    Some people are pigs. The staff does a great job taking care of the premises and grounds but some scumbags can't seem to find the dumpsters with their bags of garbage. By Sunday afternoon the areas around the dumpsters look like the streets of a third world country.

      Beautiful neighborhood, no problems with anyone that lives in the neighborhood. Whenever I report an issue the rental office takes care of those issues. My only issue I think the parking lot needs to be fixed after the snow and ice we recently had.

        The apartment complex was very quiet and the grounds were well kept. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment that I tour was clean and was the description of the floor plan design.

          I loooove this community!! Staff are courteous and will work hard to get your request completed quick! The staff are very friendly and make you feel like you're home even before renting!!!! If you're looking for a place to stay this is it!!!

            My experience with the Woods at Marlton has been amazing from the application process to current. Ms Wilson is the MVP of this property. My maintenance requests have been handled timely and efficiently. The property is well maintained and the surrounding community is very nice. I am enjoying living here.

            The Apartments Are Nice And Spacious.The Amenities Are A Plus. Overall, I Feel The Community Is Great And It's A Plus Being Off Of The Main Road. They Have A Swimming Pool As Well As A Gym For Their Tenants

              I have been here for some years, I dont have not had a problem until it came to my heat! I have been with out heat for a couple of weeks. I have a 1 year old toddler and all they gave me for heat was a small heater

                The woods of Marlton community is extremely quiet, love living here, nobody bothers us, things get done by maintenance when we need it, I feel safe walking my dog, and my family. I highly recommend the Woods of Marlton.

                  Initially the building was quiet, but had a few smoking habits that were very intrusive, now they are gone, had a few months of peace, now it sounds like I live near a subway due to the running back forth down the wooden stairs and the knocking and moving furniture it sounds like on the floor ?it just seems there could be a way to put singles in one building and families in another complex?as a result my utilities here are as much or more than a house. Ridiculous?for the amount to be paid new carpet does not warrant the price or rent increase. Blessed to have a roof over my head but would not recommend.

                    Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Friendly respectful neighbors. I truly appreciate how well maintenance has been with responding to inquiries and resolving issues. I also love how maintenance will give me a phone call prior to entering my unit that is disrespecting my privacy and space. I definitely appreciate that.

                      A Professional At Best

                      I met Mrs Wilson after being advised that I had to move in 60 days from my home of 12 years. I was very anxious and she first assured me that she would help me from beginning to end . She sat with me and explained in great detail every step I would be taking. She explain the all the policies, all financial aspects and a few changes made within the Rental world . She was excellent and exposing how to navigate their complicated ( to me ) application process.Thanks to her I got through it! If you are looking for a great place to live and excellent Customer Service Mrs Wilson and her co workers are who you want to call on. Mrs Wilson my daughter and I appreciate you so much

                        Unsafe and unethical living conditions

                        Extremely Unsafe and Unethical Living Conditions: I was leased an apartment with mold inside the walls, even though management was aware of a previous flooding incident in the unit. Instead of properly remediating the issue, they patched and painted over the mold, putting my pregnant partner and me at serious health risk. The conditions are not safe for anyone, especially families or expecting parents. The property management team is fully aware of these problems but continues to rent out affected units without proper repairs or disclosure. Maintenance staff only patch up small repairs instead of fixing the root causes. It’s also concerning that current tenants are charged differently than new tenants who are unaware of the true conditions of the property. This shows a clear lack of transparency and integrity. I strongly advise anyone considering living here to have the unit inspected independently and review the lease carefully with a lawyer before signing. The management’s neglect of tenant safety and building integrity is unacceptable. The current reviews are only made to hide the true failure of the property management team behavior and unsafe living conditions. Maintenance work under a certain budget they are given by the management so I don’t hold them fully responsible because they do in fact do the best they can to their ability however it is still a unsafe living condition. Throughout the week trash on property gets scattered across the parking lot due to negligence and in the lease it states you cannot take photos of the property. Additionally, a mold prevention is included in your lease that if you have mold in your unit it’s on the tenant to take care of even considering the mold was already present in the units before you move in & this is the worse property scam I ever encountered.

                            Horrible experience and horribly managed

                            I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are a part of the military community. I stayed here off and on 2009-2013, the district manager behaved unprofessionally when confronted about keeping most of my deposit after the apartment was left in a very clean condition by me. I was charged an outrageous carpet cleaning fee. It was a horrible way to speak to a former tenant. The property manager was on vacation so I had to speak to someone above her. I’ll never forget the way manager spoke to me all because they wanted to keep my deposit. I was a good tenant and dealing with the management at this facility really was a bad representation. It put a bad taste in my mouth about the DMV which is notorious for its bad customer service. I’ll never forget the way the district manager spoke to me. I even referred someone to them who moved on the premises as well. Hopefully, the management is a lot better now. My experience there is one of the reasons why I dreaded coming back to the area as an active duty military member.

                              I had a very positive experience. I came just to look and working with the assistant manager Miss Wilson really changed my mind from looking to wanting to be resident. She was very knowledgeable, professional, extremely nice, and her enthusiasm about her work is so infectious.

                                The Marlton Community is quiet, clean and very nice neighborhood to live in. The people we've come in contact have been both welcoming and inviting. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone looking for wonderful family friendly area to live in.

                                  Enjoy the community and my unit. Do not like that there's no dog park for the many dogs that live in the community. Landscape is beautiful and well kept but reeks of dog urine at building entrance. Lighting in parking lot still isn't repaired.

                                    Apartments very spacious. Relatively quiet.A great effort has been made to keep trash bins free of excess trash. Unfortunately I have witnessed people from the surrounding community dumping their trash here

                                          MY APT HAS ROACHES

                                          I have only been here a week and I keep seeing roaches. I only have two deal breakers and those are roaches and mice. (I have not seen any mice) but the thought of these nasty roaches crawling over my stuff is grossing me out. I hate it here!

                                            The community is pretty quiet and nice. Make sure when you move in that you thoroughly check everything and report any issues immediately so it can be repaired asap. Especially the heating and AC because it can take weeks to fix and repair.
