It's a wonderful community to live in and be a part of. I'm starting a new chapter of my life after a divorce and it's been great for my dog and I. The staff is amazing to work with and the neighborhood is quiet and I have felt very safe.

Maintenance always does an incredible job in a prompt and timely manner. In this case, th le washing machine had shook itself loose, blocking entry into the laundry room. Maintenance arrived within a few hours and was able to somehow squeeze through the crack in the doorway and push the washer back in place. Very Impressive!

It is a great place to live! Very homey and fits our expectations. I like how each building only has 10 or so units, so it doesn't feel crowded. Ours was very clean when we moved in which was another thing I was worried about, but it was great!

Close to the mall and Kroger. Definitely in a good centralized location. You can get to just about anything in a matter of minutes. Also a lot of great schools in the area and a lot of playgrounds close by.

I've enjoyed living in this community for the most part. The location is convenient, close to shopping, parks, and public transport. The grounds are well-kept, and maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly. The staff is friendly and willing to help with concerns. Parking is usually available. Overall, it's been a comfortable and safe place to live, and I would recommend it to others looking for a balanced mix of affordability, convenience, and a pleasant living environment.

The rental apartments specifically the city flats have a lot going for them in terms of proximity to commercial spaces. It covers the basics with things like a pool and a gym and a clubhouse but I suspect these amenities don't really compete strongly with other developments' versions of these. The real strings is in the mixed use and the fact that it's part of such a nice neighborhood.

I have lived at City Flats at Renwick since moving to Bloomington. I enjoy living here. The apartment Management and maintenance assure the complex is well maintained, and readily available with a prompt response and resolution whenever contacted regarding any question or maintenance issue. It is close to shopping, restaurants and main roads. I appreciate the amenities and sense of community, and I feel safe here.

Maintanence is professional and good and very responsive, which I greatly appreciate it. But nothing to add further regarding others currently. Also, this community indeed feels quite noisy particularly in the morning (i.e., dumpster)

I love this community because it accepts *all* dogs, is quiet, and is kept up really well. I most appreciate the maintenance staff. They are fast, thoughtful, and thorough no matter the time of day or weather. I have never considered moving.

We have only been living here for 2 weeks but the move in process was so easy with the management team. Our apartment is beautiful and our neighbors have been very nice. We love the area surrounding the apartment and is amazing and will be great and safe to walk our puppy.

Great neighborhood. The location is fantastic, and it's very quiet and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and very responsive. Most of the residents are young professionals, retirees, or advanced degree seekers. It's been a great place to live.

Pretty good in this community. It is near to Kroger and we can easily access to many places in this city. And the gym is also well-constructed. The equipments are also clean and tidy to use. This is a wonderful community.

The apartments are very nice! The staff is always responsive and will fix any issue that arises very quickly (having issues is rare). It is hard to find apartments this large in this area but the rent is similar to apartments nearby and the floor plan is much larger

Everyone is friendly, helpful and it is a great location with good amenities. The move in process was easy and they are there with you to make note of any issues and give you a couple of days to amend once you get settled if you find anything else. Maintenance is great and quick with repairs. It is quiet and has great parking options.

City Flats at Renwick is a lovely neighborhood. The places are very nice, and the maintenance always quickly fix any issues that arise. They also have nice amenities like a workout center, work center, and pool. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a house, apartment, oe townhome!
