For the money we pay it could be kept better and cleaner and safer. There is no communication with the residents unless there are repairs and that takes a day or two before they response. I think they could do alot better

Overall, Great place. I am a single with no kids and I have stayed here in this area for the past 10 years without any issues. Convenient to the beltway and stores. They take of the property as well

My experience was been very rewarding with the Remington Place apartment . The building and property is cleaned daily by staff that care about the display of the property. The grass is up kept to the point that you are very proud to invite quest to the property. The staff is very responsive to concerns of the tentants.

My car was broken into and I have complain several times about my neighbor and the noise/ fights. Security is never on site. clothing is always left in washer and dryers by other neighbors which doesn't allow any other person to do laundry. The grounds are always kept clean. Staff is always friendly.

Remington Place is the best kept secret. It's literally close to EVERYTHING, National Harbor, DC, food, shopping and more! I love it here. It's a secured building, plenty of lighting and I feel safe! I love it

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT as far as the condition of the inside of my apartment the major work that supposed have got done has not been done WHEN IS THIS WORK GOING TO GET DONE?!!!!! This is not right I pay my rent you do nothing to fix the condition of my apartment.

Early part of the spring time my car was stolen, I have had multiple eexoerience with getting stuck on elevator no one responded in a timely matter. Kids pull fire alarm because they have no where else to burn their energy. Pool has not been open so there is nowhere for the kids to play

Great place to live except there are a few bad apples in the bunch. Rental office staff are very friendly and helpful. I happen to live on a quiet floor and I have a great view of the town and getting on 495 is very easy.

I appreciate the community resources such as the exercise room ( all year) and swimming pool(during the summer). When we are not in the middle of a pandemic knowing that my packages are safe in the office is also a great bonus.

I have been at Remington Pl for a year and all I can say is... I absolutely love this development! I love how it’s managed. I love that there are no nuisance tolerated, whether people or pest. No rodents, roaches or rowdy tenants. Although dated, I love that the building is well-maintained for the most part and maintenance has never been an issue. I love that the walls are solid. Its not until I step out of my apartment do I hear any of my neighbors. I’d never thought I would be so comfortable in an apartment. There’s nothing like having peace of mind where you lay your head. I am so happy here!

This is a heartbreaking to write as a Social worker for the last 20 years living at the community since 2013. I have spoke with several residents in both buildings. We are in a pandemic & people have loss love ones n jobs due to covid. There are resident battling covid currently The manager will not apply for assistance for her residents to keep there apt. Some ppl are behind more than 6 month. I been here since 2013 & Jennifer is the worse manager. She's a liar, she don't have any interactions with residents & no security, package always stolen, weed smoking in stairways. PG county has halt Evictions thru March 15, 2021. Instead of her applying on behalf of the resident to get a max of up to 12 months of past due rent. She refuses to help why because most of the residents are african american & she don't care & make excuses as to why she can't do. The Government open a program to help & the require information requires rent ledger, company w9 fillable online, copy of landlords rental lis, ACH account number Form Online, Landlord Agreement. 5 requirements none of which she bothered to look online to submit. Online Take 5 minutes to gather & submit required document online so resident will save there apt. If the landlord does it . It covers up to 12 months of rent, If the resident does it. It covers 6 months of past due rent. Either way posting noticing thru out the building threathening eviction seems beyond compassionate, but don't post flyers to help residents seems extremely harsh. Bottom line is things happen sometimes beyond control & The Donaldson group need a stronger management team. Why is maintenance NOT wearing MASK? That Disrespectful. How is Jennifer allowed to pick in chose who she evictions, add late fees & dont even follow up with emails or phone calls. We are human all human & should not be treat differently because we are African American. Upper Management Please investigate & Help us. We can't count on Jennifer for NOTHING. She's rude, disrespectful, & has a very nasty disposition. Things happen sometimes beyond ppl. control. To all the resident who need assistance please log in to www. click on Rental Assistance & apply. I will be contacting Housing to make sure the residents are being treated fairly & will proceed will any action to resolve this issue. There are over 20 residents who need help she would rather charge late & legal fees then apply & assist. Many of the other community managers are very proactive in helping & value there residents. Her actions how she treat the residents is beyond racists. She a liar. She will say anything just to hang up on you please The Donald Group reach out to your struggling residents who need a little assistance. She spend more time outside smoking all day & gossiping about her residents personal business that's being repeated thru out the community. That's too unprofessional. People are depress & constantly battling homelessness & racism by the manager that's alot.

There is a huge cockroach problem, plumbing problem, and overall safety concerns. The doors are constantly breaking to which paying residents are having to live in a place where people can easily enter the building without a key which is a huge safety concern. Overall management does not care. Do not lease with Keisha King or listen to Jennifer the property manager, they will lie to you directly and tell you this place is a dream when it is truly a poorly designed,unkept, disturbing nightmare.

The rental office does not respond to constant emails and phone calls. There is a huge problem with water and plumbing something is always backed up or leaking. The side dock door is left unlocked, huge security issue. Bugs, even if you're a clean person. I'm sorry but this is was a horrible experience, I'm moving back to Montgomery county where maintenance is responsive, extermination of midrisi and highrise buildings is required. You get what you pay for though. I feel like these positive reviews are fake.

