City flats is not an average place to live it's truly an exceptional community. The staff in charge of this residence and it's upkeep are fantastic. City flats meets all my expectations by providing me a safe, clean, well kept place to live. However, they consistently exceed the expectation by providing extremely quick and efficient service requests, remembering my name and having my packages brought out to my car when i walk up to the office, remembering my birthday, the list goes on. My husband and I have lived in many different apartment complexes or community style livings such as this one, but we have never stayed longer then a year. We have been residence here at city flats over two years now and it's our favorite part of our move to Bloomington!

Good, quick and efficient service. The washing machine was "leaking" so called maintenance was called and a repairman was sent to check out the machine. It was determined to be a small leak but source wasn't found. Since the service call, we haven't noticed anymore water on the floor.

The place is modern, spacious, and easy to keep clean. The rent is really affordable, especially considering how nice the place is and the fact that you have access to a gym. This is by far the nicest place I've lived in since starting college!

Place VERY nice, however, we did expected it considering the cost of the rent. We haven't rented for over 40 years, so it was refreshing to know this place was as good as living in a house. Overall very nice place to live

Nice location, apartment facility, pool, health club, office staff, maintenance staff and adjacent to all major shopping needs. This includes fast food to gourmet food, grocery shopping and Bloomington's largest indoor mall where any item can be found. Overall, a premier apartment complex and location.

So far I'm well satisfied with my apartment the office staff and maintenance. There is one thing you should consider I have not lived in a apartment since 1997 and am here because of my house burning to the ground I know you have a lot college kids when it comes to your dumpster you have people who don't live dumpster diving throwing trash out to see what's in the dumpster. They throw bags of trash single item's on the grounds making a mess. You might ask how do I know this is happening I talk to a couple of them when I was taking out my trash. I know time's are tuff but you might put some signs on the dumpster doors not to do this act.

A little too expensive to live here, but the unit of a nice size. The apartment wasn't very clean upon my move-in. My biggest complaint is the neighbors who smoke incessantly, and leave trash in the halls, and it seems I am the only tenant who picks up after his dog.

So far, the community charges a significant amount of rent compared to other places in town and has failed to deliver on the promised standard. The apartments look beautiful at first glance, and they are located in a great location in town, however, I feel as though they have begun to rest on this fact alone to justify the higher price of rent.

My experience has been very positive. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the staff were all very helpful and happy. The only comment I would have is that parking can be a little difficult to find in front of the building in which you live, but there are usually spaces near by.

A great community if you are looking to find a place away from the noise of downtown. My unit is near the road so their is a fair amount of road noise, but more importantly there is no longer the 3am wake ups because the bar crowd is walking by. The quality of the units, garages, and numerous other amenities make this community a no brainer for those looking to live away from the noise of the downtown area. With that being said there are still a handful of coffee shops and bars within walking distance.

I lived at City Flats for almost four years and during that time I saw it go downhill. If you like living in an almost exclusive rich ----- community then this is the place for you. Even the apartment information signs are written in -------. The students there do not pick up after their numerous pets, they allow their pets to use the bathroom on their balconies (which drops down) and despite the rules on smoking, there are cigarette butts all over the place. They can be fined numerous times and yet they continue their behavior. The maintenance workers hired are -------- males who window peep and work late into the night. The apartments are getting older and the landscaping is no longer maintained as well as when I moved in there plus the noise was getting unbearable. City Flats is extremely extensive too and they raise their rent almost every year. I would have moved sooner but I just don't like to move at all. I am so glad now that we are finally settled in a permanent home and I don't miss the chaos in our building. Look around when you rent because Btown now has much nicer and newer apartments for less money.

City Flats is a great apartment complex. It is very family oriented and has limited college students. It has lots of facilities and is a very quiet apartment complex. Overall, I recommend this apartment complex to anyone that likes a quiet neighborhood outside of the college campus.

I love the community! The community is close to shopping and restaurants. However, the apartment itself has a lot of noise from street traffic. I can also hear the footsteps on the stairs of everyone coming in or going out of the building.

A wonderful staff and I LOVE my apartment! Great location, close to Target, Kroger and the Mall. Really enjoy walking over to Crumble Bakery too. All the sidewalks and walking paths around the property are really wonderful. Very happy here!
