I love the staff here! They are very professional, friendly. I've been here a year an wouldn't want to trade the staff here for nothing. I love how they have events for the community, especially for the kids.

Let me start off saying I was pleased when I first moved here. Only been here 9 months and the property changed drastically. Seems as if they let any and everybody live here. Since the summer things have gotten horrible. The gate is never closed which let any and everybody enter whenever. On a late not a drunk driver drove through the complex speeding crashing into two cars which was totaled, and got away. Trash has been throw anywhere, came out my home to see garbage bags being left and a whole red velvet cake on the bottom on my stairs. One morning somebody who doesn't stay here shot up my neighbor car, which could've been avoided if the gate was closed. Last night I wake up to gun shots and to make things worst I came home from a hard day at work to see dog ---- blocking my front door. The property has downgraded because of the people they're letting rent here. The leasing is fairly good they host pool parties for the kids, answer calls, fix whatever is wrong, and have the property cleaned after people. If it wasn't for the people who lives here I would resign my lease, but needless to say I won't be here another year.

Living at The Pointe gives me great contentment. I lived here for over a year. I am comfortable with the staff. If there is a maintenance issue it is dealt with and solved within 24 hours. The grounds are cleaned up daily. The Wi-Fi Cafe provides me with a calm atmosphere to attend my online classes. I give The Pointe 5 Stars for one of the best gated communities I have had the honor of living in.

Great Apartment! Great Location! Great Price! Everything is just GREAT here. I wasn't surprised at how great these apartments are. The manager Tiphany and staff are really great. Always helpful and patience. They made my moving process very easy. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. My apartment is everything I wanted it to be. I even go a lake view. Its peaceful and serene. Probably the best apartment I've lived in my entire life.

I've only been here since the beginning of the year. So far, so good. I have no complaints. The staff is so sweet, Tawana helped me a great deal. I really like how involved the staff is with the community. I'd tell anyone to move here. :)

WOW! Reading the comments are interesting. Well I can say from my livings here at The Pointe are pretty sweet. I think people forget that its more than just the apartment but the management team behind it. I've lived here for 3 years and yes the staff has been through a lot. but in the last year, with the new company things have done a complete 180. For starters the staff is much nicer and more organized, I cant tell you how many times the others "lost" letters and receipts. Crime has gone down tremendously and the community as a whole has changed. Its so much cleaner, nicer and quieter here. I love living here because its close to my job and my place is great. I needed more space, so I just moved to a bigger apartment and the plus it was remodeled.

Definitely the most bang for your buck in this area! I searched in this area a few months ago and decided to come back here. The area isn't the prettiest but its really close to everything. Otherwise the apartments next door don't compare to these. The renovations here are really nice, that what really got me to move here. The looks were top notch and it was the perfect price I was looking for. Higher than the rest of the places near but once I seen my apartment I understood why. I enjoy the space in the apartment and the complex. I get to walk my dog in peace. Plus me and my neighbors aren't all on top of each other and theres plenty of parking for guest and things. i'd recommend for anyone to move here. you get what you pay for and its worth it

So far so good ! I moved here from Tennessee for a new job and needed somewhere affordable, convienent and nice. I fell in love with the layout of the apartment compared to the others Ive seen around there, plus this was the least expensive for me. The neighbor hood is pretty quiet and is well kept. Its been a big change but being on the bus line really helps, plus everything is pretty close as far as shops and stuff goes. And im about 15 mins from Downtown which is cool. I really enjoy being here.

Love living here! its been the best apartment ever! i moved here a few months ago. Its been great from day one. Everyone in the office is always nice and friendly from applying to moving in, they always take really good care of me. Very sweet! Its always looks very clean and well kept (you dont get that everywhere). I am very happy to be living here

Nice apartment. Quiet living, with a great view of the water. Perfect for students studying. I Like the gated community, I feel safe. Monthly social gatherings help you to feel more comfortable with the community you live around. Very friendly and awesome staff who do what they can to make you feel at home! :)

I've lived here for a couple months and I am very satisfied with staying here. All of the staff are FABULOUS but my FAV is Towanda. She is very professional in handling my needs for my apartment. It was an easy process with no problems nor excuses. Towanda made sure everything I asked for was ready by or before my move in date. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and quiet with polite residents. Its a great place to stay with wonderful staff to assist you when needed. I do recommend The Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a safe with no noise complex. I'm sure you will be please with your stay.

Me and my kids have lived here for about 2 years now and it has improved dramatically since the last company was here. The office staff is great and have helped the complex a great deal. There was a lot going on when I came here and was honestly a little concerned and thought about moving. I was about to move because my lease was about to expire but the new company came and I told them about the concerns of the neighborhood they convinced me to stay. The property manager is very involved in helping, unlike the last. I have seen improvements just in appearance alone. Crime is down and the gates actually work which is HUGE! The staff keeps your smiling and most of all they care.

I moved into my apartment at the pointe over a month ago and I have to say I am very surprised! I was not sure if I would like living here, because I heard some not so good things about the area. However, I found out that was not true with regard to The Pointe!! I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! The management staff is awesome, my apartment is beautiful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. My neighbors are so nice and the building I live in is very clean and quiet. I would refer this community to anyone who asks!

So I've lived in Atlanta for years and I'm wanted to try a something different than where Im from. I found out about these apartments on craigslist and wanted to check it out. It seems like a great place to live. I have a while until I move but from what I seen I would love to be here. The area was nice and I was taken care of as soon as I walked in and they made me feel right at home besides everywhere else I went. Everything was neat and clean, in and outside which I was sold on.
