing your neighbors. If you don't mind not sleeping, your ceiling fans, paintings and lights rattling for hours on end night and day then by all means Trinity Club is perfect for you. However, if you do not wish to live under what sounds like a relentless herd of elephants in a thunderstorm on a daily basis and need some sense of sanity, I suggest you look elsewhere. Gorgeous units, but I regret signing a lease here.

We have lived in our home in Trinity for the last 11 years and were searching for a maintenance free lifestyle change, until we met Theresa our consultant at Trinity Club and the search was over!!!! We were convinced we found our next Home!! Theresa was attentive and listened to our needs and desires and explained why she felt Trinity Club would be ideal for us. After touring the very well maintained property, seeing the model and discussing all the amenities we immediately knew this would be our next Home and are looking forward to the enjoyable years ahead!!!!

My Husband and I have lived here since June of 2013. When I first came to visit the complex I was bring my mother-in-law who was the interested party. It was at this time that I met Kim the Leasing Agent. After a series of events my husband and I came to view, and eventually sign, a lease for a 2/2. The grounds are always maintained and if there is a maintenance issue... maintenance comes right out. The office staff is amazing. If you have any questions or concerns Kim is always willing to assist, the assistant property manager, Theresa is also right there with helping and the property manager, Elizabeth is always approachable- making living here more then apartment living but rather home living. There are always kid friendly events and there is always a little reminder that the staff cares. Case in point- they left a flower on my door for Valentine s Day. Kid and pet friendly and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I have been living in Trinity Clubs 2 years now. Moving from a house to an apartment was easy with the beautiful living space I have. Anytime I go into the office everyone is so nice and helpful. On Valentine's day they left a carnation on my door, on Halloween they had candy for my son. Truly an apartment home.

We are new tenants to Trinity Club and I must say, so far, we are very impressed. The staff here are very helpful and it was very easy to set up the move in. They do a very thorough job when going when going through everything you need to know and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The apartments are beautiful. The price is right and we love our new home at Trinity Club. Another thing we really like and appreciate is the time and effort the girls at Trinity put in to holding events at the complex and even give little gifts like flowers at your door on Valentine's Day. It made my day! I like that they are current, you can pay your rent online and can even follow their page on Facebook to get all the news on anything going on. We are very happy with our decision and would recommend Trinity Club to anyone!

Trinity Club Apartments are by far the best in the area for luxury apartments. Everything is brand new containing granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The 9' ceilings with the crown moldings gives the apartment a luxury feel and the illusion of added square footage, compared to other luxury apartments I checked out throughout the area. The management team is great! The complex is very quiet and I have not been bothered by any noise so far inside of my apartment. Very affordable rent for a new luxury apartment!
