this apartment community is very nice. I have lived here twice, and would move back again if my job brings me this way again. the neighborhood is quiet with lots of trees. Parking is ample and safe. The pool is beautiful and always clean. The leasing office associates are very professional and helpful. I only had one maintenance issue and that was addressed promptly.

A great place to live. Very clean and very pretty. Little to no noise. Very safe neighborhood. It takes about ten minutes to get to the major shopping plazas, but there are smaller stores closer. Maintenance arrived when we needed them. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

They worked with me from start to finish, and made me feel comfortable during and after my move in process. Also they have options for paying rent online. I had a toilet issue and each time they came quickly and professionally. Over all I would say I will be here for a while.

Experience when I first moved it was really great. Cooperation and the customer service was great. Later down the line, leasing office staff customer service decreased in my opinion. Maintenance had its off moments and some of the maintenance workers were rude. Overall I enjoyed staying here last year. But I doubt I will renew my lease her again.

The community is very cleaned and quiet. The apartments can use a little upgrading on the appliances. The staff are great. Polite, enthused, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the community to anyone that's looking for an apartment.

No glairing flaws. Safety issues have been addressed, landscaping is done well, cleanliness is top notch, customer service in office rivals that of a cruise ship. Only problem was the rent increase after a year. Pet friendly, clean pool, adequate parking.

The location is perfect. Staff is extremely professional and courteous. I previously lived here in 2004 through 2006 and was hoping not much had changed because it was a great place to live. I didn't have to worry because it was even better than I remembered.

Staff is professional and prompt. My apartment floors could be updated but the rest of my apartment is nice. the neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I love that there is a pool, exercise room and my kids can go outside to play.

I just moved in on August 1st and so far I'm loving it! The only downside was that there were 7 other move ins that day so it took about 2 hours to get my keys and lease. Otherwise the apartment looks great. There was a hole in the wall when we did the walk through before I actually got the keys but by the time we started loading my belongings in it was fixed. The appliances are older but they work JUST fine. I've already cooked twice and used the washer and dryer (I haven't tried out the dishwasher yet). All in all it's a great space and I am very happy to be here! Parking is ample and I feel safe in the community (I have a 2 year old daughter so that is of utmost importance)and the ladies in the leasing office have been nice from the time I initially came to view the property (Porsha, Yolanda, and Candy).

I don't live here anymore, but I don't understand how and Office Manager allows a gentlemen to stay and he's always late with his rent. Other folks get put out real quick. I would never move back into nasty old apartments again. My car was broken into over 3x times. Kids breaking windows.

The community is fairly quiet and I definitely enjoy that but they have bugs and spiders from hell. The maintenance staff doesn't appear to want to do their jobs so they threaten to charge when they come out to your place "too many" times. Done

I have lived here for a long time, and the property has gone through many management changes and most of them not good. The appearance of the property has declined greatly due to the caliber of residents that live here. Trash constantly outside of the dumpster and all over the parking lots, due to residents just dumping there instead of "in" the dumpster. There are folks that obliviously don't care or take proud of where they live. I guess Woods of Marlton is hard up for residents and its a revolving door.

Pros is its a hidden and quiet complex & the office staff is nice & helpful. My cons are the lights go out in the parking lot & outer bldg which makes it very dark in the parking lot at night to see. The residents to the adjoining complex bring their thrash to the dumpsters & fill them or simply dump their items on the ground beside the dumpster, which attracts the big turkey vultures/birds that sit outside on them in the mornings. The maintenance response time is HORRIBLE! And 1 in particular is NOT friendly. The new parking policies are horrible and make it difficult for you to have company. You either have residents NOT explaining to their guest about visitor parking, so when you come home you cant park close to the blg until 10pm when the tow trucks are due to come through the development. Or you have to have them park on the main street and walk to your building, which can be a nice walk for some and simply unsafe. Since their has been an abundance of cars on the street; some have been vandalized and have witnessed sexual activities partaking at night. Overall decent neighborhood and complex, you cant control everyone and everything negative that takes place on the grounds because MOST don't live there.

I've lived here for about a year and a half and it has been fine. Besides some brief periods of parking nazis who tow guest cars too soon, everything has been satisfactory. The racquetball courts are nice, and the location is extremely convenient.

The office staff is very friendly, polite, and attentive. They are prompt when answering questions and dealing with conserns to include maintenance issues. The staff shows that they are truly concerned about their tenants. The community offers a lot of amenities as well.

If I had to say one thing about my community of residence I'd say that the office staff is always friendly and courteous to me. I have been in the community for well over 2 years and indeed I have been pleased with my experience. Yolanda and Angie always go above and beyond to make my transactions smooth.

It's ok but they can do a much better job. The apts are nice but maintenance isn't goosing at all I had so many problems in my first 3 months it's crazy. My house and blinds were left open and door unlocked I work at nite so my house was left open all day because when I left for work they didn't come .maintenance needs a upgrade.... Just being honest