There is poor property management. You have to keep reporting issues. I don't even want to talk to the associates in the rental office. I want to talk to someone in the head office. My bathroom has had water issues since I moved in, no response to my tickets. My bathroom toilet whistles loudly for 2 minutes after each flush no response to my tickets. The dishwasher does not wash dishes properly no matter what type of pods you use or what setting you use. The idiot's put a smoke detector by the bathroom so everyday you take a shower you have to keep the door closed so that bathroom smoke won't set it off. Many days I set it off because I have to eventually come out the bathroom so the smoke makes the detector go off I guess I better stop taking hot showers or lukewarm showers for that concern. The lobby area flooded 2 weeks ago and it still smells like mildew gross. The lobby doors are hard to open I'm pretty sure WD40 will Loosen the resistance of the door. The geniuses put my shelf in the kitchen cabinets wrong so the top shelf a smooth edge the middle shelf is rough edge and it broke not because the dishes are heavy but because it was put in poorly. Also they put 2 drawers right beside each other in a kitchen so it bangs when you try to open all I wanted not to abuse the other drawer. The loading dock door is left unsecure so 2am some night you'll hear a LOUD overhead door opening. Thats a safety concern and it makes no sense to have a keypad door and an unsecured overhead door.Please dont respond with the contact the property manager with the number attached. Save that for the people who dont live here. I've got that number. I have jenifer email and shekinas and keisha. Save it! I'm just informing people doing research, look elsewhere.

So, I used to live in Remington Place a little over a year ago. I left when my lease was up and then decided to come back about 7 months later. My first experience was a good one. The only issue I can recall was that a pipe burst in my apartment and there was water everywhere. Nothing was ruined, however it was about a 5 day process to get everything back to normal, but they handled it very well. NOW, I'm back and things aren't so great. Again, the move in was smooth, even during COVID. But this time I have Roaches. I have reached out to the rental office. And Keisha, has been very helpful scheduling my extermination appointments. But, it is not working. I was told that they are living under my sink and coming through a hole. I asked to speak to management and was I told they would reach out to me. That was a week ago. I haven't heard anything. I've even sent emails to the management company and have gotten no response. I'm really upset. Nobody should have to live with bugs. I've been patient, but now I'm through. Hopefully this gets somebodies attention. I just want out!

Remington Place is not the place. Management is fully aware of the constant problem with vehicle vandalism and the problem with rims and tires being stolen from vehicles. Despite the knowledge, management has done absolutely nothing to stop it. The cameras on the property are useless. Legally Remington place is responsible for thefts and if it is reported to their insurance carrier or a lawsuit filed against the property perhaps something will be done to stop these recurring thefts and vandalisms. Investing in a better camera system or making the property a gated community with cameras at the entrance may also stop these crimes from happening. Alternative tenants have a right to withhold rent or pay it into an escrow account until the problem of car vandalism including rim and tire theft stops. In any event, Remington place is legally responsible and must be held accountable.

I love this community because it's a nice quiet building. Maintenance department are on point with repairs in a timely manner. Parking lot and side walks cleaned and maintained in snowy weather. I have nothing but good words.

Lots of improvements made to the apartment complex. Great staff now. There seems to be a push for a diverse population. New hall carpet, fresh paint make it look nice. The entrance to apt complex has greatly improved

my experience here at Remington place is great. the staff is very kind and professional, my building is clean no noise to complain about. i am enjoying my stay here. the engineers are very nice and prompt when i place a call for repairs. i would highly recommend this property to my friends and family. i feel safe staying here.

Move in was relatively easy. other than the cleanliness and maintenence needed in my apt everything else was good. Maintenence came relatively quick to fix the issues and Cha Kina in the leasing office was very pleasant to work with. She really made you feel welcomed.

I just moved into Remington Place this year, and its been wonderful. I live in a spacious efficiency unit. The rental office people are awesome . They have been nice, helpful, and professional before I even moved in. They have been helpful and attentive to whatever concerns I had. I love the gym and the pool is very clean . Maintenace is very quick to fix any problem you may have in your apartment. I would highly recommend Remington Place. to anyone.

I've been here 1 year and will definitely be renewing my lease for another year! My maintenance requests are usually done within 24 hours, the rental office ladies are super helpful whenever I call, they accept my packages when I am not home and all utilities are included in the rent. What's not to love!?

I have been a resident at Remington Place Apartments since 2009 and I love living here! I have seen firsthand all the changes that have been made to upgrade this community to one of luxury. I have referred family and co-workers who have chosen to make Remington Place their home and they love it here as well. It is conveniently located next to the beltway and makes getting anywhere a breeze. Being an older single woman, the fact that the buildings are controlled access and that there is a courtesy patrol officer here nightly makes me feel very safe. I also appreciate that whenever I submit a maintenance request the amazing maintenance team is always there quickly and get the job done efficiently. The grounds and buildings are well kept and the office staff is always helpful and professional. I would encourage everybody to live here!
