It way too crowded here with a way too tiny pool. I would have stayed somewhere else if I would have seen this place on a sunny day. Way too many people packed in like sardines. The maintenance staff just ruins your household items by throwing toilet clogged trash in a brand new one with no bag. They still haven't contacted me about the door, smell or garbage can.

Love the Space and Vibe at Hurstbourne Grand!
I have been living at Hurstbourne Grand Apartments for a while now, and I gotta say, it's a pretty sweet spot! My 1-bedroom place is a great space, with a balcony that's perfect for chilling with some coffee in the morning. It's super close to Shelbyville Road, so I'm like 10 minutes from Target, Whole Foods, and Oxmoor Mall is super convenient. The pool is awesome for summer hangouts, and they've got this outdoor grill area we use for BBQs. The grounds are so green and nice, great for walks after work. The staff, like Maryke and Kylah, are really friendly and help out quick. They throw cool events like Harvest Fest, which makes it feel like a community. Some apartments could use a minor updating, but the space you get for the price is hard to beat in Louisville. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a comfy home!

Truly Grand apartments
[Incentivized Review] My family and me love staying at Hurstbourne Grand! We’ve been here for eight months and be happier with our unit, the staff, and the overall community. The location is ideal—close to shopping, with easy freeway access and multiple nearby bus routes, which have made weekday commutes a breeze. The community is quiet, with beautifully maintained grounds, and we especially enjoy using the barbecues throughout the complex during the warmer months. One of our favorite perks is the amazing coffee, machine in the office—we stop by several times a week for a vanilla drink! Before moving in, kylah was incredibly helpful, providing details on floor plans, pricing, amenities, and utility contacts. She took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect apartment within our budget. She was upfront about pricing and lease options, making our long-distance move much smoother. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the entire HG staff. Emma and Kylah in the front leasing office are always so friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.

Incredibly happy with Hurstbourne Grand
We absolutely love our apartment at Hurstbourne Grand! We’ve been residents for 7 months & are incredibly happy with our individual unit, the staff, and the complex. The complex is in a perfect location near shopping with convenient freeway access. It’s also in close proximity to multiple bus routes which has been great for weekday work commutes. It’s a quiet community on beautiful well-cared for grounds. There are several barbecues throughout the complex which we enjoy immensely during the warmer months. There’s also an amazing coffee machine in the office where we grab a vanilla drink several times per week. Prior to being HG residents, Elizabeth was incredibly helpful in sending info on various floor plans, pricing, amenities, utility company contacts, etc. She listened to our needs and helped us select the right apartment within our budget. She was honest upfront about the cost of rent and different lease options. All her assistance helped make our long-distance move easier. Right away when we moved in, we felt welcomed by the entire HG staff. The ladies in the front leasing office Emma & Kylah are incredibly friendly! Whenever we go to the office, they have such great customer service. They greet us & address any needs we may have. They even know our dogs by name! The ladies have asked questions throughout the duration of our residency to get to know us, and have made us feel a sense of belonging within the HG community. Several times when we’ve stopped in the office to grab a coffee or use the computer room they reminded us about a HG community events, which made us feel included. For example one day they told us about a pickleball event. Another day they mentioned a hot cocoa bar they were having, which we went to later that day! Another time we we talking with them about Christmas presents and they told us they had a free gift wrap station that we could use. When we see the ladies out on the property they say hi to us by name. Living here is completely different than ANY other complex we have lived in! Along the same lines the maintenance staff waves to us when they are driving past in their service/golf carts. They often pet our dogs when they are walking past. We’ve only had to place routine service requests. The maintenance staff is friendly, skilled, and professional. It was snowing on Sunday recently and one of the maintenance crew was shoveling and salting the sidewalks (on their day off - Sunday). When we walked passed he smiled and said hi. During a heavy snow last month, the entire crew was out shoveling snow and salting. They work extremely hard, have the best attitude, and are so friendly to us. We have lived in about five apartment complexes throughout our life but HG hands-down has the nicest staff. Hurstbourne Grand is a wonderful place to live and I highly suggest it!

