My experience so far has been very pleasant. Christopher and LaHoma have been so kind and helpful throughout the move in process. The apartment looks awesome and has a great vibe within the community. I hope to have a really good experience here, it's been great so far.

When looking for a home that was centrally located, I stumbled upon Sync and have not been disappointed. The new office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Besides the thin walls, I have no complaints.

Have had some issues with the lack of information about the apartment given up front and getting things handled in a timely manner in the past, but this is fully redeemed by the maintenance staff's ability to quickly and effectively respond to a maintenance order.

Life here has been enjoyable, if often noisy. The location of my unit is right next to the front gate, so it is a high traffic area. Staff has been friendly, though not always able to solve my concerns satisfactorily.

Danielle was so awesome to work with. She made the move in process easy. I have lived here for a week so far, and so far it has been great. I take my dog to the dog park all the time and it's HUGE. He loves it and so do I. I also haven't been able to hear any of my neighbors which is awesome. 10/10

It just hasn't been great and I'm too exhausted from mentioning the issues and nothing being done about it. I won't be renewing my lease. I think management needs to listen to the safety concerns at least. When they can't even do that....That's why I have to go. I've lived here long enough and I'm on my 4th manager. Maybe things will change but i won't stick around to find out.

Nothing was fixed in a sufficient amount of time. The water issue took weeks- still an issue, the elevators werent fixed in a timely manner, the call box is still not fixed- going on a year. Do we even have an office staff?

First, Stacy & Tiffany are great. They are honest and straight forward. I think the previous manager was too passive at times, so maybe residents who are complaining about the current management are experiencing the way things should have been period. Anyway, on to my biggest issue with the property: CONS: 1. It just needs to be cleaned! I walked through another building and got mad because I thought my building was bad, but geesh! There is no other way to slice it. It's not clean! Has it ever been clean? Yes. But I think one of the maintenance guys went on medical leave and it went down from there. The hallways, steps, elevators, etc..If it was cleaned on the regular you could tell. The elevator in building 100 stays filthy. It would be nice to come home to a different smell after work, or atleast tell something was cleaned. Not everyday but at least a couple of days out the week. Residents would appreciate that. 2. I have pets and pet owners around here make me furious. Especially those that let their dogs pee in the hallway. BUT if the building was cleaned on a regular basis, the smell could be neutralized. Once one dog does it, so will the next. 3. The dog park has a hole in the entrance and fills with water when it rains. They recently tried to fill the hole with random rocks but, there is still a hole. POSITIVES: 1. The dog park is awesome when it hasn't rained. Matter of fact alot of us are still here because of the convenience of the dog park. TRUST ME on that. 2. Midtown is thriving and growing, and there is a Film Studio right next door. If you live in the Building facing it, you may be able to catch some filming. My Advice: You should get what you pay for. Don't budge on the details and be firm on your rights as a tenant. You don't have to be nice when it comes to your personal living space. If they want your rent on time, they should be on top of your complaints and concerns in the same manner. Also, a few of my friends thought of moving in here, but every time they come they see the same dirt and mess.. so again, the building cleanliness is the turn off.

This place is awful. Lieing staff and constant nickel and diming for every little thing. I had to pay to rent a washer and dryer. I paid for someone to take my trash (whether I wanted to or not) When I left they were forcing people to pay to get their mail. Horrible place to live. AVOID.

Maintenance is rapid and professional. The front office(LaHoma & Danielle) are very attentive, responsive and caring. The grounds are always well groomed. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with minimal traffic.

I love my apartment. The problem is I haven't been able to get rid of the smell the previous tenants left behind. Also, some neighbors leave out several bags of trash well before collection. The day I was given my key, I was told that the rule was to only leave out one bag that fit inside the trash bin. Some people leave out two, three, or even four large bags of trash outside their doors. It makes the community look and smell bad.

