I haven't been in the property for a week yet but so far so good. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. It was in fairly good condition with minimal/minor flaws. My room being on the outside wall of the bulding I do hear some parking lot noise, but nothing too bad.

We love the community and atmosphere here. The people who work in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is very close as well. It is awesome having a bar and coffee shop within walking distance. The pool, gym, and grilling area has also been a few of the amenities we have really enjoyed. We also really love all of the details that are within the apartment, including the huge bathtub and having a proper laundry room. They are also extremely pet friendly. We have a puppy that we love taking on walks here. There are tons of pet stations and plenty of grassy areas where our pup can run around. The other great thing about this apartment is the location. The mall, restaurants, and grocery store is just down the street. We have been very happy here!

I love living at City Flats. The apartments are high-quality and well-kept. The staff and maintenance here are so kind and are very good at what they do. The maintenance performs tasks within 24 hours of the request, although any problems I have had were very minor. The grounds are kept very nice and I appreciate them keeping up with vacuuming the common areas (hallways) to keep them nice. The pool is very central and well-kept. The location is very convenient for a quick stop to the mall, kroger, restaurants, and not too far from campus!

Its a well maintained community with high quality rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Fitness center is not sufficient for avid gym - goers; but is enough for those looking to get a quick workout in here and there.

I have enjoyed living here. The staff has always been very friendly and responsive to any issues I have had and there have been very few. The community is conveniently located. The reason I may not renew is that I may leave the area

The facilities are great, everything from the pool, to trash, to common areas, to landscaping are all very well kept. The actual apartment is wonderful, and the only maintenance request I entered was addressed the next day. Would highly recommend living here to friends, family, or co workers

Moving from out of state the city flat apartments have made the transition from a home to apartment living wonderful. The apartments or nice sized and laid out well. The amenities are a plus too. The management and matainence staff are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the city flats to anyone!

The staff has always been very attentive. Both in the office and maintenance. Whenever I call or email, I get a quick response and maintenance is always willing to work with my schedule due to our pets. My only complaint is that a number of the other residents pile trash around the dumpsters, often with no bags, or ripped bags, making it a mess. There are also residents who do not clean up after their dogs, even after repeated reminders from staff. To me this is very disrespectful to other residents, and especially to the maintenance staff who has to clean it up.

Gorgeous townhouse and community! Very pet accommodating and willing to work with us on short term lease options. Also having an attached two car garage was a massive benefit as well. The noise level is great between units but the community is busy so the outside noise is pretty consistent.

Great, safe and comfortable apartment community with a coffee shop, restaurant and fitness studio steps away. Staff members are friendly, and maintenance is quick and easy. The community has a mix of students, professionals and retirees.

City Flats apartments are nice, but very pricey for the small amount of space and amount of storage provided. The location is very convenient for getting to College Mall/Kroger, but a bit far from campus. The apartments are pet friendly, but there is no dog park and not much outdoor space for pets, so having a pet here is not ideal.

The location of City Flats is perfect! Being a married couple that does not want to be in the college scene this community works great. The apartments are nice and well kept. Because we moved from Arizona we made the decision to move here without seeing the townhome and I am glad we did.

We lost our home in a house fire the week before Christmas. This team was AMAZING in helping us find a place to live and begin to rebuild. They were friendly and accommodating. The unit is beautiful. We are truly thankful for the ease if the move in and living experience.

The apartments are very nice and well maintained. ONE BIG complaint is the dog barking -- How about eliminating dogs from the units. I will not renew the lease due to the barking. And, the bathroom needs to have more lightening and hooks to hang towels.

Just moved here and love the whole living environment. Wish I could move in to a second floor apartment instead of first floor. The washer and dryer inside the unit is a plus. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who's looking for a great place to stay!

I just moved into the apartment in January however my experience has been wonderful. The apartment and grounds are well taken care of by the staff. They are also easy to talk with about any issues you have. I would recommend this complex to my friends.

The property is well maintained and the apartment floorplans are all laid out well. I was looking for a one bedroom and was glad that I Could find an apartment with a spacious bath and walk in closet. I was also looking for covered parking and the personal garage space is great.

These are very nice and truly lovely apartment units, and the amenities (fitness center, shopping complex, and the service of the staff and maintenance) are all great, but the complex has been increasingly overtaken by wealthy undergraduate students, who do not clean up after their pets and do not park in designated spots. Noise is not a factor so much as courtesy is. I would not recommend this unit to working professionals.

Only lived here over a month, but I'm enjoying my new space. Looking forward to many months of living here. Very surprised with how fast snow removal has been this winter. Maintenance has taken care of all issues the same day that I called to report the situation.

The apartments here are beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive to resident needs. Everything is close to town and shopping. There are several different floor models to choose from, and I love my townhouse in particular. I highly recommend City Flats.

Community staffs are professional and would like to offer help. Public parking space is limited with intense use around 1612. Some neighbors sometimes made noise during late night. Overall the community is good but some areas need to be improved: enlarge public parking space, maintain neighborhood's silence

Very nice community. Quiet, lots of cool amenities, stylish, lots of options and very professional staff. Convenient to anything in Bloomington. Across the street from grocery, mall, movie theatre. Lots of sidewalks for walking. Pet friendly. Pool very small, but at least it has one and it remains open later in the season.

I love this complex, the apartments are lovely and confortable. my hly issue is only some of the dog whos owners do not go along with the rule of being on leasy...iT can be danger and turn a lobly little dog walk into a nerve wraking walk. on the whole they try to keep to the rules but it is a big complex
