        I love it here! I moved here back in October, I thought it was perfect. The bedrooms were huge and the price was right. I really love it here. I was a little nervous with it being my first apartment by myself but the office staff are always nice and friendly, plus the community is gated! I really enjoy being here and I know i'll be here for a while.

          I had the best experience with The Pointe. The staff there are friendly as well as beautiful. The pricing was a little more then what I wanted to spend but when I was toured by one of the leasing agents she blew me away with the renovations they have done. Its better then the complexes in that area. I fully recommend it.

            This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. You call and have your apartment put on the pest control list and he never shows up. When you call to complain they state they had the incorrect apartment number but the guy came out, we'll have him come back tomorrow. attached pictures of the bug problem and I bomb my apartment once a month and have no children just me, and eat out most of the time. I don't keep garbage in my apartment, but my neighbor love to keep her's in the hallway. Also attached is pictures of the horrible way they installed the stove "cut in the counter" and the toilet "cut in the counter"

            since moving here with my family we have had several problems with the apartment like water problems, molds, and break in. Yes, I said it here at the pointe apartments there were 3 break in and one possible. The office said that their were getting the paper works together to get the person out but as of today the person that break in to all 3 apartments still lives at the pointe. My family don't feel safe at this point because I saw the person that entered my apartment on 8/21/14 and he smiled at me, which was creepy to me. I told my parents so I hope the court allows my family to move out early. I want to be safe in my place where I call home. nothing was done for my family. how can I move on with my life knowing this person is still living at the pointe. I hope we can move out soon....

              The Pointe was my first apt and was a good place to start out. The management is helpful Ray has been amazing. Just keep the gates closed and the garbage out of the streets and the Pointe will continue to be a great place to live.

                well my family moved-in the ending of January and apt 5160-A was not ready. We were told if we did not moved in we will have to pay a higher rent. So we moved in January 26, upon moving our stuff into the apt. we found that the guest room was under water notify the office the people that fix the rug came back out and pick up the sponge under the rug but the rug was still wet. When they came back to fix it all their did was put back the sponge and the wet rug. Came to find out the pipe upstairs was broken. Yes, the problem was fix but the wet rug stayed in the room until it dry out by itself. Now, the room have a mold smell. The cabinets was never clean or fix. Now, they have mold on all the cabinets in the both bathroom and in the kitchen. If you are thinking about moving here under new management please think twice because I'm getting out of here before my lease is up. I'm getting ready to go to court to see what I have to do about the condition my family is living in. Don't move here paying all this money in rent to live good and can't because something always need to fix. I complain about the mold the office staff keeps telling us who determine its mold but no one will come out to look at it. We ask for corporate number and they give us an email address. Now, we waiting on corporate to answer us back and no word yet. Don't move here waste of your time if you do don't move in apt 5160-A. don't do it...........

                This apartment place has been on the news earlier this year . For not taking the garbage out.. Since then they switched management. Thinking that it would get better . but no the pointe apartment is horrible management is poor!! My sink has been broke for 4 months!! And has still not been fixed . their excuse was they only have one maintenance man.. A lot of my Friends who stay there can't wait to get out... Advise DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

                    I just moved in and have only been here for a week. So far, the apartment complex is very nice. The staff is friendly and they are making efforts to improve the area by having a functional gate most of the time and keeping the complex clean. It seems like they are trying to make these apartment homes stand out from the rest in this area and they are off to a good start in my opinion.

                      Thank you to The Pointe Management. I have lived here in the 44 building for 2 years. I am so impressed with all the upgrades. I have noticed the Landscaping, the Pressure washing of the breezeways. I love that the gates are working finally. Although, I missed the pool party I heard from my neighbor that is was a success. I greatly appreciate the EXCELLENT JOB the new office staff is doing. My interaction with all of you in person or via phone has been nothing but positive. Keep doing what you are doing, some of us do appreciate & support you.

