My experience living at the apartments has not been satisfactory, and I don't plan on renewing my lease. One of the main concerns has been the significant increase in rent, which has risen to an extremely high level without any corresponding improvements or upgrades to the property. Despite paying more, there have been no noticeable enhancements to the living conditions, amenities, or overall quality of the apartments. Additionally, I have experienced ongoing issues with parking enforcement. Even though my vehicle has had the proper decal displayed, my car has been booted more than three times. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and added expenses that I do not feel are justified given that I have complied with the parking requirements. Overall, the combination of steep rent increases, lack of property improvements, and repeated parking issues has made my stay less than ideal. I believe that these concerns reflect a lack of consideration for residents and their needs. For these reasons, I have decided that it is in my best interest to seek alternative housing and I don't plan on renewing my lease.

I haven't spent a lot of time in the community. I'll move in late March so I'm not sure about what the community offers at this time. I can revisit a survey if one is provided but from what I've seen it looks to be fine

Make sure you stay on top of any maintenance issues that you have because due to lack of employees maintenance has your work order may take weeks or months to be addressed. Maintenance team is great just need more employees for the size of property.

I am very pleased to be living here! There are multiple shopping plazas and restaurants in the area. And The beltline is in the process of being connected right outside on the property. Its a great place to thrive!

We absolutely love the staff and complex! This is truly a great place to call home. New improvements to the neighborhood are in flight, and they will really improve the walkability of the area. Get in before the rush!

Location location location. This has been the perfect place in the perfect place everything is convenient and yet not too busy. The area also appears to be improving nit declining which is also a major plus.

The community was really nice, enjoyed to tour with the assistant manager, Raymond who was very knowledgable about the property. Enjoyed the experience and loved the apartment and what is soon to come. Love that it is also an easy commute.

What has kept me with the community is the maintenance service. They make every effort to attend to the request within 24-48 hours and they are very friendly and ready to help. I am grateful for the maintenance team.

I loved it here in 2023 and with a different property manager. That changed. Do not risk it. If you do know your legal rights and your lease. Don't be intimidated!! But your safest choice is paying a little more and choose a different property it's a great area.

Apartment complex is cool but they haven't been able to keep the gates closed. Previous office staff didn't have this issue. It feels like it is only a matter of time before something will happen to someone or our vehicles.

I am a new resident and so far I love it. The maintenance staff is great and super helpful. J and Rachel in the leasing office are truly amazing as well. If I had to offer any feedback it would be that the gate should be fixed soon.

My overall experience with the community has been great. If I have one complaint it would be security. Access Gates and parking gates continuously do not work also the elevators continuously go out of service during electrical storms. Also I would have to say that the hallways and common areas need to be cleaned in each building every other day is what I get for multiple residents that live here. Also I don't know whether we have security for the parking lot for guests but there have been numerous break-ins into cars during my 2 years here.

I have enjoyed my 3 years of living here the leasing staff and maintenance are wonderful and works well to make this a great living experience I hope to stay another year so far, I really do not have any complaints. Everything has been fine.

I love living in this community. It is clean and well-managed. My neighbors are courteous and quiet for the most part. The space, location, and price are reasonable. There are community events ever month that are well-attended.

Prompt response, I didn't get the best response from the property manager?however, the service team squared things away. I have had few issues over the 3 years?but it's always taken care of. I appreciate the fast turnaround.

This is a very nice community and there are beautiful parks nearby that are accesssible. The staff at SYNC are knowledgeable, helpful, polite and are always available to help with any issues tenants may have.

Due to the apartment complex being a much older than my usual place of residence it has been a challenging stay for me. I've been through my apartment not being professionally cleaned at move-in, experienced several leak situations, as well as a semi flood.

The moving process was very smooth. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My apartment is high-quality and so far I'm enjoying the atmosphere of the environment. Michael was a great help during the process. He took over from the prior management and soon as he jumped in the transfer was seamless.
