It's been great so far, move in was easy and the staff has been so helpful with all questions and inquiries. My apartment was clean and move-in ready! While I did experience my keys and dishwasher not working. Everything was quickly fixed within the hour of request and all my needs were met!

We love it here. Never had a problem. People here are very nice. We have parties and community gathering. They have a dog park and multiple grills to use. Gas and charcoal. They use a parcel pending system for mail so that's nice.

SYNC at West Midtown is a nice community. Everyone in the office has gone above and beyond. I love that they like to throw events in the office so we are able to network and get to know our neighbors.

The security gate is constantly broken. The pedestrian gates are usually left open. There is no obvious way to have delivery drivers call to open gates. There are pit bulls despite a policy against them. One building's elevator has been broken for like half a year now. I don't understand how this apartment can cost so much.

It was all labs in Chi Chi up until it came time to verify my income, and they refused to accept cash money to pay my rent in full for four years straight. They must not be used to dealing with legacy and people who have an inheritance! Once the application was filled out the second day, true colors were shown, attitude, changed, and, let me tell you ------ and such a disappointment if you want to know more about my situation, give me a call at 0 have I got a story to tell legal action is also being taken! Disability discrimination is a real thing so all of that loud music and laughing loud and dancing while I'm trying to concentrate, it fill out an application is so distracting and it is a front. They are all miserable, miserable peasants, working and living in. This is none elevator working facility that they called an apartment in Mid rise laughable yet sad!

They did not have the apartment cleaning at all when I first moved in but the neighborhood is cool and staff is cool. Who ever lived in my unit before he was very dirty! I should not know how the last people were when I move into my new apartment. That means they didn't clean at all before I moved in.

Janelle was the leasing agent that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable about the units, the complex and the neighborhood. She had a great attitude and seemed like she enjoyed her job. She sent an application and communicated with me in a timely manner. The complex itself was clean, stylish and had a lot to offer for amenities. It was the first place I looked at that I could see myself living in. It's in a great location as well!

Experience is up and down due to changing staff. Needs better groundkeeping, more events, updated amenities and features. Great location and proximity to most things in the city. Parking is not best either.

The leasing process went well. In addition, the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly . The amenities are nice and it's a perfect place for fur babies. The storage space in my unit is excellent! If you're into aromatherapy and enjoy long soaks in the bath or meditation showers, the deep garden tub is amazing and the shower head is phenomenal.

My experience at the community thus far has been great. It is indeed as quiet and peaceful as I wanted it to be. My first move in date set me off a bit because someone called the police about noise but I was moving in and it was day 1. Apart from that there have not been any issues and I hope to continue to have the same experience here.

Finishes and the apartments are nice. Love the high ceilings. Lots of space. Great location. Just seems to be a bit overpriced for what I have in comparison to other apartments around the neighborhood and the apartment community seems to always need upkeep and cleaning.

I was just driving by and decided to pop in and take a look at what they had to offer. When I went on a tour with the property manager, I fell in love with the apartment immediately. They are modern, great lighting, and nice sizes. I especially love how much closet space they give you. Overall, I loved the community, the amenities and the location. So happy I found it!

Units are nice, but it's managed horribly and parking is a nightmare

We recently moved in, and our unit REEKED of smoke, was dirty, contained trash, and multiple features were damaged and broken (blinds, ice maker, air conditioning, lights broken, etc). Our neighbor harassed us and entered our apartment without asking- I have to actively avoid her every time I go outside. guest parking is NOT free and god forbid you need to have your car worked on, and need a rental car or something- it'll get booted. If you think the rent prices are good think again- you'll also need to pay a monthly community fee, $70 for your key FOB, $25 to register for the parking (where they boot you anyway), $20 to get your own mail, $50 a month extra if you want a washer and dryer, $30 a month for trash, the list goes on. Community is terrible and there's trash everywhere.

Love Sync at West Midtown . It's close to everything and community is quite even if it's in the city. Leasing and maintenance team does a wonderful job managing the property and keep tenants informed about the property.

Nice so far but parking is terrible and you can get booted very quickly. Guest having to pay for parking is quite a pain. The security system using the fobs to gain access to the building is quite effective however the call box rarely works and getting guest into the home is tedious as you have to physically get them each time.

I was looking for an affordable unit with about 800 sq ft in a fairly quite neighborhood in Atlanta. So far, so good at Sync at West Midtown. It is close to the city but still "out of the way", they had a great rent special at the time, and it is quite large compared to other apartment homes. I will say that if you want to rent here you have to stay on top of the office staff to get what you need done. I am currently on the top floor and at times I can hear/feel the music/bass from my neighbors below me. The monthly complex fees are a little higher than I would like at $75. There is limited parking especially once it gets late. If you often have guests this may not be the place for you. There is a high probability their car will get booted. Overall, I've been here for about 2 weeks and I am satisfied.

The move in experience was a breeze. The community is quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and beautiful. The only issue I have is that the pool closes after business hours at 6 pm because someone had a pool party and it must have went past 10pm and neighbors must have complained so the whole unit is being punished for one persons mistake. We are actually on punishment!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The community stays relatively clean and maintenance is always quick to fix anything. I love my apartment itself and feel it's a great value for the rent. Haven't had any issues with noise so far which is also a plus.
