I think these apartments are amazing. Its quite and its inexpensive. good parking and you don't have to pay for visitors to park. good bang for your buck. Management understands and makes sure that they are doing their diligences with the things that you need.

I love the family oriented community in my building. Everyone greets you & assist you if needed. I also like that your delivered packages are safe at your door! The grounds are well kept, the laundry room, trash room & lobby areas are cleaned daily. Any maintenance issues are attended to promptly.

Great community for elderly and young professionals with children of middle school or higher education. Pretty much everyone is kind and helpful in there own way. few minor tweaks that have and still can be adjusted. Pictures need to go back up in lobbies .

My experience has been great. I didn't have many problems with maintenance. Maintenance does a good job of doing quality work. I love it here but not being to see to cook and clean is a major problem.

Rapid decline in the quality of living in the past 2 years. People hang out in front of building all hours of the day and night. They smoke in front of building and in the hallway. Laundry machines stay broken and the laundry card machine has been broken a month. Trash rooms filled with trash and roaches.

I like my unit with a balcony. Sometimes maintenance doesn't have a complete satisfaction right along with MANAGEMENT! STILLWAITING for work to be done since I moved in. I will keep calling until the work Hvac closet is done.. if it ever gets done

Although I really love the apartment that I live in. I wish that they would have followed through with all of the work orders. Till this day I still have to go down stairs to let guests in because the intercom doesn't work. The staff in the office is great. I'm just not sure why these issues have not been taken care of.

Poor Property Management

Current tenant who just transferred within the Apartment complex and the property manager is holding my due refund from the prior apartment and charging me $800 over my agreed upon rent. I've been a tenant since 2017 and have faced alot of issues with this place. Most we're addressed and out of anyone's control but not this move. I had to apply as a new tenant meaning the app fee, deposit and move-in was charged to me. I paid it and sign all the forms as necessary just to not have my apartment ready on move-in day. The manager was too overwhelmed and decided not to call or email me stating that the move in date needed to be pushed. So on 7/24 I went to drop the check to claim the apartment just to be met with apologetic faces and statements because she knew she dropped the ball. She had her team work faster so I got in that day however the carpet cleaning had to be pushed since my belongings we're coming in and it makes no sense to clean a carpet that will immediately get dirty. Logged in online to pay my rent on 9/1 to see a balance $800 over my expected fee. Due to the inconvenience J stated that the move-in fee would be credited and said nothing verbally about a prorated rate due in August. I didn't question it because I knew I had at least $360+ due from the prior apartment and figured it would be credited to my new apt. But nope, she doesn't even know where or how I will get my credit and states she never promised me a credit. I have called both the leasing office and Ross Management multiple times on 9/1 and today, 9/5 with no resolution. Legal action will be taken if this is not resolved by today. I did my part by paying my agreed upon rent, including the $400 I was expecting to be credited. Now you cannot ignore this complaint because I did not withhold rent.

I seem to be on a no fly list. I have nemerous request that are ignored: My dishwasher was never anchored to the wall; my store left front unit does not work. the problem is in the electrical harness. My bathtub is rusty and peeling.

I have had some good/bad, and mostly awesome experience with this community. The staff and maintenance guys here are awesome. The bad experience is that packages are being taken from the lobby. And are being place at the wrong door by different mail carrier and resident will not bring to the correct door.

First and foremost the price point, all utilities included and location is a steal!! All of the leasing and office staff was friendly, warm and helpful upon my application and move in process. I enjoy my quiet neighbors and the cleaning lady Brenda always does a good job having my floor smell nice and clean. I would recommend this complex to others.

Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Amenities are great. Fitness room and swimming pool are definitely a plus. Located very close to three major shopping centers. Maintenance service is very prompt and does a great job. I like the convenience of having a laundry room on each floor. All in all it's a great place to live!

When I first moved here in 2022, i addressed some stuffs that were broken in the apartment, they never got it fixed. The closet's door and one drawer in the kitchen are broken. Other than that it is ok.

Well this is not my 1st time living in this community. I originally moved here back in 2008. One of the reasons I decided to move to this community was because the company I worked for was the management company which just happen to be ROSS Management Services. I had already worked at several other location for Ross but never lived at any. But when I moved back to the area from the south this was my prefect home. The community was well kept like always and the staffing personnel was very helpful and kept the community clean and safe. And now much years later after moving out and coming back again and this being my forth apartment in building 2602, happy to see ROSS Management Services as the management company once again. So keep up the excellent work.

Only issue is with the elevators. I live on the 8th floor/to often the elevator/s are out of service and sometime it takes a little long to service it/them. I do take into consideration wear and tear.

Live anywhere else! The building is roach infested. Maintenance staff is rude and slow to respond and come in and out of your unit without notice. The elevator is always broken and packages get stolen daily.

I am satisfied with my apartment. It is suitably priced for the accommodations and amenities provided. It is a great location for commuting to work in DC with easy access to all types of transportation.
