Generally good. I wish residents were more courteous. I also wish our hallways were cleaned/vacuumed more frequently. And that residents picked up their dog poop. I'm always watching where I step. Also, there are several rude neighbors who play loud music or drums from time to time.

ovverall beautiful property. Pet poop is all over the grounds. Office staff is wonderful and maintenance requests are responded to very quickly. Cops are here at lot. Staff needs to do a better job of making sure tenants let pets poop in designated area.

The apartment was in very good condition (close to the new condition it was in when I leased it 5 months earlier). The management staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the maintenance staff was courteous, competent, and quick.

My overall rating of this community is very high. The only downside is the high traffic area my apartment is by, also the carpets in the hallways of the apartment buildings need replaced. Other than that there are great walking trails by the apartment.

I just moved in here and overall it's a nice complex.. and quiet during these season (summer). The community is small but still good for walking and jogging to the nearby area. If I have to say some downsides, pool and barbecue area is too small..for some people that may be matter.

My husband and I have just moved into City Flat. The apartment unit is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is updated. The community is very quiet. My favorite thing about City Flat is swimming pool.We have been enjoying living here so much. It is also close to a grocery store.

The community itself is lovely. I don't think I've lived in a more beautiful apartment. But when you share community space, there will always be issues - people not cleaning up after themselves, being too loud during inappropriate hours, etc. But the facilities are wonderful.

I loved this community when I moved in. I have lived here longer than almost anyone. The past couple years have seen significant increases in rent, the departure of our amazing manager, buildings going up on all the available grass for pets, and a marked increase in improper parking and pet waste on the grounds. These issues have slowly convinced me I shouldn't be paying so much for a small one-bedroom apartment anymore. The qualities I loved when I moved in have mostly been taken away. I do still enjoy the safety and quiet neighbors, along with the village center so close to home. I feel extremely safe here and the maintenance staff has always been excellent. All in all I will miss it when I go but it's time to move on to something that offers more for the price.

We have lived in the community for almost 5 years. We have never had any issues with the maintenance staff and have had only a few issues with the management staff. The facility allows pets which sometimes causes cleanliness issues due to poor clean-up by the pet owners.

The only thing luxury about this complex is the price. The price does not warrant what is received. Over the time I've lived there, it has clearly transitioned to being student housing. As such, the interior access areas are not maintained properly and there is constantly trash everywhere except the dumpsters where it should be.

The office staff is wonderful. The maintenance staff is great and respond within 24 hours if not that day. Our Apartment is great and is exactly what we wanted in an apartment. However, the neighbors are horrible and are the reason why we are not renewing our lease.

I am very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff, and the overall facilities. As I mentioned my two main concerns are the noise after hours and the smoke within the building. I would likely renew my lease if these were not an issue.

We love City Flats at Renwick! We will be sad to leave. We have a third floor, one bedroom apartment, the Chicago style layout and it is perfect for the two of us. I love the separate laundry room and the small hall area between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is a good size with a nice garden tub. Wish there were two windows in the bedroom, but no big deal. We also like the wood laminate flooring in the entry way and kitchen. The staff has fixed things right away and are very friendly. Highly recommend, even though it it more costly, it's worth it!

It was good for the repairman came to my home for fixing the problem. It was pretty easy job to correct the problem. It was due to mis-connention of the electrical wiring when installed initially. It was illogically connected and he found the exact problem.

Great community. Very nice on the outside and in. I have had zero problems and it's not a "college" atmosphere at all. Very quiet but still in the heart of Bloomington. The only complaint is parking isn't great...but overall there's enough spaces.

I really enjoyed my time at the Renwick; management staff was very nice and helpful the maintenance team was taking care of repairs in a very timely manner Not the cheapest, but one of the nicest apartments communities and very private; and the supermarket, restaurants and mall were right around the corner. My only complaint I had is about the noise proof, I could hear my upstairs neighbor when they were playing the piano, and their kids were jumping all over their apartment; and not too often I was tempted to call the police noise complaint line... mostly when the students had just come back; also since the pool was too small, it was always crowded during summer time

Two days after snow fall, the landlord informed me that snow removal from its privately owned streets was not their responsibility. Two days after snowfall, city flats has no plans to remove snow. Be careful of parking in the townhouses. The spaces immediately outside my door are a tow zone. Cars are towed nightly. While the staff is initially responsive to requests, their follow up is nonexistent. Rent prices rise dramatically year on year. Primary communication from landlord is advertisements from local businesses.
