I lived in Bellridge Apts. They are owned by the same management. I loved it there. The office manager was really nice. Maint. was out to fix things with in an hour or two. It was amazing. I really miss it.

    Lived in Archwood, same management--the best apartments!!

    I lived in Archwood Apartments, which are owned by Slatkin Corporation same as Lighthouse Pointe, and which are right next door to Lighthouse Pointe. These apartments are luxury without the price of typical luxury. I have a 1-bedroom apartment, and it is huge (about 900 square feet)! I have ample room for everything and the balcony is great sized. I am right by the pool on the 3rd floor. I have never heard my neighbors, and the pool is occasionally noisy, but no big deal. <br> <br>The office staff is great, not intrusive and friendly. I had to call maintenance several times when I moved in and all my problems were handled promptly. The inside of the buildings are very clean and well-kept. <br> <br>I am currently looking to move to Ann Arbor, but it literally pains me to have to leave this wonderful, reasonably priced complex for someplace that may be less than this perfect. I would definitely return here if there was a need for me to be in this area again. <br> <br>The apt. is within minutes of Farmer Jack, Blockbuster, Meijers, Walmart, the post office, all sorts of fast food restaurants, gas stations, and I-94. <br> <br>Also, the insalation is fantastic. I never have heard my neighbors. I live in the top floor, so I am not sure about noise that comes from above, but I never hear it on the sides. In the winter some cold air came through my balcony doors, but I just put an insulation thing in there and it helped. My gas bills were never outrageous (never more than $50 in winter). <br> <br>You will be so impressed by the size of this place. It takes me 20 mins. to get to Ann Arbor and there is never any traffic problems (unless accident), and Detroit is very close as well. the airport is 5 mins. away!! <br> <br>Can I say any more good things? Live here!! This place is fabulous and the other tenants seem nice and keep to themselves. I have never had any damage done to my property and never felt unsafe (I am a young female).
