The property is very nice and Randy and Ashley are exceptional. The only problem is I was advised by both the Administration fee is refundable 75.00 app fee isn't but the remaining 150.00 has not been returned to me as promised and I was advised it was being processed as I was not suitable for the residency. That is extremely disappointing and I want my money back. I have called for three days and left messages with no response. Now I am angry.

Overall, we have been very satisfied with Collier Lofts! We have lived here for approximately five months. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location is great, especially for someone who needs easy access to I-75. The fenced-in dog run and the "grassy knoll" are a dream for our 65-lb. mutt, and grounds maintenance is done regularly. It's very secure, which can be inconvenient when guests arrive, but I am pleased that my car has never been compromised. Our biggest complaint is the noise from our upstairs neighbor. I don't think the wood floors absorb much sound.

I moved into Collier in December of 2014 and I just renewed my lease for another year. Though it has not been perfect (no place is perfect!) I am very happy to be staying another year. There have been many complaints about the previous manager, but I have never had a problem with management - old or new. However, Ashley, the new property manager, is a gem. She is helpful, responsive and goes out of her way to make sure the residents are happy and well taken care of. Maintenance is also great - friendly, nice and very responsive. The location isn't comparable to downtown/midtown but the area is definitely nice and has many restaurants and places to hang out - Topgolf, numerous breweries and the Westside area is super close! Great location to get on 75/85/285 easily. Overall, my loft is beautiful, I am happy living here and my friends always want to hang out at MY place... who could complain?

We moved to Collier Lofts in December 2015 from a luxury apartment complex on the other side of town. After my first month of living here, I can say (with hesitance) that management has improved since the previous reviews were written. We had a couple of things going wrong/broken in our apartment when we moved in, and maintenance came promptly to fix the issues. You have to stay on top of the management here - they are dealing with a lot of tenants and thus, need reminders when you need to get something done. The floors and appliances are a bit cheaply done/selected, but for what you're paying in rent, it's eons above anything else you'll find in this area as far as aesthetics. We live in a unit that faces the street, and road noise can be an issue. We sometimes hear our upstairs neighbor washing/drying their clothes, but again, at this price point and with this many units, a little noise is to be expected. If anyone thinks they're overpaying for these apartments: I invite you to look around and tell me what you find in this price range and neighborhood with a pool, gym, dog park, package holding, resident lounge. Even some of the luxury units I've lived in don't have all that to boast. As of December 2015, all of the amenities were in good shape and finished. Overall, we're happy here. It's a transitional place for us until we buy a place in Midtown on the East side, and it's fitting the bill much nicer than our old place.

This place was disappointing to say the least. I lived there from last May until this May and in response to the person on here who wrote (with terrible grammar I might add) that everyone received an email about the water situation, the email did not appear until after everyone had already been without water for an entire night and most of the next day. Management admitted they had no idea the water was shut off until nearly five hours after the fact, and rather than working around the clock until it was fixed, they decided to let us go without water for the rest of the night and next morning until they finally took action. Not once did I see a manager/developer out there to address the situation. We were promised that the pool would be open by last July, and it wasn't finished until around October when it was too cold use it. They promised the dog park would be ready by last June, but it was not fenced in until a few weeks ago right before I moved out. They say they have a bocce court, but every time it rains, the complex turns into a giant mud pit. The "fitness center" is a small room with two treadmills, one stationary bike and a few dumbbells. The picturesque view of a beautiful babbling brook they have depicted on their website is entirely misleading. There is a reason they have no actual photos of the grounds; they are unimpressive and dis-organized. The "beautiful creek" is actually where the residents of the trailer park next door dump all their trash. I guess if you like roosters crowing first thing in the morning and stray dogs barking in the middle of the night, then you'll love living next to the trash-filled trailer park. That's right; there are actual roosters and yes, even cock fighting and animal abuse. What a great thing to have to listen to when you're trying to sleep. The only restaurant within walking distance is Johnny's pizza. Be prepared to have to drive everywhere else. They charge way too much for being in a highly industrial area with constant semi-truck traffic. The apartments themselves are alright on the inside but honestly, you're better off finding a cheaper place in a better area. Please don't believe the poorly-written reviews saying the place is fine or that people complaining can't afford to live there. The fact that the developer has not even tried to address the negative reviews speaks volumes about the lack of quality they are trying to pass off as a luxury community. Do not give this complex your money.

