So far so good!The cleanest apartment I’ve ever moved to plus management is awesome and very friendly! The amenities are dope and love the floor plan of our apartment! The security I feel at this apartment is unmatched and my neighbors are hella nice ??

Overall, not the safest. No security cameras in the halls, front gate is rarely locked, car gate is broken half the time. The apartments themselves aren't the worst. They're a little overpriced though.

I really love living here. Great price for the location. Great staff in the office and maintenance. It's not loud, packages are organized, I feel safe. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending to friends and family.

Fast-acting, professional, and pleasant property management team. I am impressed and thankful. I appreciate how efficient and positive all the staff members especially maintenance are in promptly answering questions and resolving normal tenant issues. Great place to live!

My experience at sync west midtown has been great. I truly love the staff and their professionalism. Under the new management I have seen even greater improvements of the property. You can't beat the amount of space you receive from the lofts. I also like how swift the maintenance are on repairs and making sure our needs are met. Overall I can say it has been a great experience!

Not the best experience at all. They fine you for trash being left outside your door but still expect you to pay for valet trash that doesn't always come on time and sometimes not at all. The management has bad communication. They send you emails of fees but never respond to explain, they just put it on your bill without explanations or conversation and will not remove anything. The management before the current team was WAY better! The current team needs better and ACCURATE communication. It's like dictatorship here.

I really enjoy my time here. Since moving leasing staff has been great and maintenance is just as amazing. Highly recommend this community. The community is quiet and clean and easy travel to one stop shops in the area

Welcoming & comfortable atmosphere here at SYNC at West Midtown. Team pride is apparent with all staff members on every level of the Community Team. Location is nicely situated off the main highway and near plenty of shopping options.

This apartment community is by far my favorite. It's in west midtown and it's so convenient to everything, especially food and shopping. The apartment complex is super secure and i feel safe here. the staff is very reliable they respond on time. The maintenance workers came to fix my request almost immediately. by far i am enjoying my stay.

Easy move in process and apartment is huge spacious and amazing!! Ashley was phenomenal i am super pleased with everything and would recommend the community a 10/10. I can't get over the huge walk in.

The leasing staff is great but the people who are moving in are destroying the community. They leave bags of trash in the elevators and in front of other residents doors. People who smoke throw their cigar and cigarette buds in the hallways.

Office and maintenance staff are great. Only complaint is trash service. They are inconsistent. There have been changes in the schedule several times with no or short notice. They have also not taken trash for whatever reason. Also, the amount of service charges are questionable. If all these charges are necessary the should be in the base rental agreement. Doesn't seem right to get a Monthly invoice almost 200 over your base price for rent.

Apts have become ------, they let anybody move in and rent increase tremendously because of all the unnecessary fees every month. Its a pandemic for Gods sake, have some compassion for peoples money..

I've been at sync from the beginning when it had a different name, Collier Lofts. Out of the 6 years I've been here, the last two years have been difficult. I smell weed smoke, cigarette smoke in my apartment. It's interfering with my health. Leasing says they can't pin point who or where it's coming from because they can't force themselves in anyone's apartment yet we sign a no smoking policy. Among others issues at Sync, it's now used as an AirBnb. Lastly and this did it for me along with being waken by weed smoke at 2am! A girl died Sept 2020 in-front of the back gate for residents entrance and no communication of any type from the leasing office but you get an email someone lost their keys. This is not the place for me no longer! I'm out.

Pros: Great location,Price, Nice amenities. CONS: Hallways are dirty looking, Front Office staff very unprofessional and have attitudes, and some ppl allow their pets to poop all over the community even after numerous notices.

The gym was only open during during office hours due to covid with the explanation that it was so sanitation could happen after hours. however, it looked like it was not cleaned regularly, and there were times there were no wipes available.

love the apartment and the staff goes above and beyond to provide the best service. They seem overworked, but are always quick to resolve any issues that come up. The overall appearance of the property leaves a bit to be desired but they have done a good job of starting projects to clean things up

So far I have zero complaints regarding my experience here at Sync. I have only been living at this location for about a week. Ashley Martinez was my leasing agent here. She made this move in experience quite effortless.

I moved into my apartment in June. Office staff is courteous but maintenance is superb. Although this is a new apartment home location a lot of Reno needs to be done. During my walk through I mention some things needed done and I was told it was going to be done.????????? I was a easy move in process, but there's no security, very limited amenities, but price is still high in comparison to other location. I settled moving here due to the immediate availability, but very excited for this move.

Friendly and courteous. I had a few maintenence issues at movein that they resolved within the first week. I would recommend SYNCappartments to any og my friends. They also answer ybr phonr better than most other ap?artment managers offices

We love our new home so far. We have been treated kindly, the complex is clean and quiet and wonderful! When we moved in, our washer was leaking, and maintenance has kindly fixed it promptly with a lot of communication. Thankful for a great experience so far!

Its been okay. Alot of the time the policies change for different things like parking and trash which can be frustrating. The shooting that took place in June 2020 was scary and the bullets when through my apt. The office staff changed since I first moved in but I really like the office staff now they are very nice and get the job done.
