Under Beztak management lots of improvement are taking place to make it more modern and cohesively. Maintenance is on point if needed. Have different activity monthly for residents to get to gather. Food truck on certain days at the office area. Security drives around the parking lots regularly. Makes a safe and friendly place to live.

I loved The trilogy apartments from the moment i walked in the office , lots of convience and very up to date. My son loves it and I love that he's able to attend Belleville school district . They work with you in the case of emergency and are very understanding to unforeseen circumstances

The maintenance department always addresses a problem ASAP. With or any kind of repair needed they have ALWAYS had it corrected within 1 day , when possible . The work area was cleaned with a note and parts displayed of repair

Very nice place to live don't have too many complaints, but I do wish all the amenities were working order. It seems when I asked them all them always give me an excuse for the lack of knowledge of not knowing how to operate the abilities of knowing where the materials for.

I have been complaining for months about this issue. There was mold in the shower and I reached out about the issue multiple times only for maintenance to keep covering it up and not actually getting to the bottom of the issue. So 3 days ago my ceiling starting falling through and pieces were in the shower. Maintenance said there had been a leak in the apartment above us that was causing it. So now I have had this whole in my ceiling for 3 days. Maintenance has come multiple times and it still looks the same and nothing is done. This is ridiculous! Can’t even use the shower. They clearly do not take emergencies like this serious. Or any issue serious for that matter. I’ve emailed them multiple times about our lights being out outside which is a hazard. I have a child I have to walk in the dark to my car because they are to lazy to have someone change the bulbs that have literally been probably 6 months or more after many complaints. I’ll say I will not be renewing our lease! A year of this nonsense has been enough for me.

It was wonderful, and all of my questions were answered as I was asking a lot of them. One of the first ones was about being able to use Flex as a way to pay my rent, and the answer was yes. That there were apartments and buildings that were handicap accessible was an extra bonus, as this is not a common feature at all.

The refurbished units are nice-looking, and my neighbors are generally courteous when I meet them, but this is not A Nice Complex. Be sure to view the actual unit you will be living in and not the model. My building stinks to high heaven of dirty homes and weed, and the smell comes through the vents. I have a HEPA filter running 24/7 to keep it bearable. The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors and then some--the neighbors directly next to me are quiet people, but I can hear some 20something d-bag screaming at his online gaming opponents in the apartment downstairs on the diagonal. The appliances are cheap and barely functional. Maintenance has to be called 3 times for every issue and the first two times they will tell you either "it's supposed to be like that" or "that can't be fixed." Read the lease carefully, you will find some surprises. Be aware the quoted rent does NOT include sewer/water/trash. The office staff are generally sympathetic and polite, but the corporate office just has a lot of sleazy-landlord policies and their hands are pretty much tied. On the brighter side, the clubhouse/gym is generally clean, and the guy who does the social events that everyone raves about in the reviews is real and he does a good job. I have not personally had a vehicle break-in like some people in the older reviews described, and the plowing/salting is generally adequate. I had no Amazon packages stolen until just recently, and I think that's probably people from outside creeping in because they know it's holiday season. TL;DR: If you are coming from a Cheap Place, this place has much prettier units, some neat social events, and no life-threatening problems. If you are coming from a Middle Class Place, you will be constantly annoyed and can have a much higher quality of life down the street for an additional $100/mo.

Overall my experience was fine until recently the leasing manager allowed a resident to place a camera outside their door that captures everyone coming and going and while some may not find that concerning it's an apartment with secure entrance and now this person knows the time everyone leaves for work and comes home. I expressed my concerns and how uncomfortable it has made me but she doesn't care. While mind you it is not specified in the lease the allowable placement and had a statement about privacy. Which apparently my privacy doesn't matter. Also 2/3 people that have cameras on that floor are facing down to capture ONLY their door. I would say I am less than thrilled with the way this was handled

My stay has been relatively been quiet and peaceful with the exception of a few minor incidents. Such as my current upstairs neighbors who seem to be oblivious to other tenants. That said they must have a treadmill and seem to use it at very odd hours. Which I must say is very disturbing when trying to get some sleep. They forget to them have nobody above them. They just have to be mindful of others like I am and always have been of my neighbors down below my unit.