                        The persons who gave positive reviews are obviously staff members, who are trying hard to get the ratings up. Terrible!!. You can hear your upstairs neighbors each and every move. The place is filled with thugs. I could smell the marijuana coming into my bathroom, and I had a young child with me.Tenants were selling drugs and nothing was done about it. I would not recommend this place to an enemy if I had one. There are no words to describe the nightmare that we went through at this poor excuse of an apartment home.STAY AWAY!!!!

The office staff are great and the young gentlemen who works there is always smiling and willing to help. Also, to whomever keeps posting neg reviews and responding, you should evaluate your situation and what you have done to have such a neg experience.

                            I have lived here for almost 10yrs and I've seen management companies come and go. There are pluses and minuses in every situation. One of the pluses right now in the leasing office is Ray. Most of the time, I don't know the office staff by name. That's partly because the staff changes so frequently and because I'm only up there to pay my rent or if there's a problem. In the past few months, I've been in that office so many dang times, I want to scream. I've had waaaaaaaay too many concerns in such a short amount of time. The bright light in the office right now is Ray. When he says something will be done, 9x out of 10, it's done. He's professional and pleasant. And I'm glad he's here. Oh, and the property manager is a sweety as well.

                              Ive been at The Ponite Apartments for 12 Years ever since Ive been in Georgia and, it has been a good place for me to live,I think that everyone looking for nice place to live, should look at The Ponite. Im very excited about the new management, they seem very nice and friendly, looking forward to some good and new changes always.

                                Although I read the negative reviews I believe informing my own opinions. Your representative Ray is rude, arrogant unprofessional and gave me three different dates as to when an apartment would be available only to end up with nothing. Ray was informed that my credit was not perfect and of a misdemeanor that was over 10 years; he assured me that he would be able to work with that as long as it was not recent, and the worse thing with the credit would be a risk fee. Ray quoted a price of 335.00 to move in on the first, although he stated your community does not do move ins on Sundays, he never called back to confirm Saturday/Sunday and when I reached back out to him he stated he was waiting on his manager to look it over because of the credit issues. When I didn't here from Ray the next day as he stated I called back and dropped by, he then said that the initial apartment was not going to be ready and gave a move in date of June 3 for an another unit on the third level. I asked him again how much it would be for the move in date of June 3, he said he would have to get with his manager, because of the credit issues, and I was then confused as to how you can give me a move in date, take my money for deposit which at other communities holds your apartment, Ray stated that the manager overrode a denial then he said the day I was to move in that she could not override because of utilities that were in my name that were outstanding, and I had to have them paid before I moved in. If I don't have gas, that should have been up to me when I have it turned on, I don't see how the manager overrode anything when I would have been required to pay the risk fee, and if you look at the credit report/override did you not see the utilities. Don't give people dates to move when they are apparently not approved. You then appear incompetent/unprofessional. Tiffany who is the manager is just as unprofessional I asked to speak with her, since she supposedly did all this overriding and she refused to speak with me. Ray started off nice until he collected my admin fee/deposit, after he received that his entire demeanor changed. I have served 10 years in the military and worked in sales/customer service over 20 years your organization has a lot of improving. Sales people should know all things about there products at all times, when I called before coming the female that I spoke with stated that your 2/2 was 770, and she was the first to state that one would be available on the first part of June. I hope you get it together because right now your staff ratings are earned.

                                    If you are absolutely desparate that's the only way I would suggest even moving here. I'm a current resident, and just discoved a swarm of flying TERMITES that prefer to invade my bathroom anytime they get ready. This is the 4th Management change in the 2 1/2 years that I've lived here, and seemingly...the level of service declines with each change. NO! NO! NO! I WANT OUT!!!!!!!!!

