The new management is wayyyyyyyy better than the old management. No complaints! I love the sense of community and the new changes.

I'm a single mom of two. Get off pretty late so it's a handful getting me and my two toddlers in the house late at night but after 2 and a half years of being here I haven't had any trouble. The staff is friendly and my rent is affordable. They are stuck with me :)

These apartments is no good... Their staff does not get things done on time...they have gnatz come thru vents roaches everywhere.... The gate sometimes works...trash is always full and always in the streets..they shoot out here just about everyday.. Not only my apartment but as I meet other people they have same issues in their apartment.. My kitchen from my ceiling to my floor is flooded and also my bathroom everything got ruined .. Call emergency maintenance and they came out but just looked at the water...I'm over these apartment if I could I would warn people put your money somewhere else this was lesson learned

The staff in the office is so friendly and helpful . My Best Friend and I have lived here for about 6 months . I was hesitant to live with roommate but this has been great experiences so far. The property has been really clean and it really is quiet at night. The scenery with the trees and landscaping is consistent. I intend on renewing when my lease is up.

I've lived at The Pointe for two years and by the recent change of the staff, I fell in love with my community all over again! The two young ladies in the front always greet me with a smile and offer refreshments and the property manager Gabriel always show concern and shows a high level of customer service by simply asking is everything ok in my apartment. I recently came into a financial hardship and the assistant manager Sophia was very caring and assisted me in a helpful way. Resident retention seems to be their biggest focus and by doing this, I have decided to renew my lease for another year.

The Point is a fabulous place to live. I would reccommend these apartments to anyone. The prices are very appropriate. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always ready to offer assistance.

The pointe is a great place to live , has an amazing management team that helps u solve all issues concerning the property . The staff also alert you through email and voicemail of upcoming events and issues that occur within the property community . The pointe has courtesy officer on site to help you during business and non business hours and amazing maintenance staff that are available 24hrs a day to complete your work order in timely fashion. Safety is the management team top priority with property being a gated community and knowing their residents and residents knowing their neighbors .

I like the apartments so far. I moved in a couple of weeks back. Everybody in the office is really nice. Its a really nice neighborhood. Lots of trees and they keep it pretty clean. I think i can be happy here.... Just waiting on that pool to open!

I really like this apartment community. They were a little out of my price range .But Lidia was so nice when going over pricing and let me know that she would keep me up dated when it gets closer to what I can afford . They are a gated community which was definitely a plus for me . When we were approaching the show apartment there was a maintenance women mopping the breezeway and it smelled amazing . I'm looking forward to hear from Lidia soon .

If I could give this complex a 0 or a -5, I WOULD. I've been here since July 2015. On December 5, 2015 my apartment was burglarized and all my valuables were taken. The back door was broken and my entire apartment was ransacked. maintenance screwed my back door shut for that night and replaced the lock, but the door frame and door were never replaced. I told the apartment manager and gave them a copy of our police report and was told it would cost me $500 to transfer to a new apartment and my rent would go up to whatever the current rate was for that apartment. I told them this was unacceptable and asked why I'm being punished with a fee when my apartment was broken into and all my stuff was stolen. They said it was policy and the fee can't be waived. I called Ventron time and time again and got a wonderful secretary who tried to get the district manager to call me, but they never did. She apologized and said she'd keep trying but no one ever contacted me. I called them and emailed multiple times and nothing was done. They also told me I could pay a full month's rent and break my lease, as if that is what they wanted me to do to so I wouldn't be their problem anymore. I waited until March 1st to submit my 60 days notice. The management in the office has changed and the lady I worked with told me that I was misinformed about the transfer fee. It was only $300 but the rent would still go up. I again asked why I'm being punished for needing to move out of an apartment that was broken in to and never repaired fully (the door and doorframe were till broken and were never replaces). They again said it was policy. She said the manager would call me to figure out if there was something we could work out. It's March 29th. I'm still waiting for a call. My family was visiting on February 20th. While my fiancé and I were both at work, a man knocked on the door and was confused when someone answered the door (while the cars belonging to the people who lived there were not there). My cousin answered and said the man stumbled on his words and asked if a random person lived there and my cousin said no and closed the door. We have NEVER had anyone knock on our door besides a package delivery or someone we were expecting. We are obviously being watched and targeted because it's an easy place to break in to because it's a terrace level apartment. At the time of move in we were specifically told that was the only apartment available, that's the only reason we moved in. The week we moved in, we saw at least 3 other apartments that were vacant with nobody living there and no maintenance going in or out for repairs. Bottom line, the staff here does a great job at being polite and pretending to care, but at the end of the day...they do no care. We were obviously lied to and were forced into this terrace level apartment by being told there was nothing else available. We met an older man that had his apartment broken into as well. It's not a safe place. Our upstairs neighbors stomp on their floor all day and all night, but she calls the police on us when we play music in our house on a Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon. We were playing music because we no longer had televisions to watch because they were stolen. The dumpsters are ALWAYS over flowing on Monday. Again, I moved in back in July. It's March 29th and gate was just closed and became functional last week. The connection for our washer also does not work and hasn't been fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I've lived here for a short while now, and I love it. The property is very well kept. It's very clean and so peaceful. The leasing agents are very understanding and helpful. The maintenance team does an amazing job at keep not just the property clean but maintaining the units. I really enjoy living here so far.

Be leaving here for Short while, but the experience has been a good one. The properrty looks nice and my neighbors are quite and friendly. Everyone in the office is amazing. Especial Lydia. I look forward to walking into the leasing office and seeing her big, welcoming Smile. I highly recondmend this property.

Didn't know where to start, most people use that to start a bad thing off nothing about The Pointe is BAD the staff is amazing and Johnny on the spot repairs and Pest Control and also there a Second chance program if you don't live here you probably SHOULD. SIGNING OFF VERY PROUD RESDIENT!

I still live here and I used to like it here. I live right in front of the lake and it looks like a lake in a horror story. The lake was a big reason why I moved here 2 yrs ago and the staff has not kept up the maintenance of it. Now to get to the real issue at hand, the maintenance staff has absolutely no respect for your stuff. They come into my apt while I'm at work to fix whatever needs fixing but when I get home, my lights are still on. Now....you don't pay any bills so when you leave my apt, leave it the way it was when you walked in...with the lights OFF. Also, they used me toilet without flushing. Now...I'm not opposed to you using my toilet...if you gotta go you gotta go BUT flush it when you are done. Urine smells if left for a while and who wants to come home to urine smell in the bathroom. No respect at all. I am waiting for my lease to be up so I can move outta here. I wouldn't recommend The Pointe to anyone.

The staff here is the best.I recently lost my wife and they were very understanding and helpful.If not me and my daughter would have been homeless.They are very kind and very quick to try to solve any issues.I would go wherever this staff goes.
