Very pleasant experience - a nice community with very nice amenities - we have a great ground floor apartment - I highly recommend living in this community - all services are excellent - nice to have a garage too

Good neighborhood , great maintenance service, office staff are professionals and responsive and addressing problems right away , location is near the mall , grocery store, restaurants, cinema, post office, banks, and public transportation is accessible

I've really loved my apartment here, but the community could use some work. A lot of people let their dogs poop anywhere without picking it up, the pool was closed for a large chunk of the summer due to maintenance, and it's been a hassle to park in our garage. We got the worst garage location. The staff is always super friendly and responsive. We don't really feel like the apartments justify the price but that's what you pay when you live in a college town.

I really enjoy living here. The office staff is very nice and is always available to help with any concerns. They are thoughtful, offering activities for residents, leaving holiday gift bags outside of doors, and even remembering birthdays of their residents. I'm really glad I chose to live here.

Wonderful apartments ans terrific location for everything that Bloomington offers. I would recommend this as a place for anyone to look who was moving into Blooming for the long or short term! Great place to live.

We recently went through a house fire and we needed to find a short-term living situation. Everyone was super accommodating and willing to work with our insurance company for all the logistics. We've had a wonderful experience and the apartment is in great condition. We've submitted a couple maintenance requests for minor things and they were fixed right away.

I had to move fairly quickly and the staff at City Flats were extremely helpful and accommodating with this. The complex itself is beautiful, clean, and safe and has been an excellent place to live! I would definitely recommend

Cf used to be my favorite neighborhood, but now I have reservations about it. The maintenance is too bad? Air conditioning started bad repair has been bad, and I said no problem, 86 - degree heat at home every day, then sent out of fluorine, the water heater is broken again, repaired, always directly cause conduit blowout yesterday, the water flow all over the floor of a room, hurt my ankle, and lost Damage to the a lot of things, I am very afraid, the roof will fall

Leasing Office staff are fantastic and on the ball which made our move-in fantastically easy. Even with COVID-19 precautions be very well observed by the staff, it did not negatively impact anything in the process from the virtual tour of the residence through to getting the keys and moving in.

This community is amazing. There are amenities such as a pool and gym which are great for working out or relaxing. In addition, there are cute restaurants and friendly pet community. My dog has lots of areas to explore and there's a nice woody trail nearby

Convenient location, ease of leasing & overall a good experience. Townhouse is spacious, in good condition and staff was very attentive and timely in resolving small issues we had at move in. Pleased so far.

We have been very happy to live at Renwick. The area is nice and full of nice places to go. The departments are kept in excellent condition and if there is an issue, maintenance solve them quickly. The common areas are also kept neat and clean for the most part.

The community at City Flats at Renwick is very clean and safe. I enjoy walking through the neighborhood and surrounding areas. The staff in the office are very accomodating, helpful and genuinely want you to have a great move-in experience and enjoy your time living at City Flats.

Positive and friendly staff. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled within a day, which seems to be a rarity compared to other apartment complexes in the area. Gym has updated equipment. Pool area is nice.

City Flats is visually appealing to all visitors. The units within the property need a little more TLC and investment in modern luxury upgrades. There is a good balance between apartments and town homes.

The apartment fee is quite high. But it gives us better living experience. I lived in 1b1b apartment, I hope that if city flats can afford the water fee and other fee except electric. And we recently bought the xfinity WiFi. But both me and my friends' apartment felt that the internet is not stable. We are confused what the problems is.

I enjoy living at Renwick City Flats. My apartment has a lot of windows and light. The overall community is clean and well kept. The pool and gym are very nice features. As a single female, I feel very safe there; and plan to live in this community for several years to come.

Awesome, they really focus on the details and do an awesome job. They even get subtle things like trimming trees that brush up against cars in parking spaces. The manager, Tom, is awesome and always on the ball.

Fantastic experience all the way around. Wish we could buy the place! My only suggestion would be to clean the workout room and make sure people pick up after their dogs. The workout room was not clean at all but I know that's more on the residents.

Great place to live! Love it here. As a transplant from Texas, I rented my apartment at the Renwick sight-unseen. I was not disappointed! Everything is great. My apartment is large and comfortable. It does need new carpeting ;)

the location of the city flats is good since there is a bus stop nearby and Kroger is not far away from the city flats too. also, because of the electronic door, i think that my home may be safer and more quiet.
