DW Maintenance Supervisor
DW is a very professional person and is very polite. He came and fixed my heater as soon as I put the work order in. He was very careful not to make a mess in my home, and I was very impressed with that.

Maria is The Best Groundskeeper
Maria is so very helpful, efficient and super friendly. As a new tenant to The Pointe, it was important to me to see that the grounds were kept clean and safe. Maria does her job 10/10. Gracias por ser genial!

# A Cautionary Tale: Avoid The Pointe Apartments at All Costs!
# Review of The Pointe Apartments ????? (1 Star) I feel compelled to share my deeply troubling experience at The Pointe Apartments. If you are considering moving here, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere! **1. Pest Problems:** From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this place is infested with cockroaches and other creepy crawlies. No amount of pest control seemed to get rid of them. It's absolutely disgusting waking up to find insects everywhere in your living space. **2. Safety Hazards:** Adding to the nightmare, there were thumbtacks and various sharp objects scattered throughout shared areas. It’s not just unclean; it's unsafe for residents, especially families with children. **3. Filthy Environment:** Trash seems to be a permanent fixture in the apartment complex. It's everywhere – it looks like no one takes responsibility for keeping the area clean. This negligence towards cleanliness shows a complete lack of respect for tenants’ living conditions. **4. Noise Issues:** The apartments are far from soundproof. If you're sensitive to noise, consider yourself warned. I constantly hear every footstep and movement from the tenants above me 24/7. Sleep has been elusive thanks to the constant disruptions. **5. Unjust Tow Policies:** One of the biggest grievances I have is the way they handle vehicle registrations. Even if you’re listed as a leaseholder, they require you to slap a registration sticker on your vehicle—despite showing proof that it’s registered! I had my car towed unjustly, and when I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with dismissal. The towing fees were outrageous – over $200 a day, and good luck trying to get any refund back! **6. Poor Management During Emergencies:** To add insult to injury, during the infamous Snowmageddon on January 10, 2025, management decided to tow numerous vehicles early in the storm while many residents were snowed in. Despite the extreme weather conditions, they prioritised towing vehicles and collected exorbitant fees without any regard for tenants’ well-being. In summary, **The Pointe Apartments** embodies neglect and greed. Save your time and money—do not rent here. They don’t care about their tenants and clearly prioritize profit over people. If you value a safe, clean, and peaceful living environment, steer clear of this place!

How do a tenant contact the corporate office?
I moved here about 8or nine months ago and haven't had not one single night of peace. I work throughout the day but the tenant up stairs sleeps in the day and roams at night with night time activities.1,2,3,4,5 up until 6 in the morning. This causes me not to get any sleep. I have reported this to management and police on numerous accounts but nobody seems to have the ability to stop it. Can anybody tell me how I can contact the corporate office. The number they have listed seems to not be a good number. The phone just rings and rings. Been calling them for months

Mr. Blake our Maintenance Guy is Awesome!
I’ve been living at The Pointe for over 5 years now and the maintenance staff is one of the best I’ve experienced. Mr. Blake came out today to address my plumbing issues and shower in both my bathrooms. He was super quick and very professional. I have never had any issues with maintenance coming out in a timely fashion to address my needs.

Protect Your Credit
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved, after my lease was up, DURING THE PANDEMIC and somehow I owe them $3K! The gate NEVER WORKED, they lost the keys to my apartment, the maintenance is terrible, the office staff is NEVER available and they do not answer emails! My suggestion is move ANYWHERE else but here! These people are the worst! OH YEAH, and I paid my lease in FULL UP FRONT…so how I owe them $$?!!

This is the worst experience I ever faced. Management doesn't respond, maintenance is terrible at fixing anything , the person who answers the phone can never assist you, trash is all over the grounds, the gates are open 24 hours and the only person you can reach is there answering service. They advertise as a luxury and gated community. I would not recommend this place to stranded animals. If you are looking for a new home, please don't consider this place unless you want to live in frustration. There advertising is totally false . I'm not writing in anger, I'm writing in my personal experience with The Pointe at East Ponce .

l lived at the point apts/ for four years. monique henry is an exceptional lady. i found her to be, very caring, polite, a good listiner and problem solver. the grounds were very green, lots of beautiful schrubs, and blooming plant, very well maintained. the beauty of the place inspired me so, i created a garden for marta adpot a stop, across the entrance of the point. marta was so impressed, they erected a sign giving me credit for my work. the community was very thankful and apprecative. most passer byers have stop to complement on its beauty. for the past 4 years i have continued to plant and maintiain the garden, even though i moved 2 miles way last you, ramonsaintramon

I had an issue with my lights flickering back and forth the maintenance man Larry responded quickly for me he was able to fix the problem same day. He also gave me the emergency maintenance number and told me if I have any problems to call.

I've been living at The Pointe Apartments for 2 years now and I must say the customer service is excellent!!! The manager Monique Henry is EXCEPTIONAL and always makes sure my apartment/needs are handled and up to par. While living here I have yet had to file a complaint regarding my apartment nor the community. If you're looking for a quiet environment with outstanding staff I highly recommend The Pointe.

I've had some good experiences at the points apartments the staff is very helpful any problems I need are always handle with urgent care the guy Larry who's apart of maintenance team is a very good worker he never left work unfinished he's a big help I would recommend this property to anyone.
