Rent keeps jumping up every year. Greystar is taking advantage of the poor economy for rent increases. What do they do with that extra money ?... The gates are broken for days or weeks at a time. The garbage is frequently overflowing. There is often trash or discarded furniture around the recycling dumpsters for days. They don't enforce the breezeway rules often enough. This is supposedly "elegant living"

Trinity club cares about their residents. From the monthly get-togethers to the quality of the maintenance, everything is first class. Ask for Lindsay or Lewis or Tammy. They will treat you like family.

Overall is good if only there wasn’t so many restrictions to the residents. I feel like weekly I get emails about things the residents are not allowed to do which some seem very unreasonable. Other than that nice community.

I have no complaints at all- the staff is amazing along with maintenance team. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are comfortable and updated. The facilities are beautiful and it’s a great place to live

So far we are satisfied with the complex. Problems with the gates being open for long periods of time allows anyone to enter. The disabled compactor causes trash NOT to be picked up and overloading of a dumpster that is used.

Trinity Club is a very nice cummunity great for families schools near by . So many needs close by Hospital , dental needs , restaurants and groceries just minutes away. Having a gym is a big plus with cold water to drink , hand sanitizer and coffee within reach, pool room looks nice

Highly recommend Trinity Club

My family and I love living at Trinity Club. Our apartment is huge and we love the layout! The community is close to everything! We love that we can walk our kids to school. The maintenance team is so helpful and so quick! The office team is amazing - so friendly! We love the events they do, and the amenities are perfect. We spend a lot of time at the pool and using the grill! We highly recommend living here!

The apartments are beautiful, modern, and spacious; and the grounds are well kept. I particularly like the tile roof, that it's a gated community, has door valet trash pickup, and garages are available. I'm also thankful that the office and maintenance staff are courteous, friendly, and welcoming.

Worst Ever

Worst Place to date. Over priced, looks are cheap and noisy beyond belief. Management needs some professionalism or someone that has a personality besides over weight with an attitude and miserable. Units are not that great inside, outdated, old appliances, bad plumbing and noise beyond belief. Hallways are always filthy, too many young with a party mentality. Looks low income, chalked sidewalk areas when walking and weekends you drive through and see a grill with a table and a party in the parking lot. People never pick up after their dogs and there are some breeds that other apartments will not accept. Inside you will have the pleasure of pictures falling from entrance doors slamming, kids running, conversations, music, bathroom walls and utility pipes clicking when water is run and a tenants every move will enlighten your quiet time. The list goes on and on from gates vandalized(probably a fed up tenant), noisy cars and kids. Horrible place and management, stay away from Trinity Exchange as well managed by same and looks the same. Must be the Florida look for renting.

I’m very happy with my new home. Things started out a little rough as the apartment was not move in ready but they addressed all my concerns and fixed all the issues needed. We are extremely happy with the community. Office staff and maintenance team are amazing.

This is one of the best complex’s to live!

I’m really happy here. My kids love it and the grounds are well taken care of. I would highly recommended- there’s plenty of restaurants and the facilities are clean and well taken care of. My apartment is beautiful

Unfortunately, it has gone down over the years. The property upkeep is not what it once was. The maintenance crew are excellent and always have been and the front office staff are proficient. We will be moving at the end of our lease.

Our Apartments have high quality appliances, Granite counter tops, island bar, Washer and dryers in every apartment. Fun Community activities monthly. Dog park, Children friendly School bus stop and of course Staff always available and informative always friendly.

I’m not satisfied with the conditions of my unit for the rent that I’m expected to pay. The exterior surface of the refrigerator and stove are extremely scratched. The cabinets are damaged due water leaks and now mold is resurfacing in the master tub. I want the unit to match the expectation of payment for luxury apartment living.

It’s a good place to live but it can be better , pool should be heated , nobody can use it when is cold out , gates stay more time broken that working , prices are way to high , car wash machine needs to replaced or upgrade and there is no vacuum on site
