The staff and management are very attentive and focused on providing community members with the best experience possible. The community feels very safe, quiet, and peaceful. Our favorite part is the coffee shop and nature trails within walking distance!

The move in experience was seamless and staff were very friendly. The community is quiet and respectful. The apartments are clean and appliances are modern. The close distance to shopping and restaurant areas is a huge bonus!

City Flats is a lovely community. We are close to schools, shopping and entertainment in Bloomington. We have no issues with the management or maintenance departments. They are professional and do their jobs in a timely manner.

Thus far at City Flats at Renwick Apartments, I have been met with kindness, a sense of community, and professionalism. Our move in went smoothly paired with a gift upon entrance including a picture frame and some household items like laundry detergent. I thought this gesture was very thoughtful as we didn't have any of our household cleaning supplies yet. The neighborhood is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I am always met with kind neighbors walking their dogs or enjoying the community pool. I absolutely love this community for its feelings of safety, attraction, and belonging. In addition, maintenance addresses orders quickly and efficiently with detailed hand-written notes which is extremely professional and timely.

Everything has been very smooth living at Renwick. It's a safe and clean environment. When you need help, they come assist very quickly. I would definitely recommend Renwick to any family and friends to live here.

So far city flats at renwick has been great. While we've only been here a week, the people have so been amazing. We've already met a lot of our neighbors and feel welcomed. In addition, our apartment works great for us and is in a great area.

We recently moved here from Los Angeles. We are positively impressed by the high quality of the apartment, the professionalism and friendly character of the staff, the peace of the entire complex, cleanliness and beauty of the area and the convenient location of the complex to college mall. It is a wonderful place to rent and live.

Moving into City Flats was a seamless and easy process. The move in people were helpful and the maintenance was very quick in fixing the couple things I needed. The community is very welcoming and the neighborhood is great!

City flats is the most upscale apartment community I have lived in. Everything is top-notch. The gym is clean and well-equipped, the clubhouse has complementary drinks and snacks, and the option to add a garage with indoor has access has been a real gamechanger regarding my quality of life. The neighborhood is safe and clean, the apartments are truly gorgeous, and the building are incredibly secure. I love the little village as well - very cute with a wonderful coffee shop and restaurant among other businesses. I really wanted an experience with an apartment community that is not student-centered, and Renwick has really delivered!

I do really like the environment of the community. Everything is accessible and the community staffs are all nice and patient. The manager can provide any help. I also really enjoyed the cafe and C3 bar in the community. It is a wonderful place to live in Bloomington.

Definitely better than most of the apartments near campus. The service and apartment conditions are excellent. I would recommend it to other friends who are looking for an apartment. The only thing is that people might need a car if they want to commute to campus freely.

The City flats offer a convenient and a safe community before everything. The main reason why I chose to live here is because of the apartment's space and it's location. Not to mention that you get a very easy access to the shops you need. Like kroger, mall, restaurants and gas stations.

Ive really liked living at renewick eveyone always helps out super fast and the apartment is nice ive had no issues that havent been able to be quickly fixed. the community is nice too ive met neighbors and helped out with watching a neighbors cat over break.

This is a great apartment complex! Very friendly staff, clean and impressive appliances, and very safe. They also have fun and inclusive events to promote community among their residents. I'm so glad I live here!

I love this apartment and the staff is attentive to my needs. I have lived in many places and this apartment has been top notch. I would recommend the complex to others moving to Bloomington. They won't be disappointed.

So far so good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice balance of age groups as tenants. Properties exteriors well kept and maintained. Nice upscale feel. Pool and surroundings clean and relaxing. Having C3 and Crumble on premise, a definite plus.

The area is very clean. There are many things to do right here on the property. Pool, restaurant/bar,coffee/bakery, gym and more. Very quiet at night time and the people here seems to be very nice. Quick response for any maintenance issues.

I love it! It's a great place to live! The office has been very helpful and responsive. I love the area, and it is perfect for IU graduate students. The interior and exterior are beautiful. I am looking forward to my time here moving forward.

I love this place. A restaurant/bar, coffee shop/bakery, pool and gym all within 50 yards of my apartment. I moved from a house to an apartment and was worried about noise. Turns out to be even more quiet than my home. Appliances and flooring are modern. Everything feels brand new. Staff bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied.

The employees were very kind when we moved in. She gave us the key and helped us examine the house. The house was clean. We were very satisfied with the first day here. After living for few days, I found that this apartment is quite and comfortable.
