I haven't had any problems. It's a comfortable and spacious place. We have ample parking, which is a good thing. Also, if a problem arises in the unit and you report it, maintenance will arrive immediately and solve your problem. I came to this place on my own and I'm happy to have found a place to live peacefully. A clean place, and thank you for keeping the garbage disposal area clean. Thanks.

The best move-in experience I've had. Thank you Ms. Doretha for making my transition a smooth and peaceful transition. You went above and beyond. Thank you for answering all of my questions, and returning my phone calls. Very professional!!! I love this environment and the neighbors are very nice.

TIFFANY in the leasing office has a bad attitude & lacks basic customer service skills. Thanks to her you'll have lost a potential tenant. I am NO LONGER interested in leasing here. After telling me over the phone that I needed to apply online without providing any information, I did so & needed extra assistance with the 3rd party portion of the application. I called back MULTIPLE times over a 3 day span, left numerous voice messages & even emailed without ANY response. I came to the leasing office Saturday (WHICH SAYS OPEN ON GOOGLE) and no one was there. I called off of another number & she picked up the phone. She completely ignored my concerns and kept talking over me attempted on being a condescending smarta** which she was very much LOUD & WRONG b/c she wasn't even addressing the reason for the call. She clearly hates her job & is the reason why l have decided not to move forward with leasing here.

This is a beautiful place to live, it is a affordable and quiet, it is perfect for children and working class people, I've lived in plenty communities but this community give the perfect example of good.

Process was smooth and quick, very welcoming. New management has been really making this place a better community, on top of animals in the community and security of residents. I see security in the community at night, which is great

So far so great! Ms.Wilson is AMAZING. She called me the next day after I applied. She communicated the best way to reach her was email and her response time is excellent. All documents were easy to sign through the online system. The move in process was very quick outside of a few computer issues. It truly felt like home and I know I will be taken care of!

Excellent place to live. Have had several management company before. Currently, Grady Management cares about it's tenants. During the recent snow storm the removal was excellent, best ever! High five!

This apartment complex is amazing. The staff is so nice. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking a nice neighborhood. Recently I had a hard time in my apartment search. This complex stood out.

The location is very good because it's the center of everything. In 5 minutes you can be in Waldorf, Clinton, or Bowie. The apartment itself is not so good at all. I saw a renovated and was happy until I saw my actual apartment which was the day before I was supposed to move in. When I asked about stuff, I was told "They wasn't finished". That was a lie because it looked the same when I moved on.

I have no major concerns regarding the community, you are only responsible for your space. Management has an open line of communication and the minor issues (trash from the townhouse people) is unavoidable. Management keeps us in the loop and sends out frequent communication. Overall I am satisfied and the cleaning lady does her best to keep the hallways clean but the residents have to do their part as well.

The work done in the apartment is still incomplete and dangerous. The carpet is not installed properly and nails are sticking out from the floor, as well as the padding beneath the carpet is missing in some spots. This is beyond acceptable and I really need answers as to how and when this will be resolved today. Needless to say, the rent for the apartment is substantial for me and my budget and I truly feel I am not getting my monies worth. Thank you in advance for your attention to this serious ongoing matter.

Terrible, especially Joseph. He's rude and very unprofessional. Maintenance does a half job with their work and sometimes I feel like they lie about completing the task. A lot of cars get stolen as well and tires taken Gates are broken(it's suppose to be a gated community

Safety and Security
Safety and Security are becoming an issue here. They have security gates but they only worked for a month. Lights in the parking lot and outside the buildings are out causing the parking lot to be dark. We received a letter a couple of months ago saying that the gates were in the process of being fixed but as of today 6/24/2024 they are still NOT WORKING. Because of this there has been a increase in stolen cars, stolen tires, and cars broken into in the complex. Management need to fix the problems NOW.

I love it here it's a great vibe. Everything is beautiful and everyone is friendly. The service is amazing here. It's in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of love. I also love the the look of apartments here.

It's a basically okay place to live. Decent value, safe, not very noisy. Chronic issues with management and communication that are slightly better than in the past but still not great. They straight up lie about the property amenities -- make them show you anything important to you. The tennis court, for example, has been chained closed with no maintenance for at least 4 years, but they advertise it. The gym is only open when the office is open, so if you work a 9-5, you'll never use it. Etc. But the basic "this is a safe place to live" stuff is fine.

Very good experience when I first moved in, then the service got worse I'll say after I've been here for a couple of years. The people moving in didn't care about the complex but they have since moved at least in the area I live in. Things have changed since new management took over. There is better communication now

Nice & quiet, but a number of issues
I'm Dissatisfied with Management since I've been here, (4 months), Highly Dissatisfied with the physical aspect of my unit and I'm not only speaking of the upgrades to my apartment in which I was informed that I would get, however, to date I haven't received. Although, the landscape are well maintained, there's a HUGH Issue with tenants and children constantly placing trash on the ground, instead of in the trash dumpster, (which is located directly in front of my building). Although, there are employees who cleans up around the area and picks up the trash from the ground, this is only done Monday thru Fridays, and as for the weekends, the trash remains on the ground until Monday morning, imagine the mess. I'm embarrass to have family & friends visit me. Also, the Neighborhood will go down if nothing is done with teenagers rolling up and smoking weed in the hallways of buildings. The smell is horrific!! I hope and pray the new management will bring a mountain of changes, this will be the only way I'll remain here.

The Front Desk Doesn’t Care and the Maintenance Men Steal
Trying to get this apartment was a headache. The leasing agent we worked with hardly gave us any information willingly; we had to go to him for information. We would call, oftentimes unanswered, to get more information to which he told us to email him so his boss wouldn’t hear the recorded line. Even then, the emails were poorly written, didn’t answer our questions, and sometimes we’re just copy and pasted responses (we got the same response email 3 times, all with different amounts that we owed before move in). Most of our calls/concerns were about when we were able to move in and how much we owed, and it was just a struggle to get any good information. Our air conditioning was broken, and this was the first time we allowed them into the apartment while myself and my boyfriend were at work. I come home to find my daily medicine stolen off of my counter. The front desk staff, of course, did nothing. Basically, they asked all workers if they stole it, all of them said no, and that was the end of the “investigation.” They’re more concerned about getting sued by the maintenance men than having their residents feel safe. They also mark maintenance items as complete when they most definitely are not. If I could get out of my lease, I would.

I selected these apartments because of their spaciousness. Since moving in I have had nothing but a great living experience. The office staff member James Terrell has been helpful and exceptional from start to finish. The maintenance staff have been professional with just minor flaws that needed to be addressed. Overall, I am happy with my decision.

If u like mold in the bathroom and windowsills, vultures in the dumpster and weed smoke greeting you in the hallway, or your car vandalized constantly this is the place for you. Dont be fooled...the staff writes the good reviews. This is the hood, you'll know as soon as you park.

THEY NEED TO INVEST IN MORE TRASH BINS, VULTURES COMES AND GETS THE TRASH OUT AND THROW IT ON THE GROUND. VERY NASTY. THEY ARE SO CHEAP. THE GUY WHO SITS IN THE FRONT WHEN YOU FIRST COME IN ACTS LIKE HE DOESN'T WANT TO BE AT WORK. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE. SO MANY THINGS WAS WRONG WITH MY APARTMENT WHEN I MOVED IN. WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ASAP.

The apartment complex is great. I love the garden style look. The neighborhood is quiet and very clean. The staff is nice and easy to talk you. The process was easy and only took 30 days to get everything done.