At first I really liked the apartment and was having a great time living in the community. During the first year they hosted lots of events that were amazing and we weren't having any issues with any neighbors or staff members. However after we renewed our lease everything seemed to go downhill. My next door neighbor that moved in he's incredibly loud and they broke the back door which has never been fixed and now does not close because they don't want to walk all the way around the building. When we reported this to the office they sent out an email to everyone but didn't actually fix the door. We also had a problem with bed bugs due to and unfortunate house guest and when we let the property manager know we received judgment from the staff. The entire process of having the Griffin company come out was terribly communicated. The first time the Griffin was supposed to come I was given a call the week beforehand and told they would come on Monday and make sure that everything was ready before they got here. When Monday came around they hadn't shown up by 4:00 p.m. so I called the office and received quite a rude response. I was told that there was no way Griffin could be showing up because they only come on Tuesdays and I must have misheard. They kept asking if I had any written proof that would confirm they were supposed to come on Monday and due to them not sending me anything like they were supposed to I did not have any proof. Later at 5:25 Griffin did show up after I had canceled my hotel stay because they haven't arrived which ruined my plans for the night. I ended up having to wait in my car until the 4 hours was up instead of in a hotel room like I have planned because the office didn't know they were supposed to be coming even though they're the ones who set it up. The next time they came we were given adequate warning and everything went smoothly. The third time they came we were not given warning or called that they were on the property and were completely blindsided by someone knocking on our door. The Griffin company seem to be frustrated that we weren't ready and that they had to reschedule which is reasonable and we ended up rescheduling for the following week. Every single time I called and tried to get an accurate answer of what day and what time the Griffin company would be coming I was given the day but never a time which made it really hard to decide if I needed to get a hotel room or not and I understand that there are lots of apartments that they take care of but it would have been nice to at least been given a window. It was very stressful trying to get the matter solved and every single time we called the management team seemed very judgmental and a lot of times responded very rudely to me and my mother. I was already stressed and their actions made me not want to resign my lease this coming May. I'm now currently looking for a new apartment because this company does not seem like a good fit for me. They've also decided to mandate what you can and can't have on your balcony which makes no sense because I'm paying for the space and I didn't sign up for an hoa. It seems like the park is trying to become more esteemed in the apartment community and by doing so they're making a lot of rules and being quite rude to the residents who already live here in order to get new residents that will pay their premium prices it's unfortunate but that's what happens with big companies.

The community feels safe. The maintenance is amazing. Whenever you need something fixed, they come right away. The apartment complex remodels and makes the complex looks up to date and pretty. The only negative thing is a lot of renters smoke weed and it smells like weed a lot. It is not allowed.

I have really enjoyed the stay so far. It is real peaceful and has all the enemitties that you could ask for. Staffing is great and when you need help with something they are there for you. I couldn't have found a better place to stay

The apartment is updated. It has granite countertops, washer/dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances and no carpet on the floor. The apartment complex is pretty and has a lot of green areas. The only thing is that is not safe anymore, in June 2025 our SUV was stolen from the parking lot, under the carport. No one from the staff contacted me. There are a lot of areas where the lights don't work or there a lot of dark areas during the night. The carports need lights too. Maintenance orders take at least 1 week to be fixed even if it is something very easy.

When I first moved in the apartment wasn't bad. However, the entire two years that I've lived here our lock on the building door doesn't work. The building is so thin that you can hear your neighbor's thoughts and aspirations. There's always noise and it seems you can never get rest from how thin these buildings are. I cannot take it anymore and as soon as my lease is up, I am out of here. Maintenance is quick, however with all the upgrades that they are trying to do to the community, there is constant added noise because of the construction workers. And it seems that they only come on the weekends to get the job done. They were redoing our balconies and they robbed us of our summer because this upgrade took over two months, which is not fair to us. Why are they only working on weekends? They need to be working throughout the week. I am fed up and will not be renewing the lease.

I have been very happy with Trilogy Apartments. The staff are nice but a lot of turnover. I would suggest that when doing big projects, they could have better coordination with the contractors. The buildings look amazing, but I still don't have a new deck when I was told to remove everything at the end of June.

Love ?? it I just wish the from door bell get fix to buzz in my quest...its been over years and it's still not work...having have back trouble ?? everytime someone vist I have to go up and down 3 fight of stairs ?? thank you.

The building up keep is poor. Per lease promised amenities and security measures are not met. Basic standard needs around the outdoors of the property are not insured and when addressed also not met..

Friendly community. The grounds are kept up daily to make sure the community is astically pleasing. Trees flowers are planted and well maintained club house and pool fireplaces inside and outside club house free events..a great place to live. Maintenance staff in the event off issues is fast professional and work to completion on any issues

Overall my experience at this community had been positive. The only negatives are that the rent increases every year and that I have had clothes stolen from the wash room multiple times and the staff does nothing about it. There are several people who have been victims of thieves. I do like my apartment but once I step into the community with the other residents there are so many problems.

Great management! Management is very responsive and professional. They get things taken care of in a timely manner.Nice apartments. I really enjoy the space I live in. All the neighbors are nice and it's a decently quiet area.

It's okay. It's good for the location and what we do and where we go for work, but as far as the residence itself we describe it as a doll house that we aren't allowed to live in. It's understandable that the Trilogy wants to have a clean look, and they are making remodeling choices to make it look better. But the amenities are so strict that you might as well not have them. There's so many restrictions that it doesn't feel like a home. It feels like an expensive hotel suite. While they try to make a community effort with events every month, it's not enough to counter the "no fun" rules that are put in place.

Overall, decent. Recently, I've had issues with their maintenance crew not fixing issues that are starting to develop in my apartment. Also, the outside door to the building has been broken for the past 3 years, despite reports to fix it. The laundry room's washers are never cleaned, they are filthy and 2 of the dryers dont fully dry the clothes.

It's very quiet here and all of the staff members are incredibly friendly. They are currently updating and painting some of the apartments. They've selected beautiful paint colors overall. However, the white trim wasn't a good color choice and the paint job for it is very sloppily done. The airstone they selected also isn't a good color choice. They should have gone with a warm color to match the brick of the other apartments.

Just like anything else, everything starts off OK. However, it's time goes on things don't go with you thought they would. There's a lot going on. That's not being addressed after being brought to the attention of Trilogy. It's getting to where I can't really sleep. well appetite is gone down And you ask yourself why bother because you have already notified them of these different things and nothing's being done.
