The community is always behind on picking up trash. The community does a terrible job picking up after their dog. It's quiet where I'm at and is enjoyable. The maintenance staff claims they complete jobs yet some issues I've experienced it's like nothing was done.

I've had only positive experiences since moving into this community. The community is quiet and the maintenance staff is more than responsive. I couldn't recommend living in this community more! I will most likely renew my lease.

I've had a great experience living in this community, even though I don't often get to talk to my neighbors. Despite the quiet nature of our neighborhood, I've felt a strong sense of community and belonging. What's really stood out to me, though, is the sense of respect and consideration that pervades our community. Even though we may not always talk, I feel like my neighbors look out for me and respect my space. Overall, I feel grateful to be part of such a thoughtful and considerate community.

I think the overall apartments are really nice, they are in a great area and have great amenities. I love the unit my friend lives in but I think that leasing agents should double check their work before telling a potential tenant the wrong information because that ends up screwing the tenant over. The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors. The grounds need cleaned. The office staff switch almost monthly. The units are old. I had mold in my unit and they failed to inform me. I love the key fob access and screen in porch

Great place to live. Reasonable prices and wonderful amenities both in the apartments as well as the complex itself. Maintenance is timely and does a great job. Highly recommend if you want a quiet community.

When I called I spoke with Camille. She was very helpful & presented herself & the community well. When I came in for a tour, Kris gave me the tour. She was knowledgeable & answered my questions about quietness of the apt and around the area.

WARNING!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

The staff, including the property manager are extremely rude, unprofessional, and they do not care about their tenants. I attempted to address a concern I had with the property manager after they made a HUGE error on my account. I was given every excuse about why they had no responsibility for their system and was told she did not have time to address my issue and then she rudely dismissed me from her office. They do not complete work orders or the work order magically disappears. I have been waiting for repairs to my apartment for over a year. They take no accountability on their end for anything and then will threaten to evict you. Any error on their end becomes the financial responsibility of the tenant. This place is in a beautiful area but is ran like low income housing. I attempted to contact the management company, Sheehan Property Management. They did not answer and they do not even have a voicemail set up to leave any messages. The hallways are filthy. No one has cleaned the hallway in my building for months. Steer clear of this place!! As soon as I can, I am moving to a place that truly cares about their tenants. They sucker you in up until lease signing and then it is all down hill from there!

So far I haven't had any major problems since moving into my apartment. I enjoy the area & maintenance as well as management have been nothing short of nice and helpful. If I have any concerns, they're addressed promptly.

The apartments themselves are pretty nice and priced accordingly. They do an okay job of taking care of the grounds and I have seen an improvement with the management since I moved in several years ago but they still have a long way to go. Obvious lack of communication when it comes to the maintenance department I have had several issues where I have had to hound the office and made his apartment to get anything done just for them to do the bare minimum only after I argued. It can be a struggle to get an answer on anything. Several times I have called the office and told I would be called back he'll never hear anything and having to end up calling them several days later if not weeks to figure stuff out myself.

This has been the worst experience ever. There is always new staff in the leasing office. They don't care and maintenance is a joke. My ceiling was leaking, when maintenance came to look at it he told me it was coming from the roof..DUH!! I'm on the top floor where else is it coming from. Took over a year to be fixed and they originally wanted to JUST paint over it I had to press the issue for them to cut the damage part out and repair it. Rent goes up ALOT every year. Last year I was given my renewal a month before my lease ended and was told I had to give a 60 day written notice if I was leaving. HOW?? The staff in the leasing office is very nice until you sign that lease and are handed your keys after that they don't want nothin to do with you. I referred a friend to move here and it was the most embarrassing thing I've ever done. And I regret it still to this day. JUST DONT DO MOVE HERE!

Do not rent, turnover in leasing office seems to be leading to degradation of living. While initial years were fine, request for maintenance that have been ongoing for a month don't get answered or updated. If they are "answered" they lie and state they did work that they did not. RENTER BEWARE.

I feel like the community was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The apartment was very clean and it felt like a good place to live. I like that it's close to the shopping mall and restaurants. I will definitely enjoy that.

These apartments are very quiet and clean the workers here are very nice. I love how the security is here it makes me feel very safe. The leasing agents are very nice. This is a great area to move to you have all type of places to visit thats down the street.

My experience is I've had no problems with this community overall with the people who are nice but the parking is very slim at least at my specific complex also the staff was revamped which was for the better but my rent continues to rise with no improvements to my actual apartment

The apartment is beautiful. It is spacious I love my vaulted ceiling in the living room. The grounds are great. The amenities here are fabulous. The staff is very nice and attentive to my needs. This is a great place to live.

I've felt very unheard by office staff since moving in. Had to jump through many hoops just to get into apartment, when I've had more than enough income to support it. I was expecting a certain floor plan with my apartment, and received another. Got in a car accident on their property, requested to speak to office staff regarding and never heard back. Maintenance requests sometimes go unsolved. Paying rent is a hassle, as there is a $40 convenience fee to pay online, extremely difficult to set up auto-pay, and nearly impossible to track down office staff to give them a check. I do feel it is overpriced for the service and appearance of the apartment complex.

Probably the worst place lived

They spend loads of money on landscaping and it looks good, but why should it not? They charge ridiculous rents for what you get, especially for the service and upkeep on the hallways and lack of diligence for maintenance issues. The smoke detector battery has needed replaced for almost a year and twice someone has come and it still beeps, but they close out the work orders. I was always under the impression that a smoke detector was always an emergency. The hallway carpet looks so disgusting that you do not even want to walk on it. They have the means to do better, but you would have to care enough. Downstairs neighbors have 2 ridiculous unmannered dogs that I hear barking all the time as if they are in the next room. Downstairs neighbors have a roach infestation that have decided to invade my apartment. I get that people from other countries deal with issues differently or may not see it as one, depending on conditions, but this is just unacceptable and disgusting. I recently had an inspection, preventative maintenance, but before they left my unit, someone stole my 7 year old tablet and 2 storage containers from my unit. Bottom line is, you can live the same for less money elsewhere or live better with a peace of mind somewhere better. The Masters is just not footing the bill.

The Masters apartments have been a great community to live in. It's clean, no noisy or rowdy neighbors, and it feels safe with the buildings needing key fobs just to get into the building. Office staff is always helpful and works with you to try and find the best solution to any and most problems. I've enjoyed the year I've been here so I signed on for another year. They also have a beautiful pool area and a brand new fitness center!

Moved here in 12/2022 and started seeing roaches 8/2023! Disgusting and unacceptable! I was told from office that they’re coming from unit under me and they never reported them. However, the office is not doing enough to rid them. I’m over it for this kind of money they’re charging. Yuck! I am not staying because I can’t live with the stress of this issue. I clean regularly and have a 6 year old. The office is not responding which explains a lot. Please look elsewhere for an apartment. You can find something else for this money without roaches. This is not normal!
