Spacious...but can you deal w/ the management???

Very spacious apartments! The plan I had even had a storage room in the basement. However, the manager is a complete -----! I turned in requests for maintenence that were never fixed for 6 months, until I gave my notice. I talked to the manager telling her they could wait until I moved out to fix the problems but to my surprise they entered anyway!!! She said it was a "safety concern"...funny thing is she didn't care about our safety until I gave notice and dropped names!!! I know the president of NTS and the former asst. manager was my cousin so I assumed they would treat me nicely...boy was I wrong!!! I will never rent from NTS again (that includes The Willows).

    Nice Apts, Manager is a -----!!!

    These apartments are nice, pretty modern and spacious. Also safe and in the best part of Louisville. We´ve lived here for almost a year and it´s been a pretty pleasant experience. However, the manager of the apartments is a TOTAL -----!!!! There is no reason to think that you are better than anyone else and this is exactly how her attitude is! If you can get past that and her hateful self then these apartments are nice. Rent is expensive and if you have washer/dryer hookups, no utilities are included. I would say it´s worth it. (Aside from the manager.) There also seems to be a high turnover rate with the leasing -----, I guess it is because they have to work for such a mean -----!) Nice pool and tennis court. Workout room is small though. When our lease is up, my husband and I are moving though. We just think that when you´re paying that much rent, you deserve to be treated with respect.

      Best apts to live

      Best apts to live. Spacious with big windows and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning and central heating. Broken microwave was replaced shortly after move-in. Nice lawns and courtyard, plus tennis court and 2 computers for residents.
