Run, don't walk away from this property. They are scamming tenants into signing leases and then giving them roach infested and bedbug infested units. The manager, Monique, is very deceiving. Don't trust what she says!

The manager of the rental office is a disgusting human who is very unprofessional! She insulted my clothes and then proceeded to hold my mail from me after first lying about it being there. Then she threatened to call cops for no reason. They don't answer Maintence requests unless you wild out and all these apartments have roaches.

I'm by far very pleased with my living at The Pointe Apartments. From day one I've had a great experience, Adela was very helpful with the process of me moving in and any time I have a question or concern she (Adela) or another one of the ladies in the office was very helpful. The neighborhood is very quite and the grounds are kept clean at all times. Don't let old reviews scare you, I was hesitant myself but decided to see for myself. I'll definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes.

This is my first apartment so I was really excited to move in here despite the fact that it took weeks for them to finally process and accept my application. They also didn't show us the apartment we were moving into until literally the day before we moved in ( I kept calling and asking for 2 weeks). We figured out later it was because the previous tenants were evicted, we found this out by coming home one day and seeing a police officer tape an eviction notice to our door... So they were still doing repairs on our apartment till the day we moved in and didn't finish till a month or so after we moved in. My boyfriend and I had to constantly call and email the leasing office to finally get them to fix things that they said would be done within the first few weeks of living there. We moved in August and it is now November and there are still things that need to be fixed. Our dishwasher leaks and has rust encrusted in the bottom of it. We didn't had window screens for almost 2 months, the dryer connections seemed to have been ripped out of the wall ( and when the two maintenance workers came to look at it they literally told me that they would fix it with tape, and the male worker looked like he was high) the people in the apartment above us are not only so so so loud at all times of the night and morning, their toilet filled with feces and urine over flowed so badly it leaked into my apartment and flooded my bathroom and hallway THREE times. I had to (unfortunately) get loud with the maintenance and property manger to get them to get a plumber there to fix the toilet and repaint our ceiling because it was stained brown from the water. I can literally go on and on and on about the problems with this apartment and the people who work here (some of them are nice but acting nice can only go so far when you hate where you live) and the huge roaches that run around at night ( since its winter I'm sure they're seeking warmth in peoples apartments) and the dead frogs and leaves in the pool, and the fact that everything is broken in the gym or that they only renovated a FEW apartments but the sample apartments they show you are all renovated or that for some reason the grounds are kept better than the actual apartments or that there is a guy who sits in his car and smokes right in front of my apartment at 11 at night. I literally can go on and on. And keep in my this is my first apartment so I was expecting much in the first place. This apartment complex is NOT good. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a better place.

My name is Richard L Robinson. A member of your maintenance team came into my unit on December 27, 2017. My surveillance footage caught a member of the maintenance team going through my personal belongings without my consent, viewing items included, but not limited to financial documents, security equipment, and business equipment/documents. I bought this to your attention on December 27, 2017, nothing was done that day, I returned to the office on the 28,29 of December of 2017 where nothing was done, the leasing manager wanted to see more footage from what was originally shown. I returned to the office on January 2, 2018. I was informed that the maintenance worker was spoken with, and would not return to my unit, and that she (Apartment Manager) spoke with the Regional Manager and that the issue was resolved. I no longer feel safe in my unit. I'm worried about retaliation from the disciplined maintenance worker. He knows who placed a complaint against him and the unit that they live in.

I tried calling this place a fee times to set up a time to view an apartment and they never called me back. Very rude and unprofessional staff members here. THEN I saw this on the news last night and was shocked. They let their maintenance people case apartments and don't do anything about it. I even tried to write them on their fb page about it, since they don't answer phones, and they deleated their whole page! So glad they never called me back. Please don't live here.

With preparation for relocation from out of state, everyone on the staff was helpful and warm. They made sure all of my concerns were addressed and also made for an easy transition. Shakeisha and Sophia were more than willing to help in any way that they could to make for an amazing experience! I have never had such an easy time with arrangements for move in and follow up from maintenance. They are all phenomenal at what they do and I couldn't have asked for a better group of individuals to work with. I was blown away! :)

