Positives: Nice area, easy commute to just about anywhere, great looking place but small, amenities are cool, the staff is cool. Negatives: Living under someone can be problematic as I have a neighbor that stomps all the time. Price is high for a little over 1000 square ft, but that reflects this city's market. The refrigerator can be upgraded, not really big. High ceilings and position of heating/cooling vents maintains heat in the summer in the bedrooms.

Sync has the most caring staff. They have shown care for the residents as well as the community. They have great ideas that enable meet and greet activities among the people. I enthusiastically recommend this location. It is near everywhere you want to be in Atlanta.

Great presentation before you get approved but horrible customer service after. They nickel and dime you with extra fees on fees on fees. Value for dollar is not worth it especially when they force fees for things you don't want like garbage pickup that only comes 4 times a week. Pest service is an extra fee wow. Walls are thin as paper

I've had a positive experience here. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues I've had. The front office staff is always been helpful when I have questions or need assistance. I believe the staff tries their best to create a sense of community by holding frequent events and are effective in communicated updates in a timely manner. I'd love to renew if rental rates remain as is.

It's a good community close to everything shops restaurants, down town Atlanta, even though it's clAssed as the city it doesn't feel like you live In the city location is quiet lots of trees and greenery .

Nice enough apartments with a good location, the problem is the management. They act like they're in constant conflict with the tenants, charging fees for every little thing, trash pickup, packages (or they threaten to send your packages back), my car has been booted twice.

Rent keeps going up while management changes constantly. Frequent break ins and no increases to security. Community events are inconsistent and inconvenient. Neighbors are loud, late at night. No enforcement of quiet hours. Smells like pot a lot. Not family friendly. Apartments are lovely, but it keeps getting more expensive. Seems they don't want to retain residents long term, but create a temporary party atmosphere.

The management in this community has ZERO follow through on any issues we have ever brought to their attention. To the extent of having a new office manager hired and there being no previous notes of issues during the previous two managers time.

Incredible environment and I felt very safe. I love the fact that I can get around to all ammmenties and that I am close to my job. Location is key to my peace of mind and i also love the service provided to me by the staff.

It would be a lot better if my issues were answered in a timely manner. Our gated parking breaks frequently, multiple vehicles that aren't resident owned park in resident spaces, the complaints about the noise generated by the neighbors have gone unanswered, and the property is not walked daily by management and therefore multiple violations are occurring daily with trash, animal excrement, parking. I feel our community management isn't very attention-to-retail oriented.

I have been at this community for three years and counting. I really wouldn't say it's the best at any categories when looking for apartments, but it did offer a good price when I moved in. There's nothing significantly good or bad about the community and for the most part problems will be solved once staff is contacted. The cleanliness of the buildings and the dog park could be improved though.

Fair, always going up on rent and fees, comfortable and clean. Crime is climbing up in this area. Great neighbors and neat dog park. Walls are real thin so walk and talk lightly. Service calls get done quick.

Maintenance has put my health at risk by ignoring water damage in my unit. My ceiling began to leak and the emergency maintenance person was over an hour away. The leak stopped on its own and then maintenance claimed to have fixed it. However they just painted over a wet ceiling and more yellowing has occurred since the paint job. It has been over two weeks and the damage is still visible.

My move in experience was great!! Nikko was super friendly and made sure I was happy and well informed. She kept me up to date every step of the process. I would recommend the complex to anyone. She made my transition into a new home worth it.

We have only lived here for a short time but so far so good! The staff is friendly and the apartment was clean at movein. We love how open the apartment feels. The dog park is great. We love how close we are to everything.

Great experience so far. Staff is nice as of yet. And it's clean and I feel safe. I've only lived here 2 weeks, but so far I would definitely recommend this complex to my friends. Safety is the biggest concern and I think they do a decent job

The apartment itself is very impressive and well kept. I love how close it is to the interstate and the city life but still reserved and quiet. The communicate from residents to staff needs work. We have had property managers and office staff come and go with no knowledge.

The manager she is so RUDE and has the worst attitude. I have heard so many people at the community complain about her attitude but nothing is done about it.... dont move here as she will have to handle all the customer contact and move in. i will post everywhere

Great community to live in! It is quiet most nights and very easy access to activities around the area. It is close to grocery stores and the interstate. I would love to stay in this area/apartment complex another year.

My experience is ok for the money we spend here it's not worth it at all there's an elevator that works sometimes there's literally one washer and dryer for a whole building of ppl some ppl have them in there apartments which every single apartment should have one because rent is ridiculous.. if you have guest or order food and live in a back building they have to come through the first building then you have to walk from your building to come get them in the rain sleet hail and snow which is crazy.. Management is strict for no reason maintenance team is great .. the property stays clean the building color is awful and looks like a prison .. i stayed my year and it's time to leave this expensive prison !!

Overall it's been a very pleasant experience. I've been here for 5 years and the only complaint I've had is the lack of security cameras, especially in response to previous crimes committed on the premises. Fortunately, it seems like we're finally increasing security measures, but I'd still like to see more cameras on the property (like one camera on every floor in every building, or at least a camera at every entryway and in every elevator.)

The best way to honestly rate an apartment community is how many issues you notice. I've noticed very few. As long as I'm living in ATL I would rather live here. Great maintenance workers, and main staff.

I don't have to submit many work orders, but anytime that I do, the maintenance supervisor and staff are quick to resolve. The leasing office and team too never disappoint. It truly shows they enjoy what they do and it makes me feel appreciative to call SYNC at West Midtown, home.
