So far, I've satisfied with my overall experience living here. It's great location and I enjoy the amenities in the area. There is easy access to the to restaurants and shopping in the Midtown and Buckhead neighborhoods.

I moved to sync two years ago and had a great experience and decided to come back. I love the staff and community! I feel very safe and my maintenance issues are always solved promptly. The current staff has a huge part to play in why i love SYNC midtown

Janelle made my experience amazing! I had been looking for almost a month! Sync was the sixth apartment i toured. From the moment i walked in to the moment i left i already felt at home ! So welcoming ! So informative! Just amazing

The application and move in process was seamless and efficient. The management is always communicating with tenets via email, and the maintenance team is always on top of work orders. If they can't get to it in the same day, they'll call you to make sure it isn't urgent, and then they'll give you an accurate timeline of their arrival. I'm very appreciative for all the hard work the building management team puts in to make living here easy and comfortable.

SYNC appears to be a well run community with excellent staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are updated and appear to be accessible for the residents there. I enjoyed my tour with knowledgeable staff. Pauline was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.

Paulina and Alexis are great for the team ! They would definitely not be the reason I did not lease at this complex. I love them and the grounds but have to make sure I am making the best decision for myself

Love our apartment! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I really appreciate how secure it is to enter into not just the parking lot but into the complex itself. I would recommend this apartment to friends!

Awesome community, apartments are very modern and clean and in a great location. Ample parking and good security. Front office is very polite and takes care of any request needed in a timely manner. Very quiet community and great amenities

Sync is an amazing community. They have lots of events involving the residents. The maintenance team is exceptionally great, they will always help when needed. They will go over and beyond your expectations.

The rental office smelled very nice. The associates and the manager was very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. I could see myself enjoying the community. I like the location and the area in general.

I loved my visit and my leasing consultant Paulina. It was a very nice experience, I love the space along with the amenities provided. I appreciate the safety of the gated community and that you need a key fob to get in.

I have been here 6 months and the property is well kept. Not a lot of loud noises. Everyone minds their business! The only thing I dont likw is how dog popped is not picked up after a while. It is unacceptable.

Sync's maintenance team is always kind, courteous, and swift! The team is very communicative and if they can't make it out to fix the problem immediately they let you know when they will arrive. Great job!

My experience at this community has been nothing but satisfactory. Its quiet, perfect location and my balcony makes me feel like a princess. I would recommend this location to friends -- one of friends already lives in and i'm so happy to get to be around young professionals.

It's been decent, there have been underlying issues that I haven't been happy with but just had to put up with. The community overall isn't bad but it's not the best either, I've definitely lived at better complexes

My experience has been great at SYNC at West Midtown. I like the community and my neighbors and work to BE a good neighbor as well. The location works for me and most every amenity I require is closely. I hope to lease for another term.

My experience has been great. The maintenance and leasing office teams are always responsive and thorough! I l have lived here since late 2021 and have consistently renewed my lease. I appreciate the convenience associated with living at Sync at West Midtown.

The staff and environment was amazing and welcoming and well organized. Immediately I felt a warm welcome and all the rooms and buildings upkeep was super. The feel I get while being here is great and the people who are here are all lovely people as well. Good vibes for sure!

The management team has been amazing! They are quick to respond to any issues and have been making updates throughout the community. The apartments are beautiful and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any problems. I love that there is a dog park here as well for residents to bring their pets.

It's giving community vibes in the inner city. I love the fact I can curb my pet, go to the gym, entertain guests beyond just my home, go for a swim, or even do my laundry all the I'm safety of the community. When I feel social, community events, the local market and stores are walking distance or a short drive. Honestly, this community is a rare find. I would keep my positive comments to myself just to guarantee the community won't change. Thank you again for all you do Sync !

The process was fast and easy . I enjoyed the unit once I did the tour . The leasing managers were respectful and kind to me . It was a very simple move in . I would definitely recommend them to others

It has been nothing but great living at Sync West Midtown so far. The unit is amazing and feels so much like home. There is so much within a short proximity of the complex, and the leasing staff and maintenance team is always great as well.