Hi My name is Arthur Dower i just want to comment on the water situation everyone in the building does gets a email about the water. The thing I want to say is that the office was very aware and concern about all the tenants. This is one of the best apartment building in Atlanta Ga and i'm very very serious i have gone to the top buildings in Atlanta just to look ask around and saw what they offered; Collier Loft is the best... the staff is like a family.. the management team here are very professional. Shantel she is very concern about this property as a manager. I have seen her in action ..... how she handles other tenants in the building and the new people who comes to see the apartments. I will say if 10 people came to her they will rent at the building because of the professionalism she gives. I know that there are comments on here that I saw and I was very shock to see that people had negative things to say. Some people just like to complain. F that is you please tell the truth. Every one has their opinion just please keep it real and true. I love this building they way it's built the apartments have the tall doors and everything in these apartments are high end even more so than going to rent those high rises in Buckhead. I have seen them all; people if you don't rent from Collier lofts trust me you have made a big mistake I advise everyone go today and get your own tour instead of listening to isolated situations. They are friendly and will give you grand treatment.

Do yourself a favor and don't give these morons the time of day. Our water has been off all night and all day now and no one in the office seems to care. I guess they think it's ok that residents haven't had running water for several hours. They haven't tried to contact any of us about what's going on with the water situation. The amenities they advertise are practically non-existant. Fenced in dog park my foot. The pool is always dirty and no one wants to swim in it. The gym is pathetic. Forget this place. They don't care about the residents and you never get a call back from management. Way over-priced.

I just wanted to set the record straight. I moved into Collier Lofts September 2014. My experience here has been nothing short of great. Anytime I request a fix to my apartment; they show up no less then 24 hours. It was the easiest move-in I have ever had. I was also offered a discount upon my move-in. The process was simple and I was told everything I would encounter on a monthly basis. I was told there would be a valet trash fee and a pet fee along with a deposit. They are extremely professional and really care that you are ok. Everything that was promise from the community room to the pool and outdoor areas came to pass. Its a extremely pleasant building with lots of light and beautiful views of quite space. The management is cheery and shows up professionally dressed everyday with a smile. Management always speaks with a smile. I am new to Atlanta from LA and I looked at many places to move but felt that Collier Lofts offered more. I understood that Its a new building.. so patience is necessary to really get in the swing of things but now that we are fully completed its a wonderful place to live. The neighbors are wonderful and are a professional class of people. I would recommend this place as your next home. Tell them Dwayne Xavier sent you and receive an move-in discount. Trust me its a class act. Everything is new. Extremely pet friendly. Management really care about you. You just have to pay your rent when its due. Hello

Don't move here they are liars and crooks. No one is ever in office to help. They make up fees at random. Very very dishonest staff!! No amenities are actually available or functional. Price not worth the service. Prepare to be treated like you live in the ------. Do not expect the manager to care about anything but Meth and getting off early for Meth.

My heart goes out to anyone who every lives here. Be prepared. While living here over 5 units that I know of flooded. Management did not have a proper emergency system set up. Residents left voicemails to handle emergency maintenance request. Horrible ant problem. Horrible customer service. Poorly handling maintenance repairs. Amenities were not available when they said they would be. Lack of sympathy for inconvenience. Never ever would I want anyone to go through what I did. They don't care.

At first you may think this is a nice place because it is newly constructed and close to downtown Atlanta but looks can be deceiving. I had moved in when the other 2 units were still under construction. They offered a decent rate and waived the deposit which was nice but that is all the positive things I could say. Moving in I found out that internet was not available yet and had to wait over a month for that to be sorted out. Management was not helpful even though they said cable was working at the time of signing the lease. Management clearly does not know how to communicate either. They do not confirm that they received an email or respond. Basic customer service is lacking on all accounts. The walls are super thin. I can deal with an occasional party and some bumps but if I can clearly hear a normal conversation from the next door neighbor that is just poor construction. The water pressure is low and then the ant problem. If you leave any food out these ants are sure to come. I let management aware of the ant problem and they sent an exterminator. Going back to the communication issue, they did not even recognize the problem or apologize. Just sent an exterminator without even letting me know it was being dealt with. I spoke to some neighbors and they expressed the same issues and dissatisfaction as well. In all, if you are looking for newly constructed apartments affordable rent near downtown and can deal with ants, paper thin walls and poor management then this is the place for you.