                                    I visited this page almost a year ago, read all the comments and ignored every warning and now regretting that I did. I was even warned by a resident who was terminating her lease early due to mold in her unit that management were not wiling to fix nor where they willing to compensate her for the damaged items that where molded nor move her into another unit. The first Fall out I had with management is when I was extremely misinformed by Rondal on the amount of money I had to pay moving in. He told me that my holding fee went towards my deposit and the deposit went towards the first month rent. A month later i had a red notice on my door that not only stated that I owed more money but I haven't paid anything at all! Lucky enough I kept all receipts and my copy of the concession which showed the wrong information he written but in the words of the then manager, "we are running a business...". What business can you run if your employees aren't knowledgeable in payment procedures? After this incident they then miss placed 2 rent payments! on top of this, It took over 2 months for maintenance to fix issues that weren't fixed once i moved in like the horrible odor in the carpet and my refrigerator doors where on backwards! my toilet which takes several flushes to discard all contents has yet to be fixed and I also requested for my unit to be sprayed for the horrible infestation problem but that has yet to happen to this day. I had to correct the problem myself. there is a gnat problem due to the low baring trees and high untrimmed bushes that makes you feel like you where living next to a swamp. If you love your rest, you will NEVER get it here! I hear when my neighbors uses the bathroom, take a shower, wash dishes, phone conversations, TV, practically their whole life. No matter how light the neighbors upstairs walk i hear every step due to the loud creaks in the ceiling. it makes you feel they are going to fall through the ceiling a any moment. A set of "thugs" have moved in recently and there are several of them in a one bedroom unit! all they do from sun up until pass sundown is post up in front of the building with their loud music and constant yelling. I have numerous clients who visit me at my residence and have commented countless times that they do not feel safe! this in turns hurts my business and most importantly my pockets! Just recently i seen one of them posted in the front of the building with a rifle! for what? there is a huge trash pile that continues to sit at the front of the property for weeks now! I am constantly questioned by my guess as to why is it there. there is no dodging it as there is but one way in and out the complex. The concession also came in handy when new management took over and wanted to claim they didn't have a copy of it in my lease and 3 months later after taking the property tried to charge me not only late fees, even though i never paid my rent late, for each month of those 3 months but also a higher rent rate for those months. It is ridiculous how they let 3 months pass and seen i was paying the same amount and couldn't take a minute out of their "busy" day to give a curtsy call to straighten the situation. Instead i had yet again be embarrassed in front of neighbors with an red notice on my door which they placed on my door at 8:40 at night! how cowardly to do something like that at that time where i cant speak to no one at that time. not even a week following, I come home to my car towed! I was told by previous management that as long as i was a resident here and the car was in my name i would be fine. According to new management that agreement was not on file and unfortunately and inconveniently for me, i didnt have a copy and I had to pay to get my car back. The thing that infuriated me about the situation was the disrespect from the staff! I called to speak to the manager, tiffany, and towanda says, "ain't no hurt feelings." If there were hurt feelings, i could care less about them. she clearly is not sure of her position which is to provide customer service not to catch feelings. after that, Ray gets on the phone and is just as disrespectful as his partner towanda and says, "i'm not going to tell you but one more time she is in a meeting." i dont recall no one asking him to say it once as if i wasnt already informed. in fact, i didnt ask to speak to neither one of them to begin with but for some reason they let their emotions take over to where they FELT they had to speak to me when i never asked for their help to begin with. above all, you just don't speak to someone who pays there money every month so that you could have a job! in the end, i will NEVER recommend this place not even to my worst enemy!

                                      This is my 3rd renewal of my lease with this complex! I love my home! True there was a time when the manager(who was no angel) make everyone not want to deal with this great complex, but Mrs. Lisa swan, Sheldon and Randell worked very hard to remove the distaste that was left. Lisa Swan is The Best Manager I have seen here! I am deeply sadden and sickened by her departure.

