Quiet community, great communication...a few things are definitely getting run down, cleaning could be a bit better but overall not bad for a short term lease...the gates are always broken and it's hard to see the addresses on buildings

Dont even think to rent here

She dont even care about the people and their vehicles who are staying here, she just simple tells you i dont care and no one here are responsible for you. the gates of the community does not belong to this community which i dont understand. lot of cockroaches every where in the unit they crawl on the beds in the bedroom in the midnight, after complaining lot of times no one care about that in the leasing office. if your car is stolen by some one because the community gates never work they stay open always. leasing people dont even care about that.

Good community, nice neighborhood. Excellent leasing staff and maintenance team. Would recommend for sure, they maintain the community very well. Everything one needs is available within 15-20 minutes drive.

I feel I have a luxury, spacious apartment that is in a great location convenient to shopping, groceries, activities and beaches. The staff is friendly and courteous as is their maintenance team who takes care of needs promptly.

Love living here. The colors of the buildings make the atmosphere cheerful. The grounds are well cared for, the location to everything is a huge plus. Also, whomever designed the apartments knew exactly how to make them feel bigger with the 9ft ceilings, walk in closets, spacious kitchen.

My lease is nearly up. If it wasn't such a hassle I would seek other accommodations. Parking is a nightmare. So many non-working vehicles and cars with expired tags. One of the features that made me want to live here was that it was gated for security...but gate is constantly broken and left open..and remains open in the am and pm for work hours and i see a lot of people piggy backing in. Anybody who wanted to come in can..what's the point of a gate? Big dogs and breeds that shouldn't be allowed. Apartments are not very energy efficient. My electric bill is outrageous because my ac unit runs constantly.

I consider Trinity Club Luxury Apartments a home, not just apartment living. The employees are friendly and professional. The monthly events are enjoyable. I have made a lot of friends at the pool. I call them my pool family. Lol

Location is great, Close to everything. Office is great and helpful. Community is tucked away off the main road. The grounds could be taken better care of. Over all I like the community. Nice pool area and grill station. Playgrounds and pet park.

My experience at Trinity Club has been nice. The staff provide various fun events to attend which are all for free. All the residents I have spoken to are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves. I enjoy the pool and also the gym. They are well maintained and never over crowded. If I have a question or a maintenance issue it is quickly resolved.

Trinity Club is a fantastic community! The location is very convenient, all of my shopping is less than 5 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for dining out. There is a bike/walking trail nearby which is great. The community amenities are nice, I enjoy the pool and the gym. I highly recommend taking a tour!

The breeds of dogs that have been moving into the community lately are large and aggressive - that is my biggest concern. There are a number of german shepherds 3 in particular that lunge at people and bark, not very well trained. It is quite scary and I plan my walk to the car when they have gone in. Frustrating.

The quality has depreciated over the past couple of years. I think its due to the demographics and new tenant characteristics. People drive too fast through the entire property. People are disrespectful regarding throwing their own trash away and throw too many items on the ground.

I moved from New York a couple of months ago and I have had such an amazing experience thus far. The team, Tyler and Jack have been nothing short of exceptional and have exceeded my expectations. My repairs are done within hours of notifying the office and they are in and out and professional and courteous. The grounds are beautiful and maintained daily. A move from New York is big and the team here has made my transition much easier.

We love the professional staff and beautiful apartments. They are well maintained and frequently updated, and a large number of apartments look out over a beautiful Cypress dome natural preserve. We have access to walk to a very good elementary school where our children have gone for 3 years, and easy access to multiple parks and outdoor activities. Our neighbors are friendly, and there is a real sense of community here. 11 out of 10 stars.

We love our apartment at Trinity Club. The interior is like new and so spacious! The amenities are great and customer service from the management team can't be beat! Our dog has made friends here too at the dog park which is very nice in addition to a large field area. If you are looking for an apartment; I highly recommend Trinity Club.

Grounds are very well-maintained love the new patio furniture by the pool. maintenance is very thorough and fast. Office staff does a great job. We really appreciate all of the events gifts and services facilitated by the ladies in the office. Great location and community. My son walks across the street to the school, Very safe area. everything nearby is new clean and up-and up incoming.
