The maintenance staff needs to be trained a little better. I have an efficiency and I had over 10 things that needed to be addressed once I moved in. I was also promised 1 month free rent and $500 credit to my account. I did receive the 1 month free, but I didn't receive the $500.

They try to do things, promptly. They did an admirable job clearing and removing the snow, during the most recent storm. The grounds are usually cleaned and on a regular basis. This complex is located near a variety of roadways, convenient to necessary items AND fun spots.

For the short time I have been here, the staff maintains the building in a clean manner, pest control is evident, And the staff are very helpful and nice. The staff is very receptive to reasonable request and they pursue and respond to resolution.

Overall good experience....but vehicles thefts have been a major issue twice. There have been recurring plumbering issues,for example,. water leaks at least 4-5 times that created extra laundry cost and inconveniences. The building is antiquated, I personally think plumbing overall is warranted vs. bandaid fixing pipes. The gym equipment is old and not safe...we were told new equipment was ordered 4+ years back. We selected Remington for gym. Why use the gym as a selling point when it's not up to standards?

I've been living in this apartment complex for almost a year now, and it's been an overall positive experience, from the start of the application process onward. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and active in making the complex better. It's a safe, clean, beautiful complex with great amenities like a gym, pool, and community events. The maintenance team is excellent and proactive, a fantastic cleaning team does constant upkeep on the common areas, and the office staff are always willing to go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

Other than cars being vandalized the apartments are comfortable and affordable. Trash chutes one every floor is a plus and laundry on every floor! Some machines don't work since I move in but other than that all good

Out of 10, I'll give it a 5 today. They could improve on better customer experience overall. Integrity, accountability is KEY. I hope my experience improves because the affordability, location convenience and most of my neighbors except one is why I'm still there. I stay out of the way. My floor is quiet. No loitering. The presence of the security helps a little.

When I first moved in, it was fine. Whenever I put in a ticket for a work order they completed it the next day. Now, maintenance is horrible and staff is useless. My refrigerator stopped working and it took a week and a half to get a new one. Also there was a leak in my bathroom behind my mirror, they fixed it a few days after my initial ticket and took 2 weeks to finish to put my mirror back on the wall. Come home and the mirror looks tacky like they didn't care and just put in on the wall. And my soap and toothbrush holder is still sitting on the sink not back on the wall like it's supposed to be. It's ridiculous and didn't get any accommodations. Kept hearing "I'll call you back to give you an update" and still no call. I constantly had to call almost everyday to complain. I'm over it all!
