The community looks amazing. The apartment I toured was clean. The leasing agent and other staff I ran into during my tour were kind and welcoming. The amenities were amazing as well. The apartment seems well worth the rental value.

Just moved in, very happy with the apartment and the easy of move in, rent is easily payable in online app, and the apartment was clean and in perfect shape when I moved in. Overall seems like a good place, and is very conveniently located!

I drove by this complex often and really liked the looks of the screened in porches. The price was in my range and the community location really works for my needs. The staff was very helpful in telling me everything I needed to get the keys.

It's okay. I like it a lot but it's just an apartment, not really a community. Keep that in mind if it's something you value in a living space. I'll renew a 3rd time, but I mostly keep to myself so it's okay, but if you need events , amenities, and people checking in on you look elsewhere

Decent apartments but need to be updated badly. Safe and secure within the buildings as long as you constantly remind office staff that the door that you enter the building is not functioning properly which is constantly?. Needs to be repaired to make safe every night

Move in date May 28. Very courteous and helpful. Maintenance came in promptly to fix air conditioner. Working well !! Grounds well kept. Very Quiet neighborhood close to all shopping and places to eat out.

Security is minimal at best ? car was stolen twice , the thieves shot at me The apartments were of no help whatsoever . They have cameras but for what .. they don't review the footage if anything happens .. cars have been broken into and vandalized and to compensate they just raise our rent , THANX

I really do enjoy living in this community. I must say that evveryone at the leasing office is courteous and professional. Maintenance is pretty prompt and even quite friendly too. I really dont have any complaints at all. They do a really great job.

I have lived here for several years and enjoy living here. There is easy access to many things, like the interstate and shopping/dining. The use of a building key fob, helps with security issues for peace of mind.

I have lived at the Masters four different times now. I like the community here in Castleton. Now, they are making access to the Nickel Plate Trail available. The office staff is easy to contact and the maintenance here is very responsive to any issues you have. Parking can be difficult at times in the evening, but overall I think it is a nice place to live and I hope to stay here for many more years!

Quiet community. The landscaping is constantly being changed and not for the better. Management took out a lot of good trees and cut back to clouds those that were left. Pool has been unswimable for three years and was shut down by Board of Health. Last year. Hoping for a reliable pool this summer.

Beautiful side walk and very close to monon trail soon. there are 3 highway exit close to this apartment. neightborhoods are very friendly and leasing office often ask me funny event all the times. I love my apartment.

During my first six months at The Masters, I recommended it to a friend. We now share a two bedroom apartment and have had nothing but issues with it since. It took two weeks with no updates, unless I went into the office, to fix my heat in the middle of winter. We were supplied two small space heaters for a two bedroom apartment and no compensation for the inconvenience or increase in our electric bill because of the space heaters (not to mention how unsafe it was when they plugged them in with no one home as the "solution" to a broken heater). Maintenance staff is very friendly but often takes multiple times of reporting a non-emergency issue for it to get fixed. Office management says enough to placate you without solving or taking steps to solve any issue. The complex has a no smoking policy yet most buildings regularly smell of one kind of smoke or another which is extremely frustrating as a non-smoker of any sort. No one ever contacts me back about the issue when reported either.

You guys really rock! In the best possible way, I get what I pay for. No one does anything crazy, and the noise isn't an issue; at least for me. Maintenance shows and does their jobs just fine; and again, nothing to complain about.

Still too early to give my opinion on the property but it's got off to a shaky start due to low staffing. I have just moved in and there's been some fumbles in the move in process. Including items in the unit that need to be fixed.

It is quiet and peaceful by the lake. The sounds of summer transports you miles away. really close to everything you need. These are nice apartments and well taken care of. Great floor plans.