I am not a current resident of The Pointe Apartments so this review is not about the apartments for I found them to be well maintained and beautiful. However, the professionalism of the office staff is why I am writing this review. I am relocating out of state to Georgia and therefore on today (6/21/17), I drove 3 and 1/2 hours in search of place to stay. I had been driving around all day and came across The Pointe Apartments. I looked at my rental app on my phone and saw it had good reviews and decided to check them out. As I entered the young lady I spoke with I am assuming Ms. Davis seemed friendly and helpful. As I sat for a moment, my stomach began cramping and I needed to use the restroom. I asked the young lady if I could use the restroom and she told me where it was. As I used the restroom I noticed that my menstrual cycle had begun; however, it wasn't heavy so I thought nothing more of it. We left the office to go and look at an apartment. As we got off the cart, I thought I saw a smear of blood on the seat but wasn't sure. We walked around the apartment and my stomach began cramping even more. I informed Ms. Davis of my situation and that I thought I had an accident on the seat of the cart. As we approached the cart, it was confirmed. Ms. Davis handed me a napkin and I tried to wipe it off but it had dried so I took some napkins and laid them on the seat to sit on. I apologized to her because I was so embarrassed that it happened. I started feeling if it was on the seat of the cart; it had to be on the seat I was sitting on in the office. So, I informed Ms. Davis that I thought it may be on the seat in the office and Ms. Davis blurted out, "we just bought those seats!" This made me feel even worse, I apologized again. She said, "it happens and that she would ask maintenance to clean it up." As we walked in the office, she asked me to wait by the door. As I stood by the door I noticed they had cleaned the seat off and pushed both of the seats that were in front of Ms. Davis's desk off to the side ( I had only sat in one of them). Ms. Davis walked in someone's office because she was supposedly getting something. Before she made it half way in the office, I heard a woman break out and start laughing very loudly and Ms. Davis covered her mouth and begin to snicker. Soon as they began to laugh someone to the right of me began laughing as well (it sounded like a male's voice). At this point, I felt so embarrassed and hurt. Ms. Davis rushed along the conversation and I left the building. As I walked out, I apologized again. I got in my car and was about to pull off when a pregnant woman walked out and stopped me. She very rudely began saying, "are you the lady who went to see the apartment a few moments ago." I told her, "yes." She said, "can you clean that off that seat, you need to clean that up, that's nasty. It was all over the seat in the office and we had to clean it up. I am not going to make my girls clean that up; you need to clean it up". So, I told her that I would and I apologized again and told her that I had informed Ms. Davis and that Ms. Davis told me that the maintenance people would clean it up. The lady was like, oh no, you need to clean that up; that's unsanitary!" She walked back towards the office and someone handed her some Clorox wipes. I wiped the seat off and left. To sum this all up: I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I was made to feel like I was disgusting and nasty. I did not purposely come into their establishment trying to bleed on their "brand new seats." The office staff was very insensitive to me. I told the young lady I had drove from out of town, no one offered me help ( a pad, tampon, etc). They just belittled me and made me feel bad for something that has happened to any woman who has had a menstrual cycle. For them to laugh in my presence made me feel even worse and it showed what type of people were running the place. I would never rent from this place due to how I was treated not would I ever recommend it to any friends or family. IF anything, I am going to warn people of the nonprofessional females in the office. I was considering the apartments because I felt they were beautiful but as for how I was treated, NEVER!

There is absolutely no way everyone is saying this about the same leasing agent I don't think its fair that anyone can post on here the apartments or ok as soon as you come out the complex your in the middle of a bad neighborhood I think they or way to pricey for the location that they or in why pay over 900 for a one bedroom in that awful area when you pay the same in a much nicer area

I want to commend Shakisha Davis (employee of the Pointe Apts in Stone Mountain Ga.) For being absolutely professional yet making me feel so at ease. I'm starting my life all over again and she understood me well. The apartment she rented to me is perfect. She went above and beyond for me, I'm so greatful. Your whole staff here are "A" list employees, but she touched my heart. She's a keeper..(PT-48H)

I was recently looking for an apartment in the Stone Mountain area. I called the Pointe and spoke to Janielle. From the first time we spoke on the phone, Janielle was very professional, polite, knowledgeable about the property, and efficient. My experience with Janielle was superior and the best experience I've had while working with an leasing agent. She followed through with the information I requested and was flexible with me, because I was applying for an apartment from out of state. I would recommend working with Janielle if you are going to move into The Pointe Apartments!!

Just signed my third lease @ Pointe apartment homes on E Ponce De Leon Ave. This is a very clean apartment community. I must say I think it's has to due to hard working grounds man or a woman should I say. I always see a -------- woman I don't know her name but I will say she a very hard working Lady that is always smiling, polite, and helpfull. I also want to give recognition when do, i will say i appreciate the new maintenance supervisor who has step in and up and to in achieving and effective and efficient turn over for our work orders. Bravo

On November 1st I had the opportunity to vastly move into my new apartment home at The Point Apartments. I was served by way of Agent Lidia. She was warm, succinct, professional, bright( in regards to her personality), knowledgeable, and welcoming. She provided promise and assurance that living at The Point will be an exuberant experience. Two weeks after, the property and it's Management staff facilitated a well planned, fun and engaging Casino Night. Although, I am one whom never seems to attend functions of the sort, I must say I had a great time, had an opportunity to work towards a personal relationship with staff, coupled with an opportunity to win one of the fine gifts which were apart of several raffles. I am optimistic about residing at The Point and having many other fun-filled opportunities at a place that I now call home.
