Beautiful and clean.

I would stay here again. Everything is so clean and nice. Looks new to me. Easy to find. This place could easily accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. Well apportioned and comes with everything a traveler would need.

Awesome Experience stying in Hurstbourne

I have a great experience living at Hurstbourne Grand. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they responded quickly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their customer service truly makes residents feel welcomed and valued. The amenities at Hurstbourne Grand are excellent and well-maintained. Everything is clean, organized, and designed to make living here comfortable and convenient. It’s clear that the management puts effort into keeping the community in great condition. Another great advantage is the location. Hurstbourne Grand is situated in a very convenient area with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and major roads. This makes daily errands and commuting very easy. 5 months ago I have been part of this property twice. If you are looking for rental property and the best services Hurstborne Grand Apartment is for sure the one! This property is best inclusive of best of customer service for any of your complaints, most secure and best of amenities like Gym, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court and yeah open barbecue stations. Leasing Office Team is always there to help you with all your concerns. The layout and landscape both are the best in town. Bus stop is at walking distance and so are the restaurants and pharmacy stores. I am Impressed and Grateful for taking steps towards all our insecurities and once again making it a Safe Place! Thank you for your constant support and working for betterment of this precious community!

Living in Hurstbourne grand feeling like paradise

I moved in this apartment before 2 years Me and my kids really feel very safe in this apartment. Leasing office people are more approachable, especially Emma. She is kind and guided me a lot while approaching her to renew my apartment. I want to take this opportunity to appreciate and thank her. I also appreciate Jesseca and Heather for their kindness and professionalism. I have also like and choose this Hustbourn grand appartment because of the following reasons. Safety Apartment infrastructure and reasonable rent. Gym facility Swimming pool facility. Playing area for both kids and adults. Tarc bus stop near to this apartment. Jcps school bus pickup/drop near to leasing office. Amazon hub facility. Malls and grocery shops are near to this apartment. Resident's kids can get high ranking cluster high, middle, elementary schools,etc I am proud to be a resident of hustbourn grand and I recommend this apartment to others also.

Excellent and well maintained community

I’ve been living in Hurstbourn Grand for almost two years now, and I really appreciate how well it’s kept up. Plus, the leasing office staff are super supportive and friendly. There might be a few minor delays with work orders, but they’re mostly not urgent. Overall, I’m really happy with the community. I’ve even recommended it to three friends, and I got the referral bonus too!

As a resident of Hurstbourne Grand since July 2025, I am consistently impressed by the lifestyle curated here, particularly the thoughtfully organized monthly family activities be it the Tacky Christmas party, Chai with Pie or the Roses and Rose’ event that foster such a vibrant sense of community. The beautifully maintained surroundings and top-tier facilities provide the perfect backdrop for these gatherings, making it a true pleasure to call this neighborhood home. Best community apartments with lots of social events

This is one of the best society to live in. The apartment are spacious. Leasing office are cooperative and quick to resolve any concerns. Working and clean swimming pool. Coffee machine and printer are available for use in leasing area. Gym facility and large area for kids to play. Safe and friendly society. Best thing which is unique to this is the many events they organize throughout the month… for kids, adults only and for family. Love living here.
