Its ok. they do keep the building clean. One big concern is the laundry facilities. Oftentimes the washers are broken or the door to the laundry room is broken. This creates a safety concern for me personally. Maintenance is a little better recently. The staff will listen to your concerns and make an effort to resolve.

No comment it's only been 3 months I lived on this property. Issues do not get resolved in a timely manner. Having to call multiple times gets annoying. Fix's the issues then I won't have to call several times.

It's a well-kept up property for the money, i'm not gonna lie A lot of vandalism to cars on this property and also building 2600 have mice really bad and also roaches I just want you to know before choosing Remington place but overall Well kept up property nice and clean

Remington Place is great. It's a hidden gem. It's quiet and I've had no issues. With utilities included and no parking fees these apartment can't be beat. Office staff is professional and maintenance responds in a timely manner. One elevator always needs maintenance however there's another elevator working as well. The exterminator could come more often however I never seen bugs only gnats and that just started. Compared to other apartments in the area I'm happy.

The apartment community is kind and generally responsible adults. The building is dated, but functional. This is an excellent location to everything in the DMV- major highways, the access to shopping centers and overall affordability.

Its mostly quiet, you barely smell weed around anywhere, it close to the stores, schools, national harbor, tanger out lets, mgm, schools,etc. Everyone is nice and professional. The only thing I wish we had were more cameras or security to minimize or stop the car breakins

I had a positive experience, once I reported maintenace issues, it was handled immediately. The office staff very professional, polite and addressed concerns. Im Impressed with the safety of the neighborhood, how friendly the neigbors are as well as the staff.

Overall it's a pretty decent community. Lots of folks who choose to partake of recreational pot smoking, quite annoying to smell that almost daily. Other then that. I think they should seek Elevator repair from another company. The Elevators are broke to DAMN much.

The community is quiet but the apartment was not looked over prior to my move in and I've had several things that needed to be fixed. I also still do not have a mail key after living here for almost a month.

TERRIBLE ! The staff is terrible they don't address your issues they just put a bandaid on the problems and act like you're making things up so they don't have to actually fix or replace anythything..

From the beginning to present, the office staff has been sincere in all their interactions with me as a resident. The maintenance persons are mature, friendly/courteous men, who carries themselves as such. The building is kept clean, the laundry room is clean, entry to the building feels like home. Especially when you drive up to the driveway and see the name and lights on to guide you through a clean parking spot. That's all I have for now. I will edit later, if I have to. I moved in on a Friday and saw roaches the same day and in the kitchen sink! I set traps out the same night and caught roaches in the kitchen. I've been here less than 72 hours! Boxes are still packed

It's a great place to live if your just starting out on your own. Nice apartments and affordable. It's very close to shopping centers everything is walkable if you like to walk. It's a quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Decent experience in comparison to other communities in the DMV area. We need better security in and around the building. I have had my packages stolen more then once and no one tried to assist me. Keisha did offer me encouragement and told me to check the other building.

I enjoy the comfort of having the amenities within my direct community, washer dryer on the same floor. Also, a gym to use 24 hours a day. There are some security concerns within the grounds of the complex.

The office staff is pretty friendly. As far as keeping the building clean, they do a good job, but it's the residents or their company who trash the building. There need to be cameras in the stairwell

The community here is mostly quiet . The staff here are very friendly. Each floor is cleaned daily and they keep the grounds a beautiful site to see. Maintenance always responds in a timely matter . My only disappointment here is I thought pets were not allowed and I see them and hear them on a daily basis.