Very nice community. Feels safe with Hurstbourne Grand partnering with the sherrif's office. Apartments are pet friendly with enough space for pets to not feel cooped up. There are designated pet clean up areas as well as a lot of grass to accommodate taking dogs outside. Overall a nice community.

From the moment I walked into the door and met Emma she made me feel welcome. She took me on a tour of the entire ground, showing me the main lobby, exercise room, swimming pool, the apartment. She went thoroughly through the apartment and answered all questions that I needed. It was a pleasure meeting her that day and the apartment that I was looking for was not readily available, but she put me on a watch list. It did not take long and Emma did contact me. We walked through another apartment to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and everything went perfect perfectly fine. After that I took the apartment. The transition was perfect all paperwork was prepared as she guided me through that transition as well right up until the day that I picked up the keys she tore the apartment with me to make sure that everything was in line. I got to spend a couple more minutes with her talking about moving in and hopefully I will not be moving anytime shortly. I like it here. It seems very quiet as this is my first day in my new apartment, I'm very close to work close to a grocery store and restaurants and everything that I need.

The overall community is good however the staff at the property needs to be trained to provide better consumer experience. In the current digital world companies are spending millions of $ to improve the consumer experiences, however the staff at the staff here does not seems to be bother about the issues reported by tenants. Multiple personal follow-ups are required to get a small problem fixed. Unless, the staff is forced to fix a problem, the staff simply ignores the issues.

Great place to live!
I am sharing experience based on last 1 year experience with Hurstbourne grand apartments. I love the apartment and all the facilities provided here like gym, swimming pool and tennis court. Great place for the kids to play outdoor games. This place is close to groceries, stores and restaurants. The service and maintenance is also good. I highly recommend this place to take a tour and move in.

Great apartment to live
I moved in this apartment before four months. Me and my kids really feel very safe in this apartment. Leasing office people are more approachable, especially Kayla. She is kind and guided me a lot while approaching her to get an apartment. I want to take this opportunity to appreciate and thank her. I have also like and choose this Hustbourn grand appartment because of the following reasons. *. Safety *. Apartment infrastructure and reasonable rent. *. Gym facility *. Swimming pool facility. *. Playing area for both kids and adults. *. Tarc bus stop near to this apartment. *. Jcps school bus pickup/drop near to leasing office. *. Amazon hub facility. *. Malls and grocery shops are near to this apartment. *. Resident's kids can get high ranking cluster high/middle/elementary schools,etc I am proud to be a resident of hustbourn grand and I recommend this apartment to others also.

Overall good experience here but not worth the rent increase.
Overall good experience, was hoping to re-sign but my rent jumped 26% (“only” 13% if I re-sign early) which is pretty insane and not usual for 2024-2025 in Louisville. Unit is spacious with a lot of storage, but not nice enough to justify almost 2 grand a month.

Fantastic place
I am sharing my feedback based on last 6 months experience with Hurstbourne Grand apartments, the apartment is spacious and designed to fill with natural lights, it has all the amenities required for a resident. The management staff is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Hurstbourne Grand apartments for those looking for a good place to live.

Great place to live
For the most part my experience has been positive with Hurstbourne Grand. Sometimes maintenance can take a while to respond, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Wish they had a playground for children and a tennis or basketball court.

Living here at Hurstbourne Grand makes me feel good to say I'm going home. It's a nice, clean and quiet community. The apartments are spacious, the amenities they have are an overall A+ for me. Maintenance comes out immediately to handle any issue that needs to be addressed and the staff in the office is always nice and professional. My family and I moved in back in March and so far so good we definitely love it here.

Good place to live!
The ambience is very good . The maintainance arrives immediately if there is an issue .The have clubhouse , gym , swimming pool, tennis court . The neighborhood is also very nice to walk around . It has nearby schools , malls and grocery stores.

Great place to live
Prior to moving in, I toured Hurstboure Grand with with a young lady name Kylah. She was very informative and had the answers to all my questions The grounds are beautiful as are the apartments along with many amenities. I enjoy calling HG my home. Take a tour today, you won't be disappointed.