It's always been great. The only thing I don't like is the lack of windows in my unit but otherwise everyone is amazing to work with. There is occasionally too much noise in the halls or in surrounding apts but this is less frequent than something to be concerned about

The community is very nice. The leasing office is informative and helpful. The maintenance staff is wonderful! They responded to both inquiries within twelve hours! There was some delay in questioning the availability of storage space, which was initially offered; but later deemed unavailable. Sharyn Taylor

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! My wife and I decided we wanted to move back to Atlanta from New York back in May of 2017. We looked around and decided on Elysian at Collier. We were approved and made our online deposits and app fees ($400) to secure our new place. Mid June we were told by Danielle that our apartment was "No longer available"??? Weird considering we paid a deposit and even had an apartment number. After this we decided we did not want to live at a location that didn't even respect the agreement we made before even moving in. What other problems might arise if they couldn't even get the first step correct? After telling Danielle that we would not be taking the apartment, we were told that we would get our deposit back within 2 weeks. Today is 9/24/17 and guess what, no deposit refund. That is 4 months without our refund. It gets worse. Mid June is when we started making calls and spoke to the property manager named Steve in hopes of getting our refund. Steve takes down all of our info at least 3 times on three different calls, but you guessed it, no refund. The next time I call back, I'm informed that Steve "no longer works there" which was probably just a lie. After literally and I mean literally 20 more phone calls and conversations, you guessed it, no refund. This place is a joke, and after reading the other bad reviews about this place, I thank GOD that we didn't move in here. Imagine yourself calling to get a refund from anywhere and being told by 3-4 different people for months that your "check has been cut" and walking to your mailbox everyday, just to find nothing. If you like to be hung up on, left on hold for 15mins (just so that you will give up and end the call), or lied to, well I guess this is the place for you. Its just sad and disgusting that a shady apartment complex has stolen my money, lied to me and my wife on multiple occasions and has no remorse for their actions. I thought Tiffany was my one ray of hope, but even she led me on for weeks at a time. I am currently pursuing legal action, and suggest that you do the same if this has happened to you. please excuse any brevity or typos.

I give it 3.5 stars because while I absolutely love the staff, the immediate attention to all my requests and the detail they put into following up, the the reality is that they are allowing for residents and/or visitors to ruin the community. Management spends time into the upkeep of the exterior on the weekdays; whether adding smoking posts, cleaning up food spills, cups/beer bottles or someone's vomit, etc. Yet, recently, people manage to make a communal living feel as if we live in the slums at a high cost. You can definitely tell on the weekends when there isnt any one to keep up with the

Sync at Midtown is one of the best options for a loft unit on the Westside of Atlanta. Conveniently located near Atlantic Station and Buckhead it provides plenty of retail and social options. The units are spacious with high ceilings, wood floors, modern kitchen designs and open floor plans. The grounds are well maintained and the dog park is perfect for your canine companion!

The community is within the heart of Atlanta. Located close to all the swanky bars, restaurants, stores. Our (now 5th) management team, has really made up for the last one, with expedited and professional service. I would suggest increasing and/or up keeping with the security features.

A great experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's a great location. The floorplans are great; the library is a great amenity at the community. I never thought I would use it when I moved in, but I do.

I love living here. I moved here in April 2015 and renewed my lease for another year. The management initially wasn't the greatest except for Mike. He was awesome, then he left and Collier was bought by another company and Ashley came. She is great! Great space and great staff!

I love living in Collier Lofts. The management team is extremely helpful and friendly. My apartment is beautiful and newly updated. I live on the top floor and face away from the warehouses so I don't have any noise complaints. It's the perfect location- a little off the main road so you don't hit traffic right when you leave your complex but still so close to everything. My only complaint is on the weekends there often isn't any parking available. They issue parking stickers but not everyone has one in their window and I normally only have this problem on the weekend.

I have lived at Collier Lofts since April of 2015. The prior management team (specifically the prior property manager, Chante) was utterly rude and unhelpful. This is a where a majority of the negative reviews prior to Ashley coming into the office originate. I had no intention of renewing my lease last month until I realized how different the current management team was. It really is pleasant living here, maintenance is VERY fast in responding to problems and they clean the grounds daily. As with any apartment, you can hear the person above you walking around if you don't live on the top floor. If you are on the side of the property facing the warehouses, you unfortunately have to deal with truck noises every day/night but it isn't terribly bad with your windows shut. It would be amazing if they built a noise reducing wall between the complex and the trucking center but who knows if that could happen. There have been car break-ins in the front lot but they have decreased with the new lighting installed a few months ago and police patrols set up to help deter potential thieves. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place and I really believe they are doing a very good job making this place worth the money.
