Laid back . Quiet with not much trouble. Parking is not a problem but carport are to expensive. New gym is an asset along with the dog park and tennis courts..Landscaping is always in tiptop shape. Good quiet community.

    Prompt response to service requests. Friendly staff and very good amenities! Neighbors in my building are very good?no loud noises etc. Close to golf course and shopping area is a plus. Great place to be.

      I enjoy the community that I have moved into BC The front staff have been AMAZING. This is a community where dogs are welcomed be aware that your neighbors might complain about that. Go to the office for everything with any issues They are amazing with these issues. I do hate the lack of natural light we get and no overhead lights in bedrooms or living room. Everything else is amazing

        The apartments are pretty much true to their word on the website, which I think is great. When I moved into my apartment, everything was brand new from appliances to carpet. I've had no problem since I've moved in. If the rent were to go down or stay the same, I might stay.

          I have had a great experience. Everyone was really helpful and welcoming. It seems like they fix problems as fast as they can! It is a really quiet neighborhood and I haven't had any problems with neighbors.

            They definitely need better customer service staff in my office. Arianna Parran provides terrible service. She drains your energy and motivation to move into these apartments due to her poor customer service, terrible friendliness, and awful attitude.

              Overall 3/5 stars. The model home and appliances were so much nicer than the actual livable units. Additionally, it's extremely heartbreaking that I have lived in my apartment for less than a week, and there are appliance issues, plumbing issues that have yet to be addressed. Especially on a new move-in.

                I think this apartment community has great potential, but the processes and procedures need to be cleaned up a bit. Mainly pertaining to safety and security and transparency with community members. I do think the maintenance staff and office crew are great people too. Would just like to have been given more forthright information on some safety situations within the community.

                  I love the masters. I love my apartment,its very peaceful here.i love the fact that everyone in the office is nice and friendly. Maintenance always get the job done the first time. The community is great as well.

                        I really like living here. I have lived at the Masters three previous times and I keep coming back. The staff is great. Maintenance is very good and gets things done in a timely manner. The location is very close to everything I need!

                        A fantastic, quiet place to live. I've never had a problem with any of my neighbors or my apartment. The only thing I can think of is sometimes bugs are able to get in, but we're offered pat control on a weekly basis.

                          Fast service and an amazing office staff!! Highly recommend this property. Great value for the price of rent. My neighbors are amazing. I have only a pleasant experience since my move in almost a year ago.

                            The rent prices are higher than most of the apartments in the area. Over priced for what you get. I am at the point that I can not afford another rent increase. There is not enough parking . And no overflow parking.

                              Community is nice, area is great. Maintainace response quickly. The apartments need to be updated as it's not up to date like surrounding apartments. Quiet for the most part. Clean hallways, with safety doors.

                                I've had a wonderful experience with the staff at The Masters. My questions are always answered and maintenance is always helpful and prompt service. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe and at peace.

                                  I just wanted a great place to live and not be worried about coming home late at night. This would be my first apartment and first time living on my own but I am ready for the challenge. This community allows me to live freely

                                    The apartments are very pretty and comfortable, I love my apartment and all the community always is clean they have events for each Holliday it's awesome?the gym and the pool are so cute!! It's a great option to live here!

                                      Thank you for the quick clean up. Very courteous and professional. Communicated very well with me throughout the process. Was very happy with the service provided. I don't, however, like that this part has a minimum character requirement.

                                        Maintenance review: Plumbing: Though I am grateful that the service request was answered quickly and resolved quickly. The cleanup of the situation could've been handled a lot better. When I arrived home from work, my floors were covered with water. My carpets were soaked everything underneath my kitchen sink was waterlogged including my dogs are very expensive food. Even the carpets in my bathroom for some reason were completely soaked. Almost as if no effort was made whatsoever to clean up after the repair had been completed. It felt like my belongings and someone being a tenant in this unit meant nothing and everything in my home was treated with such disrespect, leaving it in the condition that it was left in. There was no communication whatsoever about the condition my unit was left in. I was just expected to clean everything up. That aspect is very disheartening.

                                          Overall very nice community a few snags like parking but very minor. Building entry could be updated without carpet. No real complaints just a few cosmetic things that could be done. New staff have been very helpful .

                                            Just moved in. Unfortunately an evicted tenant destroyed several of the glass doors including my entrance. I like that there's security cameras and a key fob entrance but I don't like that my unit does not have a deadbolt. Parking is a really big issue. The carports available are empty and could be turned into more parking available for tenants, as well as the large grass areas that are in the parking lots.

                                              High turnover in office makes it difficult to communicate. People want and deserve to kknow your first name or when there is a management change. Cameras are gaudy and look like the 90's. Just sayin'.

                                                Poorly staffed, staff turnover rate is crazy high, the grounds are poorly kept, management isn't understanding, maintenance is clueless more often than not, and the price for these units are getting to be ridiculous!