                                        Well, my roommate has already written her review so as my last couple of months in this poor excuse for an apartment community comes close I guess I ll give it a shot. Let me start by saying, DO NOT MOVE HERE AND DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU INTO ANYTHING. They start off by showing a model apartment that sucks you in because they have it staged very nicely. That sold us on first look, that along with the price. We then filled out the application and set our move in date. We asked for a renovated apartment. As the week came near, we hadn t heard from the leasing office at all, so we called to make sure everything was still set. Upon calling we are told two different things. First time, it was everything is set. Second time it s we actually just gave your apartment to someone else and the next one won t be available until a week later. This was absurd considering we had already paid a deposit and told them our move in date multiple times. We sucked it up and said okay. Move in date comes and we get our keys and get shown around to our new apartment and upon entering, there are NO updates as we asked for and paid for. We are told that since it s not updated they would have it all fixed within 2 weeks. We are now stuck to live in and cook in what was a miserable living situation. It took them 2 to 2 months to finally put the appliances in and do the countertops on top of the many bug problems. YES, BUGS. I can t even tell you the number of things we have seen since living here. I have lived in GA my entire life and these things were foreign to me. Not a day went by without seeing at least 6 or more bugs. We know that there will be bugs in any apartment but in your kitchen .really. We asked for pest control on several occasions and that didn t seem to help. We were told that was all that could be done. We figured they must have been nesting within and behind the cabinets but nothing was done about that either. They came and finally raised our countertops as promised and put in our new black appliances which were nowhere near new. The dishwasher was rusted on the inside and had screws falling out constantly. The outside looked like someone took a knife to it , splattered paint on it and kicked it in. The stove only has 3 working eyes. The forth one starts smoking as soon as you turn it on. Only having 3 eyes makes cooking a challenge for someone who looks to cook. We ve asked for many maintenance request and let me say they do the bare minimal. My towel rack in my bathroom was coming out of the wall when I moved in so I asked them to come fix it. They came and moved the rack over some and filled in the hole where it originally was. They never came back to sand it down or paint over it, so I ve been left with an ugly spot on my bathroom wall for the last 10 months. When they raised the countertops, they did a horrible job. They filled in the whole wall section with crown molding and nailed what looks like 30 nails into one board just to get it to stay up. No one ever came back to fill in cracks and paint, so once again, we've been left with an unfinished wall that looks very tacky. I have called and mentioned both of these problems to the leasing office and nothing has been done to date. We also had an issue with our kitchen light which seemed to have a shortage in it. They came and instead of providing a permanent fix to the situation, they took a piece of a cardboard box and stuck it in between the bulb and the fuse. I'm no expert but that CAN T be safe. I'm sure I'm missing something, but there have just been so many constant problems that they are slipping my mind. They have had a staffing change since I've been here, but I m not even sure if that will help with anything. Unless the management company steps in and makes changes to the actual apartments, things will only get worse in my opinion. I hope this helps anyone that is looking to move in here because I am looking forward to my move out date in 2 months.

                                        While I would love to give this apartment a good rating, it in no way deserves one. My roommate and I have been dealing with problems since we signed the lease in April. The staff in the leasing is rude and unprofessional, especially the property managers (both the new and old one, and they rarely do their job (i.e. not pay attention to the cameras which are not always working). There is also a major roach in our apt that mgmt has yet to fix despite requesting pest control at least 6 times. We've also made several maintenance requests and while some have been fixed, others have gone unchanged. All around this apartment has been one big disappoint and we will not be renewing our lease come next year. I would strongly advised potential residents to think twice before signing a lease to live here - it will be a waste of your money.

                                          Worse apartment ever, I complained about break-ins in my building and management did nothing.Crack dealer was living building next to 5148 where I lived and approached me numerous times gain, mgmt. did nothing and told me to call police. They would never repair anything in my apartment and I have always paid my rent early and on time. I was late for the first time during the last month, October of my lease, my lease is up Oct. 29, 2013 and I notified management of a family emergency out of state. I came back and paid rent/late fees on October 15th and I was informed by neighbor today that they changed the locks on my apartment last week and illegally locked me out today when I went to retrieve the rest of my items. I also got a letter from an attorney that the Pointe Apartments were suing me so I contacted a lawyer today.
