I like the quietness of the space. I like the space and my view. I like the lights in the hallway at night time. I also like that the grounds are maintained very well. I don't like the big birds that are outside near the trash cans.

The property is clean. The front office staff is not professional. The online portal to pay your rent was poorly set up . Everyone does not get paid the same. I believe you should be able to pay what you want, but you have to pay the rent in full to use the online portal which is a inconvenience.

I had a great stay here at the Woods of Marlton. Price got extremely expensive and I had to move, other than that I still would have stayed here. I couldn't afford a 3 bedroom anymore. I had a 3 bedroom 2 full bath on the lower level with a patio in the front. If I moved to a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath here the price would been as close to the 3 bedroom price, approximately $100 less, by next year, I would have been paying at least as close to a 3 bedroom amount which is extremely expensive on the budget that I was making. I was actually living from pay check to pay check. Yes, I make good money but it got costly every year. That is the only downfall. I never had any complaints. Maintenance was great and so was the staff members. They treated me with the UPMOST respect. I would recommend this complex to family and friends. I will miss my neighbors and the maintenance and staff members. Job well done Woods of Marlton, please keep up the good work.

staff is respectful and fast when responding to your requests. beautiful landscaping and more than enough parking for everyone. very nice community to come home to after a long days work. apartments are pest free and the pool is amazing you will love it here!

Staff is extremely understanding and nice. The community is always kept clean! Maintenance is fast and sufficient with work orders. Residents are friendly. Noise levels in the community are always kept to a minimum. Spacious living units.

I have a had few maintenance issues with my unit, they were taking care of right away. Though when my electric went out during the winter blizzard I was very, very annoyed. I have a since of security which is more important to myself and my daughter.

As long as I been living here I have had a pretty good experience, there has been a few minor issues that could have been taken care of, the only complaint I really have is the fact of how you can hear all the noise of the neighbors. My experience with the community has been great. I have lived on the community twice. Some things have changed from the first time I lived here but it's still a nice place to live and the neighborhood school is great. Very close to a shopping area.

This is a very nice, quiet community to live in. There are no sirens or hetic life. Nice staff although I suggest an on call locksmith. For all utilities, minus electricity, the price is reasonable and I will be renewing my lease. Pilar is the sweetest and I'm pretty sure she knows every resident by name.

My experience living in this community has been wonderful. The noise is at a minimum especially with the amount of children and pets living in the community. Area and surrounds are always clean. Also, feel safe when on walks. Wonderful place to live.

The reason I moved to this area was to near my daughter and grandchildren. It is a pleasant area to be in. I enjoy having easy access to Rt. 301 when having to travel to and from northern Maryland and Southern Virginia for business and work.

Move in when find but I still have issues in the apartment that was address during move that hasn't been taken care of yet. I haven't received a call or anything but I get notices about the office being closed for the holidays but nothin g about my counter, hood above stove and the door I had to fix in the laundry room.

I absolutely love my apartment! From the property managers to maintenance, I have received superb service. My move-in was flawless and although I had a couple of maintenance issues, they came right away and fixed it. My area is clean and quiet. The Woods of Marlton community living is two thumbs up. Very friendly professional staff. I like the fact that I am able to reach someone in the rental office when I call. If they aren't available, I get a return call quickly. Pilar (Leasing Consultant) is superb! Rent prices are reasonable. Great location. Kid friendly. Clean.

We moved to the Woods of Marlton because we wanted to live closer to the military bases in the area and to get away from the unsafe and loud neighborhood we lived in Waldorf. We have to say that the bases are only a short drive from this apartment complex. By far better than the apartment communities in Waldorf.

I have lived here for approximately 6 months and I have had problems with maintenance. Everything is old and needs to be replaced. My AC unit went out and they didn't come to fix it for 3 days. I had to take my children to a hotel because it was too hot. The management is rude, the maintenance guys are rude. They have came into my apartment without giving me 24 hour knowledge. My dryer broke and it took them months to come fix it. My kitchen sink was leaking and it took 2 weeks to come. I have been that the online maintenance tool was broke and no one took accountability for anything. They changed the parking rules and gave only 2 day notice. We had to wait for a month to get a visitors past. The electric bill is extremely high for an apartment. The office staff is ratchet and always has excuses. I will never recommend anyone living at woods of marlton. They are unprofessional and uncaring when things break down and not to mention that I have never seen a rental office closed so much and the giant black birds that stay near the trash cans are scary. The parking lot is way too dark! Sheesh! Don't do it! You will regret it!

I really enjoy residing at the Woods of Marlton. The office staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly. The complex is clean, quiet, well-maintained. The closet sizes are very spacious and I love the floor plan.
