I've only been here for a few weeks, but I am so happy with my apartment and everyone in the office I've communicated with. It has been a lovely experience overall from the very beginning! I really appreciate everyone's help.

My partner and I love living here so far! The entire leasing and move-in process was so smooth thanks to the wonderful staff. Lindsay and Heather are absolute rockstars! The maintenance team has been very responsive as well. You also can't beat having Crumble Coffee and C3 in the community. All of the townhomes and apartments are spacious and beautiful. Pet-friendly too, which is a plus! The nicest townhomes in Bloomington, in my opinion.

So far, the staff have been extremely helpful and have bent over backwards to assist us and satisfy our requests. At the last minute, we had to make changes in the furniture we were renting. They helped us find alternatives on extremely short notice.

The Lease Office Staff and Maintenance Staff are AWESOME!! The community has Apts, Townhomes and Homes for Rent. The community is inviting, colorful and clean. It has a wonderful walking path and an open park with enclosed play area for children and open area to run your dog. People are friendly. The community is quiet. It is 1 mile to grocery store, mall, UPS, Eateries etc.

The amenities are very nice and each apartment and there's a pool and a garage if you want to pay a bit more. They are pet friendly and both the office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly and ready to help immediately if you have any issues. Nice mix of people and quieter than you would expect given its location. Very quiet

The community is one of newest in the city. It has nice layout of the building which has good area for residents to walk around the community through out the day and night do to the safe environment. It is close to the most needed store like shopping mall, grocery, eta.

Wonderful community with great activities!! The office staff is fantastic and maintenance always quickly respond to needs. I highly recommend City Flats at Renwick. It always feels like you are at home.

The garbage truck should come to Village center after Sunrise not to disturb sleep. Due to the cold weather the eletricity bill is little bit high. Otherwise it is very nice place to live with the cafe and the bar.

The staff at City Flats are incredibly welcoming. They provide beautiful properties with numerous amenities. They are a pet friendly community and they even gave me toys for my cat, which was very thoughtful! I had a wonderful move in experience and recommend them highly!

It is nice and quiet for the most part. Always looks pretty clean and is well taken care of. The residents are all very nice, respectful, and friendly! The maintenance and front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

I really love Cityflats at Renwick. It is a beautiful place and I love the environment here. I lived here for almost two years since I first came to IU. But the thing is that the rent was a little bit high, if you could improved the house rent, that would be really grateful.

I sold the house and needed to move during my particular cities worst time of the year to find a rental, not only was I able to secure an apartment here quickly and pretty cheaply, it's probably the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. Maintenance is great, there's usually a function going on at the pool in the summer during the month, lots of little perks being in this particular neighborhood.

Love it here at city Flats on Renwick. Great leasing office help and maintenance. Great community and very quiet. Love the amenities available here. Very convenient to get to the stores over here. And love that it will be a nice place to walk

City Flats Renwrick is a safe and convenient place to live.Our apartment is large and clean. That's a nice experience for me. Maybe I can recommend CF Renwrick to my friends. It is a nice opportunity for students live in Bloomington.

Nice location to rent a single family home but needs updates in order to improve value. The rent is on the higher end but finishes are standard apartment quality. The staff is very nice and works hard to solve problems.

Love living here. All staff are super nice and friendly. They respond quickly and professionally. It is close to Kroger and 15-min drive to IU campus. There are some shops closed to the community but I barely feel noisy.

The one bedroom apartment we moved into was large for the price, and was more than enough for me and my partner. Any issues we ever ran into was handled well by the office staff, and the online portal was helpful as residents when paying rent or making reservations for the amenities.

We love the neighborhood - lots of places to walk and even two parks nearby. Sare road is pretty noisy. Apartments are handy to stores and restaurants. Trees and flowers are well-maintained, making the complex pretty.

It has been an excellent experience living in this community. All of the staff are helpful and friendly whenever you need their services. The only thing that could improve the experience here would be if the company would include simple services like water, sewer, and trash services.

This community is super safe and clean. It's in a great location close to restaurants and grocery stores, and there are also plenty of green spaces to walk or run near. This community really does feel like home.

Overpriced. Staff is amazing but way to many extra charges. $15 a month for a trash can and a recycle container?!?! Carpeting is matted and they continue to paint over defects. Stairs are very steep....slipped and fractured my tailbone. PASS

I lived at a JC hart property 2 years. Great amenities and neighbors. The grounds are beautiful and kept nicely by maintenance staff. The location close to shopping areas, and not far from downtown/entertainment make it a nice place to call home

I just moved in. Haven't experienced much just yet. Yes the birds at 5:30am are annoying at first...just like a ticking clock...you get used to them. Maintenance staff is working with me to resolve an issue.

Office staff is terrific. Heather & Lindsay particularly went out of their way to be helpful. We were always treated professionally and with courtesy and on a timely basis. Maintenance crew was equally responsive and helpful.
